Abstract

CV. Yusti Karya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finances is an important requirement for smooth project management. CV.Yusti Karya often has to manage several projects simultaneously in remote locations. This condition makes it difficult for the finance staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also makes it difficult for project managers in the field and must report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya improved the project's financial management system from using spreadsheets to a web-based information system. Web-based information system will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object- oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The development of this system aims to enable Person in Charge (PIC) projects in the field to submit expenditures and can be immediately approved by the financial staff in charge. Online project finance management between project PICs and finance staff helps harmonize financial management. The Director can monitor the flow of the latest project finance developments online.

Abstract

Pratama Bakti Timah Clinic is one of the First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) that provides health services to the community in the Pangkalpinang area and its surroundings. In these health service activities, when a patient requires special medical care in terms of medical services, medical personnel, medical support, outpatient services, and inpatient services, the patient will be referred to a higher health facility. Considering the various factors that cause patients to be referred and there are several hospitals that are referred to, this condition is a multi-criteria and multi-alternative condition. To overcome this, it is necessary to design a decision support system that will make it easier for medical administration service officers at the Primary Clinic. The decision support system is designed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is able to accommodate multi-criteria and multi-alternative decision making. The results of data processing showed that the most important factor in the referral of FKTP patients at the Pratama Clinic was the outpatient service factor with a weight of 30.7%, the second factor was medical services 24.4%, the third factor was medical personnel 17.5%, the fourth factor was supporting medical services 15.9%, and the last is inpatient services 11.4%. While the first referral hospital is RSUD Ir. Soekarno with a weight of 31.1%, then Depati Hamzah Hospital with a weight of 27.5%, then Bakti Timah Hospital with 27.3%, and Bakti Wara Hospital with 14.1%.

Abstract

CV. Mitra Ternak Sejahtera packs livestock waste of their broiler rabbits and ornamental rabbits to be sold as raw material for fertilizer. The sale of rabbit manure waste utilizes a network of resellers that already exist related to the marketing of broiler rabbits and ornamental rabbits. Marketing of rabbit livestock waste is done through messaging applications on social media. Conventional marketing and the high demand for rabbit waste products pose a problem considering that the marketing of rabbit waste uses resellers who also market broiler rabbits and ornamental rabbits. Accuracy of order data and guarantee of availability of waste products that are ready to be marketed are a problem. To reduce product order fulfillment errors and make it easier for resellers and general consumers to find out product stock, this study designed a web-based system for marketing kelimci livestock waste. The system design uses the Agile methodology and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model with the hope that this system can be developed sustainably and adapt to the needs of the system owner
