Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini merupakan upaya menstimulasi perkembangan anak secara efektifdan komprehensif. Salah satu aspek perkembangan anak usia dini yang perlu mendapatperhatian di Taman Kanak-Kanak adalah aspek perkembangan bahasa anak sebagai alatkomunikasi antar manusia di sekitar anak. Berdasarkan hasil survey awal yang peneliti lakukandi TK Melati Dharma Wanita Air Tiris terlihat perkembangan aspek bahasa anak bervariasi danpaling banyak berada dalam kategori belum berkembangan (BB) dan mulai berkembang (MB).Peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang perkembangan bahasa anak dan upayaefektif untuk mengembangkannya ke tingkat perkembangan sesuai harapan (BSH) danberkembang sangat baik (BSB) dengan memberikan perlakuan pemanfaatan APE dari bahanlocal sekitar anak. Peneliti menggunakan metode eksperimen dalam bentuk rancangan “onegroup pretes posttest design”. Hasil penelitian terbukti bahwa (1) Sebagian besar kemampuanbahasa pada anak usia 5-6 tahun sebelum diberikan perlakuan (treatment) pemanfaatan APEbahan local Di TK Melati Dharma Wanita Air Tiris, Kecamatan Kampar dalam kategori sedang(MB) dan rendah (BB); (2) Sesudah diberikan perlakuan (treatment) pemanfaat APE bahan localDi TK Melati Dharma Wanita Air Tiris, Kecamatan Kampar ternyata seluruh indicator yang diukur(posttest) berada pada kategori BSH dan BSB (baik dan sangat baik). Dan (3) Uji t menunjukkanefefektivitas pemanfaatan alat permainan edukatif (APE) bahan lokal untuk meningkatkankemampuan bahasa pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-Kanak Melati Dharma WanitaAir Tiris, Kecamatan Kampar dengan besar peningkatan 36% dari pretest ke posttest.Implikasinya, pemanfaatan APE bahan lokal cukup efektif (sedang) untuk meningkatkankemampuan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan guru secara umum sangat penting diperhatikan karena dapat mempengaruhikinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya pada satuan pendidikan. GuruPAUD secara khusus memegang peranan penting dan strategis dalam upaya menumbuhkembangkangenerasi emas (golden age) sejak dini pada satuan PAUD. Kesejahteraan gurubukan saja dalam aspek sosial, ekonomi dan fisik, tetapi juga kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitianini berfokus pada masalah kesejahteraan psikologis guru dengan rumusan masalah:Bagaimanakah pemetaan kesejahteraan psikologis guru PAUD se Kota Pekanbaru? Tujuanpenelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan psikologi Guru PAUD se KotaPekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan skala pengukurankesejahteraan psikologis, mencakup dimensi otonomi, lingkungan, peribadi, hubungan positif,makna dan tujuan hidup dan penerimaan diri. Populasi penelitian 624 guru PAUD (TPA dan KB)se Kota Pekanbaru dengan sampel 164 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaranumum kesejahteraan psikologis guru berada pada kategori sedang (51.75%). Dilihat dari 6dimensi kesejahteraan guru, ternyata sebaran persentasenya seimbang atau merata skitar 16-18%. Namun, kalau dilihat dari kategori dari frekuensi rentang skor skala kesejahteraan psikologis,maka jumlah guru PAUD yang berada pada kategori rendah adalah 29.88% dan sangat rendah(32.32%). Artinya, sebagian besar guru PAUD se Kota Pekanbaru berada tingkat kesejahteraanpsikologis rendah dan sangat rendah. Kenyataan ini menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraanpsikologis guru PAUD (TPA dan KB) se Kota Pekanbaru sungguh memprihatinkan. Implikasinya,disamping perlu adanya upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan guru dalam aspek sosial ekonomi,mesti pula ditingkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis guru PAUD se Kota Pekanbaru melalui kebijakandan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dari Pemda dan Yayasan yangmenyelenggarakan PAUD di Kota Pekanbaru.Kata Kunci : Kesejahteraan psikologis, Guru PAUD, TPA dan KB.

Abstract

Abstract. Based on the observation, the children are lack of the ability to recognize the concept of numbers, children are not able to demonstrate the concept or symbol of numbers 1-10, the children are still incorrectly in using the symbol concept of numbers 1-10 are shown randomly, the children are still incorrectly in using the symbol of numbers that similar such as number 2 is called number 5, number 6 is called number 9. If states without the concept or symbol of number in children aged 4-5 years through playing cards illustrated in figures did in December with 15 children consist of 8 girls and 7 boys. The method used is classroom action research (PTK). The implementation of this research involves peers as an observer or observation. The stages of the research are: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of the research showed that playing number cards can improve the ability to know the concept of the symbol of number for children aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Amanah Bunda Kecamatan Tanjung Medan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Increasing numbers of children recognize the concept of symbol about 22.60% in the first cycle, the second cycle about 62.04% and 98.67% for the third cycle. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to know whether there is correlation between teacher’s perception of the human relations school principal and achievement motivation of kindergarten’s teachers at Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. The population of this research is kindergarten’ s teachers at Tampan District of Pekanbaru City that consists of 123 teachers, the samples of this research are 55 teachers which taken by using Slovin formula. Method of this research is Pearson Product Moment correlation to know the correlation between Teacher’s Perception of the Human Relations School Principal and Achievement Motivation. The technique of collecting data used questioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used scale test and statistic analytical by using SPSS program for Windows Ver. 17. Based on hypothesis there is any significant positive correlation between teacher’s perception of the human relations school principal and achievement motivation of kindergarten’s teachers at Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. It could be seen from the result of correlation coefficient that 0,488 and significant level is 0,01<0,05. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims 1) To determine the child's perception of school library facilities in kindergarten Annamiroh 1 Pekanbaru. 2) To determine interest in reading the beginning of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Annamiroh 1 Pekanbaru. 3) To determine the relationship of the child's perception of school library facilities with reading interests starters% -6 Year olds in kindergarten Annamiroh 1 Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is the correlation method. The population of this research are 52 people in kindergarten Annamiroh 1 Pekanbaru. To find samples of the study, researchers used a technique saturated samples. Saturated sample is taking the entire population for the research sample. Thus the samples used in this study amounted to 52 children. The data collection techniques used is by interview. The study hypothesis is There is a significant relationship of the child's perception of school library facilities with reading interests permulan 5-6 years old children in kindergarten Annamiroh 1 Pekanbaru. Based on the results, it can be concluded there is a strong relationship between children's perception about the school library facilities with reading interests starters 5-6 years old children in kindergarten Annamiroh 1 Pekanbaru coofesien value of 0.6333. That is, the better the child's perception about the school library facilities Early reading interests of children in kindergarten Annamiroh 1 Pekanbaru City will also increase. Keywords: Library facilities, Early reading interests.

