Abstract

Motivasi berprestasi memberikan dorongan kepada seseorang untuk melakukan hal sebaik mungkin dengan keinginan untuk melampaui target. Prestasi bukanlah sesuatu yang kebetulan saja melainkan banyak faktor diantaranya kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan terhadap karyawannya, iklin organisasi yang kondusif dalam perusahaan serta work engagement dari masing-masing karyawan yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dalam mencapai target yang telah di tentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Work Engagement, Iklim Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi pada Sales Advisor PT. Serasi Mitra Mobil Palembang. Penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah 63 orang sales advisor sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh yaitu pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Tehnik penggalian data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan tes statistik yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan hasil F hitung secara simultan (6.481) dengan sig 0.000< 0.05 maka secara statistika ada pengaruh Work engagement, Iklim Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi sebesar 64.81%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasul uji t didapatkan score t hitung secara simultan (0.460) t tabel (dengan sig 0.000 <0.05) artinya ada pengaruh work engagement sebesar 46% terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi. sedangkan untuk Iklim Organisasi 0, 641 dengan (sig 0,000 < 0.05) dan Kompenasi 0,256 dengan (sig 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Intellectual capital diukur menggunakan model Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) yang memiliki tiga komponen (physical capital, human capital, and structural capital). Corporate governance diukur menggunakan dua proksi (proporsi komisaris independen dan kepemilikan institusional) dan Kinerja Keuangan diukur dengan satu proksi (ROA). Data diperoleh dari 12 perusahaan perbankan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tiga tahun (2018-2020). Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil uji asumsi klasik telah menunjukkan bahwa data normal sehingga analisis regresi dapat dilakukan dengan layak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan di masa depan, proporsi komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan di masa depan, dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan di masa depan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa intellectual capital dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan jika perusahaan dapat mengukurnya secara akurat namun corporate governance masih tidak terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Intellectual Capital, Corporate Governance, dan Kinerja Keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh Laba Akuntansi dan Total Arus Kas Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Farmasi Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2019. Teknik dalam penarikan sampel digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan dari 11 perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang didapat melalui http://www.idx.co.id. Uji prasyarat analisis yang digunakan ialah uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dalam hasil penelitian statistik menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial laba akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. hal ini dapat dilihat dari uji t dimana nilai signifikan variabel laba akuntansi lebih kecil dari derajat kesalahan yaitu 0,002 < 0,05. hasil penelitian statistik menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial total arus kas tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. hal ini dapat dilihat dari uji t dimana nilai signifikan variabel total arus kas lebih besar dari derajat kesalahan 0,347 > 0,05. dari hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa laba akuntansi dan total arus kas berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. hal ini dapat dilihat dari uji f dimana nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari derajat kesalahan yaitu 0,005 < 0,05. kemudian, koefisien determinasi pada nilai adjusted R Square yaitu sebesar 0,323 atau 32,3%. Pada nilai tersebut bahwa laba akuntansi dan total arus kas mempengaruhi harga saham sebesar 32,3%, sedangkan sisanya 67,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

This study aims to measure and find out financial performance at PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk using the method of Economic Value Added (EVA) for the period 2016 - 2020. This study uses this research using descriptive analysis method which aims to provide an overview of the actual financial performance of the company, where data collected, compiled, then analyzed and explained with existing theories and finally make conclusions and suggestions. Descriptive analysis method used in this study to describe in general PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk, by describing the results of the analysis conducted in this study. The design of this study is to use a qualitative approach, where with this approach the author seeks to understand the analysis of financial performance using EVA methods. The conclusion of this study shows that the financial performance of PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk based on the analysis of Economic Value Added (EVA) from 2016 to 2020 is not good, where the value of EVA <0, ie for five consecutive years the company EVA shows a negative value. In 2016 the value of EVA - Rp. 788,228,366 and in 2017 the value of EVA again decreased significantly by -Rp. 2,101,912,330 and in 2018 amounting to Rp. 1,237,933,617 and decreased in 2019 to a figure of -Rp. 1,148,156,021 and in 2020 it fell to -Rp. 749,755,182. It is recommended for companies to increase EVA each year to reach a positive value by reducing or reducing the cost of capital while negotiating interest rates.

