Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work environment partially on the performance of Lariz Depari Hotel Medan employees and to determine the effect of training and work environment simultaneously on the performance of Lariz Depari Hotel Medan employees.  This type of research is associative.  The population in this study were employees of Lariz Depari Hotel Medan for two months of research using a sample of 45 people.  Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire.  The data analysis technique used is a statistical test that uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and test of determination using SPSS Software for 21.00.The results of the study using the statistical test of t are known that the training variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) that is obtained tcount ttable (6.258 2.018) with a significance level of 0,000 0.05 and work environment variables (X2)  partially positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) is obtained tcount t table (4,400 2.018) with a significant level of 0,000 0.05.  The results of the F test for training variables (X1) and work environment (X2) can be concluded that the training variables (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) that is obtained Fcount Ftable (47.572  3.22) with a significant level of 0.000 0.05.

This study aims to find out and prove "The Effect of Division of Work and Authority on Nurse Performance at the True Partner General Hospital" This type of research is associative which is a question of the relationship between two variables. Abstract

This study aims to find out and prove "The Effect of Teamwork and Competence on the Performance of Nurses at Permata Bunda Medan Hospital" This type of research is associative which is a question of the relationship between two variables. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis with hypothesis testing using t test, f test and coefficient of determination. the results of the discussion and conclusions indicate that teamwork and competence partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the nurse's performance at Permata Bunda Medan Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Performance of PT. Jaya Beton Indonesia Medan Branch. " This type of research is causal research (Causal Reaserch) which aims to test the hypothesis. The population in this study were 56 permanent employees. And by using saturated sample techniques, the number of samples used in this study were 56 respondents taken from all employees. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that the tcount on the financial compensation variable is 3,845, greater than the t table of 2,006 with a p-value that is sig 0,000 smaller than 0,05. Based on this value, the financial compensation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the Performance variable. In the non-financial compensation variable, the tcount is 1,535 which is smaller than the table that is 2,006 with a p-value of 0,131 which is greater than 0.05. So the non-financial compensation variable does not have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. Based on the F test results, the Fcount value of 8,841 3.16 was obtained with sig 0.001 0.05 indicating Ho was rejected and Ha was received, meaning financial compensation and non-financial compensation had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The R2 value obtained is 0.242. To see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable by looking at the R square table which shows 0.242. which as much as 24,2% of employee performance is influenced by financial and non-financial compensation and 75,8% is influenced by factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of budget production costs to increase revenue at PT. Plantations of Nusantara II (Persero) Plantation Jasmine Perbaungan. The type of research used is associative research. The population used in this research is the income statement of PT. Plantations of Nusantara II (Persero) Plantation Jasmine Perbaungan. The sample used is the income statement for the period 2015-2018. The type of data used in this study is the quantifying data, while the data source used is secondary data. The data collection techniques used are documentation. The data analysis technique is with the quantifying tenics. With a simple linear regression method with the help of Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) 21. The results of this study showed that the production cost variables did not affect the increase in revenue at PT. Plantation Nusantara II (Persero) Kebun Melati period 2015-2018.

Abstract

This article aims to assess and allocate the efficiency value obtained through the exchange of production fixed assets with substitute fixed assets. The problem is focused on Efficiency which is a measuring tool used by companies to assess how much resources are sacrificed to obtain certain results. UD PEKAN is one of the businesses engaged in the trading company which has an inefficient level of production because there are idle production assets. Therefore, it is necessary to manage production assets effectively so as to produce the maximum level of output. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods with qualitative and quantitative data types sourced from secondary data with documentation data collection techniques and data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed that by replacing production assets with substitute assets, it was able to produce a level of efficiency for business actors which had an impact on production output. Where when using fixed assets the production output is 330 units/month and after using substitute assets the production output is 500 units/month. In line with the increase in production output, it also increases the total operating income of UD Pekan.
