This study aims to describe: 1) organizational commitment, 2) interpersonal communication, 3) emotional intelligence, 4) organizational commitment, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, simultaneously with the teacher performances. The type of research is quantitative using the ex post facto. The research sample obtained using Taro Yamane formula. Research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and teacher performance, 2 ) there is a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal communication with the teacher's performance, 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher performance coefficient of determination, 4) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence simultaneously with teacher performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) komitmen organisasi, 2) komunikasi interpersonal, 3) kecerdasan emosional, 4) komitmen organisasi, komunikasi interpersonal, kecerdasan emosional, secara bersamaan dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian adalah kuantitatif menggunakan ex post facto. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dan kinerja guru, 2) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja guru, 3) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan koefisien kinerja guru determinasi, 4) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi, komunikasi interpersonal, kecerdasan emosional.Kata kunci: kinerja guru, kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi, komunikasi interpersonal
