Abstract

Disposisi berpikir juga diperlukan agar seorang siswa atau mahasiswa dapat berhasil dalam belajar. Hasil penelitian pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang disposisi berpikir dari 84 responden yang merupakan pendidik dan mahasiswa calon guru masih berada pada kategori sangat rendah, yaitu 38,45%. Masalah rendahnya pengetahuan tentang disposisi berpikir ini penting untuk diatasi. Hal ini dikarenakan seorang guru harus memahami disposisi berpikir, agar berhasil dalam melakukan pembelajaran di kelas. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh pengabdi adalah mengadakan kegiatan webinar nasional tentang tinjauan filosofis dan psikologis dari disposisi berpikir. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan webinar ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta webinar tentang disposisi berpikir. Kegiatan webinar ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu pemaparan materi, tanya jawab, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian melalui webinar ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terhadap disposisi berpikir sebesar 23,99%, yaitu dari kategori sangat rendah (38,45%) ke kategori tinggi (62,44%). Peningkatan pengetahuan ini juga terjadi pada masing-masing materi tentang disposisi berpikir yang disampaikan dalam webinar ini. Secara umum dapat dikatakan bahwa webinar ini berhasil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang disposisi berpikir.Thinking dispositions are also needed so that a student can succeed in learning. The results of the preliminary research indicate that the knowledge of the thinking dispositions of 84 respondents who are teachers and preservice teacher candidates is still in the low category, which is 38.45%. The problem of low knowledge about this thinking disposition is important to overcome. This is because a teacher must understand the disposition of thinking, to be successful in carrying out learning in class. One of the ways that this service is carried out is by holding a national webinar on a philosophical and psychological review of thinking dispositions. Therefore, the purpose of this webinar activity is to increase the knowledge of webinar participants about thinking dispositions. This webinar activity consists of three stages, namely material presentation, question and answer, and evaluation of activities. The results of this service through this webinar showed that there was an increase in participants' knowledge of thinking dispositions by 23.99%, from the very low category (38.45%) to the high category (62.44%). This increase in knowledge also occurs in each material about the disposition of thinking presented in this webinar. In general, it can be said that this webinar was successful in increasing participants' knowledge about thinking dispositions.

Abstract

The purpose of this PKM activity is a workforce that has not worked in Bedayu village, Senduro sub-district, Lumajang Regency. So far, entrepreneurship has been conveyed only through socialization to increase public awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship as a way to reduce high unemployment. But in reality socialization alone is not enough to make people motivated and interested in entrepreneurship. The method of implementing the PKM Economic Education Study Program embodies the entrepreneurship workshop program in a combination of hard skills and soft skills in the form of a combination of educational socialization about entrepreneurship and training to manage the potential of the Bedayu village area to improve the economic status of the community. The human resource competency program (hardskill) is related to how to cultivate the potential of the Bedayu community. While soft skills are related to the development of simple entrepreneurship that can be done in the easiest way accompanied by how to package and calculate the profits to be gained. The result of community service activities is the achievement of soft beds from the Bedayu village community for their interest in carrying out home-based entrepreneurial activities by creating business opportunities in the form of coffee products and marketing outside the Bedayu region

Abstract

This study aims to develop a questionnaire on student needs for worksheets based on the IDEA (Issue, Discussion, Establish, and Apply) learning model that is valid and reliable. This research is development research using 4 stages, namely planning, reconstruction, quantitative analysis, and validation. The result at this planning stage is a questionnaire grid. The result of the reconstruction phase is a questionnaire and scoring guidelines. The results at this quantitative analysis stage were in the form of a questionnaire reliability test using the Alpha Cronbach technique. Reliability test results show that r count > r table, namely 0.927 > 0.423. This means that the questionnaire is reliable. The reliability of this questionnaire also shows that it is in the very high category. The results of the validity test showed that of the 45 questionnaire items, 4 items were invalid and 41 items were valid. Therefore, the results of this study generally obtained 41 questionnaire items of student needs for worksheets based on the IDEA learning model that was valid and reliable. So the questionnaire consisting of 41 statement items can be used to analyze student needs for worksheets based on the IDEA learning model.

