Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penerapan Good Amil Governance berdasarkan Zakat Core Principles  di sebuah Lembaga Amil Zakat Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) Solo. Jenis penelitian termasuk penelitian lapangan bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak enam informan yang berstatus sebagai amil di LAZISMU Solo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didalam praktiknya LAZISMU Solo sudah melaksanakan prinsip Good Amil Governance berdasarkan Zakat Core Principles dengan cukup baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan membuktikan pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan motivasi, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pemilihan fitness di Classic Gym Klaten. Deskriptif kuantitatif adalah Jenis penelitian ini. Populasinya adalah konsumen Classic gym Klaten yang berjumlah 398. Jumlah sampel berjumlah 100 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dalam menganalisa data. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan jika uji t motivasi mempengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan fitnes di classic gym klaten, lokasi mempengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan fitnes di classic gym, kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan fitnes di classic gym. Koefesien determinasi menunjukkan variabel motivasi, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 69,2% terhadap keputusan pemilihan fitnes di classic gym. Pengaruh yang paling dominan dalam keputusan pemilihan fitnes di classic gym adalah variabelkualitas pelayanan karena memiliki thitung paling besar yaitu 4,411

Abstract

The purpose of this research study examines the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on the McDonald Slamet Riyadi Surakarta drive thru service. The research instruments used in this study were questionnaires, in this study there were 126 respondents of McDonald’s Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The criteria needed are consumers who use drive thru services. The data analysis method used in this test is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Data analysis includes testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, and testing the hypothesis statistically. Based on the results of analytical analysis using descriptive analysis methods and PLS, it can be concluded that service quality towards consumer satisfaction on McDonald's McDonald's Slamet Riyadi drive thru service is only a tangible variable which has the greatest contribution to customer satisfaction among 5 variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether infrastructure, administrative services and teacher competence have an effect on student satisfaction at the Surakarta Special Program Batik Junior High School simultaneously and partially. This study uses independent variables, namely infrastructure, administrative services and teacher competence. The dependent variable is student satisfaction. The sample of this study were students of the Surakarta Special Program Batik Middle School with the Non Probability Sampling technique with the type of Purposive Sampling. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire which was distributed directly to students with 16 questions. This study uses data analysis methods, namely Descriptive Analysis Method, Validity and Reliability Test, Statistical Analysis Method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with hypothesis testing F Test, t test and Determination Test (R2). The results showed that infrastructure, administrative services and teacher competence had an effect on student satisfaction simultaneously. Partially, administrative services and teacher competence have an effect on student satisfaction, while infrastructure has no effect. This shows that the infrastructure facilities at the Surakarta Special Program Batik Junior High School are still not good so it needs to be improved.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important asset for an organization to achieve a competitive advantage in the era of globalization. Efforts to develop the capacity of human resources for the apparatus have not been managed properly. This is shown, among others, by the difficulty in changing the way of mindset and working of the apparatus, low discipline and employee ethics, a career system that is not fully based on work performance, an inadequate remuneration system for a decent life, recruitment that has not been carried out based on the required educational qualifications , the implementation of education and training that has not been able to fully improve performance, weak supervision and audits of employee performance, and personnel management information systems that are not functioning optimally. Research objectives are (1) analyzing the strategy of increasing human resources for employees at the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office (2) analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors for human resource improvement strategies at the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. This type of research used qualitative research. The subjects in this study were employees of the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. The data method used in this research is SWOT. The superior position of the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office by using a SWOT diagram showing the position of Human Resources in Quadrant I, a position that greatly uses existing opportunities to increase the strength of the agency. This means that the existing opportunities are used to further increase the strength of the human resources at Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. The focus of this strategy is to maximize opportunities to improve the quality of human resources. Keywords: SWOT, quality of human resources

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ialah untuk melihat dampak dari kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi interpersonal, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi pada kinerja guru yang ada di SMK N 1 Sragen. Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif kausal dengan populasi yakni guru SMK Negeri 1 Sragen, digunakan metode pemilihan sampel dengan sejumlah 81 orang dengan menggunakan angket dan analisa yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi interpersonal, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK N 1 Sragen.

Abstract

This research took place at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. This type of research is a quality or correlational relationship which will explain the asymmetrical relationship between the variables studied. The research sample was 74 teachers of the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple regression test, F test, t test, and determination test (R2). The results showed: 1) There is an effect of leadership quality, workload, communication and teacher competence together on the teacher performance of the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. Thus, the better the quality of leadership, workload, communication and teacher competence, the better the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 2) There is an effect of leadership quality on teacher performance. Thus, the better the quality of leadership, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 3) There is an effect of workload on teacher performance. Thus, the better the level of workload, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 4) There is an effect of communication on teacher performance. Thus, the better the level of communication, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 5) There is an effect of competence on teacher performance. Thus, the better the level of competence, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of return on equity (roe), earnings per share (EPS), and price to book value (PBV) on the stock prices of companies in the property and real estate subsector. Sampling using purposive sampling method, the sample used in this study were 18 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2019 per quarter. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the tools used is the SPSS version 16 program. The results of hypothesis testing are the variables return on equity (roe), earnings per share (eps), and price to book value (pbv) simultaneously or simultaneously have an effect. To share prices in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2019 per quarter. Partially the earnings per share and price to book value variables have a significant positive effect, while the return on equity (roe) variable has a significant negative effect on the stock prices of property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2019 per quarter. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, komunikasi dan teamwork terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif diskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Jumlah populasi sebanya 104 responden. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunaan teknik Quota Sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa hasil uji F menunjukkan disiplin kerja, komunikasi dan teamwork secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produtivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Hasil uji t menunjukkan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Variabel komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Variabel teamwork secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Disiplin kerja, komunikasi dan teamwork yang baik dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Surakarta. Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, komuikasi, teamwork, dan produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment as an independent variable on employee turnover intention as the dependent variable. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique using simple random sampling obtained a sample of 100 employees of PT Dan Liris Sewing section. Data collection using a questionnaire while the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed with the help of SPSS version 24. The results showed: (1) F test results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Dan Liris. (2) Based on the partial test results the job satisfaction variable has a positive and not significant effect on employees of Sewing section at PT Dan Liris. (3) Based on the partial test results the organizational commitment variable has a positive and not significant effect on employees of Sewing section at PT Dan Liris. (4) Based on the partial test results the work environment variable has a positif and significant effect on employees of Sewing section at PT Dan Liris.
