Abstract

Full scale Quality Management (TQM) happening if school or Islamic Junior High School does development and education upgrade chronically. Full scale Quality Management (TQM) happening if school has done quality surety management (Full scale Quality Assurance). Its mean is quality surety management happens if headmaster perform its leadership function with every consideration, so becomes support for management success all education component. In other words that curriculum business success, student’s business, thing's medium business, subjective business with society, finances and administration will very dependent on madrasah (school) headmaster or head leadership as top leader.

As teacher of Indonesian was necessarily feels happening learning problem all this time. So teacher necessarily tries do changes in Indonesian learning at within class. One of change which is done by use of method role play and STAD'S method (Student Teams Achievement division) in standart interest converses and reading. In learning Tells hobby, can be done by use of method role play so makes student more active. Method role play understanding language as skill of straightforward speaking with bases student life in masayarakat. Method role play well-matched being applied while teacher does speaking learning with aided with role card.

Abstract

As an institution that has long been developing, the school is an institution that is complex and unique. Is complex because of the madrassa as an organization in which there are various dimensions to each other interrelated and mutually determine. While unique madrassa as an institution that has certain characteristics that are not owned by other organizations. Head madrasah professionals need to succeed in government programs are being rolled out as local autonomy, decentralization of education, school-based management, competency-based curriculum. All of it requires the participation and professional performance headmaster. The school principal professional new paradigm in the management of education will have a positive impact and a fairly fundamental change in the renewal of the education system in schools.

Abstract

Educational institutions are institutions or places where the educational process takes place with the aim of changing individual behavior for the better through interaction with the surrounding environment. There are three kinds of Islamic education institutions, namely (1) Formal Islamic Education Institutions, (2). Non-Formal Islamic Education Institutions, and (3). Informal Islamic Education Institute. Formal educational institutions are a structured and tiered educational path that consists of primary education, secondary education and higher education. Meanwhile, non-formal education institutions are educational pathways outside formal education which are implemented in a structured and tiered manner. These non-formal educational institutions are provided for residents who do not have the opportunity to attend or complete education at certain levels in formal education. Meanwhile, informal educational institutions are education whose scope is more focused on the family and society. Family education is the first and foremost education. Family is the first educational institution, where students receive education and guidance from their parents or other family members for the first time. It is the family that lays the foundations for the child's personality, because at this time, children are more sensitive to the influence of educators (their parents).

Abstract

The institution's efforts to make good student achievement and discipline are the main factors in it because it trains students to be able to control themselves, respect, and obey all the rules and regulations that exist in the school. However, on the contrary, violations or deviations from the order will harm him and will cause a problem, so that in its implementation as education, it can take action against students by being given sanctions or punishments and warnings.Punishment should not be carried out unless it has been preceded by a warning. In giving punishment, the teacher should pay attention to the following things: punishment must have something to do with mistakes, punishment must be adjusted to the child, punishment must be given fairly and the teacher is able to forgive students after the punishment is given.