Abstract

Abstract In addition to the ability to think, students need a thinking disposition to succeed in learning. However, the results of preliminary research indicate that the knowledge of prospective teachers, teachers, and lecturers is still low on thinking dispositions. Therefore, this problem can be solved by conducting a national webinar on dispositions of thinking. Thus, the purpose of this service is to provide participants with an understanding of the philosophical and psychological dispositions of thinking. This service method is in the form of a national webinar, which is a seminar held online. This webinar activity is divided into three stages, namely the material presentation stage, the question and answer stage, and the community service evaluation stage. The results of this community service evaluation show that the percentage of the results of filling out the questionnaire is 81% which means that it is in the very high category. This means that this national webinar activity was very successful in understanding the participants towards a philosophical and psychological review of thinking dispositions. This success is supported by the availability of material, internet signals, and the ability of the presenters to convey the material. Apart from that, there are also inhibiting factors in this seminar activity, namely inadequate material delivery time, signal constraints, and too many presenters.

Abstract

Cooperative in Indonesia is a business entity that has an important element in the development of the Indonesian economy. Because cooperatives are business entities that are composed by the people and consist of people, the welfare of the people will increase. This is in accordance with the 1945 Constitution clause of 33 and paragraph in 1. The difference between cooperatives and other business entities is because cooperatives have multiple identities, namely as owners and users of cooperative services, therefore good management is needed, especially in their financial statements. Financial statements describe the financial position and health of a company. Therefore to know the financial condition can be seen from the level of Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability and efficiency of cooperatives in running the business. This study aims to determine the balance sheet and the remaining business results both to determine the capital turnover in the cooperative. The method used by collecting financial data so that developments in the cooperative will be known in a certain period. Therefore we need financial statement data to analyze it. The results of the research that can be concluded are the comparison of the balance sheet and the remaining operating results, for the number of balance sheets has increased by a percentage of 6.04% so that it will add to the increase in the remaining business results in other words labadip affected by the amount of service income increased due to increased sales of goods and total expenses reduced and other posts increased as well so that the remaining operating results have increased. Whereas the balance sheet increased in current assets and liabilities also increased. Then in the cooperative capital turnover also increased by 0.54% to 0.58% so that working capital is still well channeled.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui konsumsi mahasiswa dalam mengelokasikan pendapatan (uang saku) dan literasi ekononi mahasiswa untuk penerapan perilaku menabung dengan pesatnya perkembangan zaman. Jenis penelitian yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian yakni mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi di STKIP PGRI Lumajang dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 7 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada responden, dengan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data penyajian dat, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian bahwasannya: (1) Rata-rata ekonomi keluarga termasuk ke dalam tingkat sedang hingga tinggi dilihat dari indikator pendapatan orang tua (Uang saku) mahasiswa, kekayaan, dan pekerjaan. (2) Literasi ekonomi mahasiswa dalam kategori sedang karena mahasiswa mampu membuat keputusan ekonomi yang tepat. (3) Perilaku menabung dilakukan mahasiswa dengan mengontrol pengeluaran dalam konsumsi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ekonomi keluarga dan literasi ekonomi sangat memiliki pengaruh dengan perilaku menabung dilihat dari ekonomi keluarga tingkat uang saku, literasi ekonomi berdasarkan pengetahuan mahasiswa

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui analisis minat berwirausaha pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2016 penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan: Faktor-Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2016 di STKIP PGRI Lumajang?. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi di STKIP PGRI Lumajang dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 9 mahasiswa. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada informan. Dengan teknik analisis data berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. hasil penelitian dan pembahasan rata-rata minat sesuai dengan hasil observasi sekitar 93.86% yang menjawab dengan pilihan ya, dan berwirausaha sesuai dengan hasil observasi sekitar 95.97% yang menjawab dengan pilihan ya, Minat berwirausaha sesuai dengan hasil observasi sekitar 63.6% yang menjawab dengan pilihan ya, Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa minat berwirausaha dari mahasiswa angkatan 2016 cukup besar dan semakin tinggi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa maka semakin tinggi pula minat untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Kata Kunci: Faktor-Faktor Minat Berwirausaha

