Perencanaan keuangan digunakan untuk membantu proses pengelolaan keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan keuangan. Perencanaan keuangan ini dilakukan kepada klien yang bernama Bapak âXâ yang bekerja sebagai sebagai karyawan sebuah departement store di Surabaya dan wiraswasta toko bahan bangunan. Profil resiko klien sebesar 480 yang berarti konservatif moderat. Tujuan keuangan klien antara lain adalah dana darurat, dana pembelian mobil, dana liburan ke luar negeri, dana pensiun, asuransi dan dana pendidikan. untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut perencana keuangan merekomendasikan produk-produk yang sesuai yaitu pada Tabungan BCA, Asuransi Umum AXA Indonesia, RDPU Batavia Dana Kas Maxima, RDPT Simas Danamas Mantap Plus, RDC Danamas Flexi, Serta RDS Panin Dana Maksima.Financial planning can help the process of financial management to make financial decisions that are suitable to the financial goals that exist. This financial planning is a proposal for Mr. "X" , an employee of a department store in Surabaya and has its own building materialâs shop. Client risk profile of 480, which means moderate conservative. Clients financial goals are emergency fund, fund to buy a new car, vacation, pension fund, insurance,and education fund. In order to achieve the goals, financial planner recommends appropriate products such as BCA Savings, AXA Indonesia General Insurance, RDPU Batavia Dana Kas Maxima, RDPT Simas Danamas Mantap Plus, RDC Danamas Flexi, Serta RDS Panin Dana Maksima

Abstract: PT Wijaya Karya Gedung is one of subsidiaries of PT Wijaya Karya, which business focus on apartments, private buildings, offices, condominium hotels, educational facilities, and many other commercial buildings. Currently in the company there are difficulties for assessing financial performance based on the Ministerial Decree No. KEP-100 / MBU / 2002, because during this financial performance assessment the system is not able to provide details of the assessment and just only issued a single value. As a result, companies cannot know the financial position in detail.Given these problems, then the assessment information system created financial performance at PT Wijaya Karya Gedung is able to provide details of the financial assessment in detail using SDLC which refers to the Decree of the Minister for State Owned Enterprises No. KEP-100 / MBU / 2002.Based on testing, the application can perform the calculation of financial performance which refers to the Decree of the Minister for State Owned Enterprises No. KEP-100 / MBU / 2002. Applications can also generate reports COA, reports the weight, the weight indicator reports, and financial performance assessment reports. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia pembelajaran differential berbasis augmented reality dan keefektifan penggunaan pada siswa kelas XI Otomotif. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian R&D. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Otomotif SMK Negeri 1 Kota Magelang berjumlah 56 siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah multimedia pembelajaran differential berbasis augmented reality. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t. Hasil penilaian dari uji ahli materi dan ahli media, multimedia pembelajaran differential berbasis augmented reality telah memenuhi kriteria sangat layak. Terbukti dari rata-rata presentase hasil uji materi sebesar 88% dan hasil uji media sebesar 94%. Multimedia pembelajaran differential berbasis augmented reality dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dari grafik peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen yaitu sebesar 13, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol hanya sebesar 7,43, maka perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol dan eksperimen sebesar 5,57. Hasil uji t untuk nilai post-test thitung = 3,23 > ttabel 2,052, hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai hasil post-test antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen. Hasil uji gain ternormalisasi pada kelas kontrol yang memperoleh nilai gain sebesar 0,251208 sedangkan nilai gain pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,450495. Interpretasi kelas kontrol masuk dalam kategori peningkatan rendah sedangkan kelas eksperimen masuk dalam kategori peningkatan sedang. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran differential berbasis augmented reality merupakan multimedia yang efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil pengembangan berupa aplikasi multimedia pembelajaran differential berbasis augmented reality yang dapat dioperasikan dengan android disertai dengan buku pendamping.

Epoxidation of natural rubber were tried to be produced under various conditions within in-situ epoxidation reaction. The use of ammonium lauryl sulphate (ALS) as wetting agent also the effect of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) amount and the reaction temperature were discussed. The molar ratio values of the isoprene units of natural rubber to formic acid and H2O2 was set at 1:1:1, 1:1:2, and 1:1:3 while the temperature was varied by 40, 50 and 60o C. ALS that been used were 1 phr within 100 ml Latex NR that contained 20,52% DRC. The process reaction were using a reactor with stirrer and water bath for five hours. The results were shown in spectroscopy FT-IR instrument. From the preparation, we know that the natural rubber that been used had the same rubber content compare to the previous researcher. The molar ratio and temperature variation that have been used were not succed to made epoxidation group in natural rubber. The function of ALS as wetting agent at the preparation were not worked enough, so the epoxidized were not produced.Keywords: ALS, formic acid, H2O2, in-situ epoxidation

Covid19 pandemic has changed the world, everything running slow, also with the business. Because of rules about limitation of human traffic in every country. It makes many aviations bankrupt. There also stayed at home rules, business going down, many shopping mall empty, there’s only plentypeople in restaurant, it also happen with fashion business. The needed of fashion, also going down. There are no one can predict how long this pandemic will be going on. So, the society postpone their not so important expens. Most people got scared to travelled or even going out from their house. Stores closed or opened with restricted business hours. Students has to study from home and also workers. It decrased the sales, because people held to buy some stuff which not important. Beside that, because of work from home,workers don’t bought working dress a lot. So, nadjani realized that our business had to changed quickly. To make business run, businessman have to find new ways that adapt from the situation. Some innovative flexible ways have to develop, so in this uncertain situation, business still able to make enough income for the company. Beside making enough income, the new way also can support the brand image keep on their path. At the end, the collaboration of them can make business and brand established.
