Abstract

Digital transformation is more than just providing online and mobile banking services. The banking and finance industry needs to innovate by combining digital technology with customer interactions. In this case, these new technology findings should make it easier and more convenient for users to access banking services. However, to understand the relationship between resources (capabilities) and performance, the empirical research is still very limited and rare to explain why some firms successfully use their capabilities while others do not. The aim of the research is to answer whether digital technology, digital leadership, and digital marketing have a significant influence on company performance. The research is a quantitative study using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees and leaders in banks. It obtains 100 respondents. The analytical method is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical software. There are several obtained results. First, digital technology capabilities have a positive and insignificant effect on company performance. Second, digital leadership capability significantly, positively affects digital technology capability and digital marketing capability. Third, digital marketing capability has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Finally, digital leadership capability only has a positive and significant effect on company performance after being mediated by digital marketing capabilities. However, the effect is not significant if it is mediated by digital technology capabilities.

Abstract

Competition is very tight causing companies looking for a competitive edge, both in the product packaging and in maintaining good relations with their customers. The management of good relationship is commonly referred to Customer Relationship Management (CRM). In general, CRM is focused on how to market something to customers and obtain value from them by using information technology. However, it ignores customers’ insight that can provide added value to the company's profits. That is what causes the need for Customer Experience Management (CEM) to handle the experience of customers to improve value for customers so that customers become loyal. More useful definition of CEM is handling customer interactions to build brand equity and increase the long-term profitability. The five-element approach known as SMART (strategy, metrics; alignment, redesign and technology) has a positive impact for the company. In the end customers can actualize themselves, through a company's brand and products.

Abstract

Internet usage trends with IPv4 addresses that only have 32-bit addresses could no longer cope with the large allocation of the required addresses. Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) has issued a new standard of Internet protocol called IPv6 to anticipate this problem. PD. Pumas Jaya, which started in 1996 in the field of marine products in particular marinated seafood, such as salted fish, rebon shrimp, cuttlefish, anchovies and other marine products to anticipate the need for this in its network. However, IPv6 can not simply be used to replace IPv4 as the existing network infrastructure with IPv4. This research discussed IPv6 simulation tunneling with manual methods so that an IPv6 site can communicate with other IPv6 site even if separated by an infrastructure that supports only IPv4.