Abstract

The involvement of teaching materials for the ongoing teaching and learning activities in schools is very important, especially teaching materials that have appeal and are arranged creatively for use by students. This attraction will encourage students to be more enthusiastic about learning. The motivations of students are inseparable from the role of educators in choosing teaching materials that are appropriate to the needs of their students. Educators also need to develop self-creativity to be able to create creative teaching materials. Teaching materials in the form of teaching books are generally in the form of textbooks and student worksheets so that the tendency of students to be lazy and bored in learning appears. Therefore we need teaching materials that have more appeal so students can easily understand. One of the creative teaching materials that can be developed is a three-dimensional textbook that can be used for students entering the age of children to adolescents. This textbook is intended to motivate students to be more active in reading so that they are able to link the examples presented in the book into real conditions in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Digitalization is developing rapidly in the community, but not all levels of society can use technology properly including students. So that it needs an active role of universities in directing students to be more effective in using technology as a learning support facility. The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which the use of e-learning in the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP PGRI Lumajang can spur student academic activities on an ongoing basis so as to improve the quality of learning. This type of research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. The research method uses in-depth interviews, observations and questionnaires. Found the results of the first study, most of the students of Economic Education Study Program were able to use e-learning well. Second, the intensity of e-learning media usage is not routinely fully used by students because not all subjects are given through e-learning media. Finally, the use of e-learning media provides an attraction to encourage students to be more active, more effective in understanding the material, more efficient in terms of time and cost. The main problem that arises is the unstable internet network connectivity because most student residences are in locations that are difficult to reach with a strong internet network so they have to struggle more to be able to access e-learning.

Abstract

Salah satu program Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan adalah Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB). PKB ini sangat penting untuk diikuti oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimilikinya. PKB ini dilaksanakan berbasis komunitas, yang salah satunya adalah Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Akan tetapi kegiatan MGMP Matematika MTs di Kabupaten Lumajang hanya melaksanakan kegiatan pengembangan diri, sedangkan kegiatan publikasi karya ilmiah dan karya inovatif masih belum dilaksanakan. Dengan demikian PKB pada kegiatan pengabdian ini fokus pada pelatihan pembuatan artikel ilmiah. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah diharapkan guru-guru dapat menulis artikel ilmiah dan mengirimkan artikel ilmiah ke jurnal nasional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu penyuluhan, pemaparan materi dan tanya jawab, kerja kelompok, dan evaluasi pengabdian. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru telah memahami mengenai pentingnya publikasi artikel ilmiah dan agenda kegiatan pengabdian ini. Hasil pemaparan materi menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru telah memahami cara penulisan artikel ilmiah. Hasil kerja kelompok menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 85,7% guru-guru telah berhasil membuat artikel ilmiah dan mengirimkannya ke jurnal nasional. Hasil evaluasi pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa persentase tingkat keberhasilan pengabdian ini adalah 84,67% yang berarti sangat berhasil. Keberhasilan ini disebabkan antusias guru-guru dalam mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini.One of the programs of the Ministry of Education and Culture is Continuous Professional Development (CPD). This CPD is very important for teachers to follow in improving their competencies. This CPD is carried out on a community-based basis, one of which is the Subject Teacher Consultation. However, the Subject Teacher Consultation of Mathematics activities in Lumajang Regency only carried out self-development activities, while the publication of scientific works and innovative works had not yet been carried out. Thus, CPD in this service activity focuses on training in making scientific articles. The purpose of this service activity is that teachers are expected to be able to write scientific articles and submit scientific articles to national journals. This service activity consists of 4 stages, namely counseling, material presentation and questions and answers, group work, and service evaluation. The results of the counseling showed that the teachers had understood the importance of publishing scientific articles and the agenda of this service activity. The results of the presentation of the material showed that the teachers had understood how to write scientific articles. The results of group work show that 85.7% of teachers have succeeded in writing scientific articles and submitting them to national journals. The results of the service evaluation show that the percentage of the success rate of this service is 84.67%, which means it is very successful. This success is due to the enthusiasm of the teachers in participating in this service activity.