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect on the ability of media flannelgraph Early reading in children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Kemuning district Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The population in this study is PAUD Kemuning district Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru totaling 14 children, the sample in this study were 14 children. the method used is the experimental approach to research that seeks influence of other variables in a controlled environment is strong. This type of instrument used in this study is the use of observation and dokumentassi to take notes about events that occurred during the treatment given, the tool used is a camera. Data analysis technique using large-scale testing and analysis of statistical methods with SPSS for windows ver 17. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that there is an influence on the ability to read media flannelgraph onset in children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Kemuning district Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. Retrieved tcount of 31.639 with a significance of 0.00. Ttabel values obtained with df 13 at 0.00 significance level of 1.771. Thus known thitung 31.639 or 0,00 significance. It has been suggested that there are significant differences in the results between the pretest and posttest. It is known that the result of higher than pretest posttest which can be seen from the descriptive statistical variable. This point can be known from the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.960 with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 92.16% means it is the media's influence on the ability flannelgraph Early reading is equal to (p) = 27.5%, which is at the low category.Key words: Literacy, Media Flannelgraph

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to mapping the soft skills of kindergarten teachers at Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru City. The population in this research were 123 teachers. The sample in this study was determined by using the formula of Slovin which totaled 94 teachers. The techniques of data collection used is to using a written test and analysis techniques used is using a percentage formula. The results of this research obtaining of the mapping of kindergarten teacher’s soft skills at Payung Sekaki District for  personal competence aspects  which is in the category of "Very Good". It is known from the results of the data analysis of soft skills which earn a percentage of 82.76%. While the mapping of  kindergarten teacher’s soft skills at Payung Sekaki District for social competence aspects which  is in the category of "Very Good". It is known from the results of the data analysis which earn a percentage of 88.52%. The mapping of kindergarten teachers’s soft skills at Payung Sekaki district overall earn a percentage of 84.48%, which can be classified in the category of "Very Good".             Abstract: Based on field observations of the gross motor skills of the students have not developed optimally. So that should be the application of the traditional game of hopscotch. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the traditional hopscotch game against the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Ananda District of Tampan Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study 15 people protégé. The data collection techniques were used that observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 16.0. The study hypothesis is the application of the traditional game of hopscotch can affect gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Ananda District of Tampan the city of Pekanbaru. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t = 15,466 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in gross motor skills significant protégé after using traditional hopscotch game. So it means Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after the experiment with applying traditional game of hopscotch. The influence of the traditional game of hopscotch on the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Ananda Handsome District of Pekanbaru City 57.2%. Keywords: Gross motor skills, Traditional games hopscotch

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observations of the fine motor skills of the students is still low and teachers are still teaching methods that dominate and not varied. So we need a media application rigging .This study aims to determine the effect of media rigging the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah High Authorship Village District of Kampar Regency Mines. The sample used in this study were 15 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. The study hypothesis fine motor skills of the students after applying rigging media also shows the results of analysis of data obtained t = 16.412 and P = 0.000 . Because p ˂ 0.05 it can be concluded that there are differences in fine motor skills of the students were very significantly after use of media in learning the ropes . So Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means no significant difference between before and after performing experiments by applying media rigging . The hypothesis test can be seen hitung =16.412  > t tabel = 1,761. So it means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. It can be known from the value of  P= 14 "> 63,8. So it means the influence of Media Against the Ropes Rigging Fine Motor Skills 63,8%.

Abstract

Abstract: There is a phenomenon in the mostly elderly people associated with participation in the implementation of early childhood, such as the uneven level of participation of parents in providing support, such as the willingness of parents bear the cost of organizing the PAUD in cash or labor. Parents who have a background in higher education consider that institutions of early childhood education is the beginning of formal education, in contrast to parents who think education is the experience, where parents who think his experience is only complete primary school will assume that the institution of early childhood education is not so important. Parents who do not work (house wives) thought that by teaching children at home alone will suffice. In addition to the parents who have low income believe that early childhood education would be a waste of money. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of socio-economic status of the parents' involvement in the organization of early childhood in the village of Teluk Pinang Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. The study population was 39 parents. The samples are saturated samples so the population sampled as many as 39 people. In this study, the hypothesis is there are significant socio-economic status of the parents' involvement in the organization of early childhood in the village of Teluk Pinang Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. It is seen from the results of the chi square test is, if the chi-square calculate ˃ chi square table then there is the influence of social status on parent participation.Keywords: Socio-Economic Status, Participation
