Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Share Ownership (X1) and Corporate Social Responsibility (X2) both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the Value of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX. The data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The data used in this study is secondary data, by collecting financial statements of Manufacturing Companies in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2013 up to 2017 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study was 10 samples. Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggested that manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange can increase share ownership thereby increasing the value of the company so that the profits obtained by the company are high and also affect dividend payments because the market considers that high dividend payments reflect good corporate performance and provide good prospects in the future.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan North Sumatra. This study aims to determine the leadership style of employee performance and work discipline on performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumaetra Utara. The sample used in this study were 59 respondents using a questionnaire. The technical analysis in this study uses hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Utara where it is obtained from the value of tcount 2.168 ttable 1.99897 and p-value 0.035 0.05. (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Utara where it is obtained from the value of tcount 3.104 ttable 1.99897 and p-value 0.003 0.05. (3) leadership style and work discipline together have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Maturity, Peringkat Obligasi dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) pada Bank Umum yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2015-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analilis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Maturity berpengaruh positif terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi. Peringkat Obligasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi. Dan dalam penelitian ini Maturity, Peringkat Obligasi dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi

Abstract

PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai is a company engaged in the production of latex gloves. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of Work Culture and Working Hours on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai which amounted to 103 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that partially, competency and supervision have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. Simultaneously, Work Culture and Working Hours have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. Employee performance is influenced simultaneously by Work Culture and Working Hours by 65.2% meaning that the ability of the performance variable (Y) can be explained by variations in the variable Work Culture (X1) and Working Hours (X2)of 65.2% the remaining 34.8% is explained by the other variables not examined in this study such as compensation, work environment, and so on.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Persediaan Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Perusahaan Kosmetik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)”. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perputaran Kas tidak berpengaruh dan tingkat signifikan terhadap ROA, (2) Perputaran Persediaan terdapat berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA (3) secara simultan Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder , yaitu dengan mengumpulkan laporan keuangan perusahaan Kosmetik berupa laporan keuangan yang dikonsilidasian tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2019 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini sebanyak 5 sampel.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Describe How The Implementation Of An Employee Performance Management System At PT. Bangun Niaga Company In Medan Municipality. The type of research used in this study is qualitative with 55 respondents. Data Collection Techniques Are Done Through Observations And Interviews. Technical Data Analysis Namely Qualitative Descriptive Analysis Expressed In The Forms Of Questions, Responses And Interpretations Obtained From Observations And Direct Interviews. The results of this study show that in general it has not run effectively. This can be seen from the indicators (A) Commitment and Policies are running smoothly, (B) Planning is going well, (C) Implementation is running well, (D) Inhibiting factors are not running according to the indicators that have been set and (E) Factors Support Goes Well.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and explain the influence of Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Pematangsiantar Auto Bus Company, PMS (Sekata Motor Association). The study's population comprises employees at the PMS Auto Bus Company (Sekata Motor Association) in Pematangsiantar. The research data was obtained from primary sources and collected through interviews. The results of this study showed that partially, the Organizational Commitment variable significantly influences the Organizational Commitment variable, where the Interpersonal Communication Variable (3.327 2.021) and for the Organizational Commitment variable, the value is (3.209 2.021). Simultaneously, the Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Commitment variables significantly affect employee performance, with a value (12.371 2.84). Based on the determination coefficient calculation of 61.8%, Employee Performance (the dependent variable) can be explained by the Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Commitment variables. The remaining 55.1% is influenced by other factors not expounded in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Asset Dan Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan PT.Unilever Indonesia Tbk Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantatif yang bersifat asosiatif kasual yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan uji t pada variabel Return On Asset memiliki nilai Thitung ˂ Ttabel dimana −18,685 ˂ 2,10982 dan nilai signifikansi ˂ α (0,05) yakni 0,000 ˂ 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Return On Asset (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Pada variabel Debt To Equity Ratio memiliki nilai Thitung ˂ Ttabel dimana -4,082 ˂ 2,10982 dan nilai signifikansi ˂ α (0,05) yakni 0,001 ˂ 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Berdasarkan uji f Return On Asset dan Debt To Equity Ratio dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel dimana 182,887 > 3.59 dan nilai signifikansi ˂ α (0,05) yakni 0,001 ˂ 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel independent (Return On Asset dan Debt To Equity Ratio) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham.