Abstract

Purpose - The study aims to develop a theoretical model of financial satisfaction and an empirical research model on literacy and inclusion. Primarily, it aims to analyze the concepts of financial attitude, behavior, and knowledge. Methodology - Data were obtained from individuals at Palembang City South Sumatera in between the ages of 20 and 55 who earned an income were included in this research. Furthermore, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique was used to obtain data of non-probability 142 respondents between May and July 2019. Findings - The results showed that financial attitude and knowledge have a significant positive effect on literacy, while financial behavior shows insignificant impact on literacy. Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on inclusion and satisfaction. Meanwhile, financial inclusion has no significant impact on satisfaction. Originality - This research develops an empirical model of financial satisfaction by examining in detail how individuals increase the availability of products and services, including the ease of access.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value in the cement sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the cement sub-sector manufacturing sector companies on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling using saturated sampling technique. Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that the variables of liquidity, leverage and profitability affect Price to Book Value (PBV). This shows the value of sig F (0.001) <0.05. The results of the partial test also show that the Liquidity variable (CR) does not affect Price to Book Value (PBV) indicated by the value of sig t (0.651) > a (0.05), the Leverage variable (DER) affects Price to Book Value (PBV) indicated with the value of sig t (0.013) < a (0.05). And the Profitability (ROA) variable affects Price to Book Value (PBV) indicated by the value of sig t (0.006) < a (0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to find out and prove the Effect of Current Assets, Long-Term Debt, Equity, Net Profit and Profit Hold Against the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either Simultaneously or Partially. The results of this study indicate that, There is the Effect of Current Assets, Long-Term Debt, Equity, Net Profit and Retained Earnings Together - on Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, There Are Effects of Current Assets Against Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are Effects of Long-Term Debt on Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There Is No Effect of Equity on the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the psychology of the millennial junior generation in several big cities in Indonesia who are intensely using Instagram and have an impact on their impulse buying. This study uses quantitative methods. The analytical technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with LISREL software. A total of 390 junior millennial respondents (born 1991-1998) filled out an online questionnaire using a google form. The results showed that instagram had an insignificant direct effect on impulse buying. However, Instagram has a significant indirect effect through self-esteem on impulse buying. Neuroticism has the greatest influence on the impulse buying of millennial juniors. Based on the calculation of the indirect effect, it can be seen that self-esteem in this study is fully mediated for the instagram and neuroticism variables. Thus it can be concluded that Instagram has an important role in the psychological formation of the millennial junior generation. The intensity of excessive use of Instagram can lower self-esteem so that they compensate for these feelings through impulse buying. The limitation in this study is that it only uses one personality characteristic of the five existing personalities. The contribution of this research is to strengthen Murk (2006) self-esteem theory as a development of Rosenberg's (1989) theory. In addition, the results of this study can also be a recommendation for online business people who aggressively advertise their products through Instagram in order to choose the right marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial ratios on firm value with profit growth as a moderating variable in Indonesian Acquisition Companies, both directly and indirectly. The population in this study are all Acquisition Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period, by taking samples using a purposive sampling method, where the determination of the sample is based on certain criteria. Based on these criteria, seven companies were sampled in this study. Data analysis used in this research is to use the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method which is operated through the views 12 program. The results of this study indicate that the variable financial ratios consisting of liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, profitability ratios and activity ratios both directly and significantly influence firm value, as well as indirectly, where liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, profitability ratios and ratios activity has a significant effect on firm value through profit growth. The results of the determinant coefficient test can be interpreted that the independent variable is able to explain or is able to describe the dependent variable as a whole.
