Abstract

Perbankan adalah salah satu industri jasa yang bergerak di bidang keuangan. Salah satu tujuan khususnya adalah menjangkau nasabah sebanyak dan seluas mungkin. Dalam rangka merealisasi hal tersebut, maka perbankan pada umumnya memiliki karyawan dengan berbagai posisi leader dan non leader pada cabang yang tersebar. Disiplin adalah salah satu syarat utama dalam membangun ritme kerja yang baik yang nantinya juga akan berujung kepada pencapaian target baik secara khusus maupun umum. Menunjuk hal tersebut di atas maka penelitian ini dilakukan agar dapat memberikan gambaran yang nyata akan hubungan motivasi serta komunikasi visi yang baik akan memberikan pengaruh kepada disiplin karyawan tersebut.

Abstract

Currently, information technology is something that almost exists in every sector of social life, especially in the business sector. The business sector is a sector that is heavily pressured to always use and take advantage of current technological advances. Everyday life is made easier by technology, the use of technology is also making it easier for the business world, this can be seen by the many tools or frameworks that support every business sector. Information technology management is the most important part of the sustainability of information technology in every company. In the current research, the authors focus on information technology analysis using one of the domains, namely Service Operation, which has 3 analysis processes, namely Event Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management. Where from the 3 processes of this analysis the author will recommend or as a basis for the company to make policies on the use of information technology. To evaluate this information technology service using a questionnaire method adapted to the ITIL V3 domain service operation framework which consists of the 3 processes mentioned above.Keywords: ITIL; Service Operation; Information Technology; Business AbstrakSaat ini teknologi informasi menjadi sesuatu yang hampir ada pada setiap sektor kehidupan bermasyarakat, terlebih pada sektor bisnis. Sektor bisnis merupakan sektor yang sangat ditekan untuk selalu menggunakan dan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi saat ini. Kehidupan sehari-hari dipermudah oleh teknologi, penggunaan teknologi juga semakin mempermudah dunia bisnis, ini bisa dilihat dengan banyaknya tools atau framework yang mendukung setiap sektor bisnis. Manajemen teknologi informasi menjadi bagian yang paling penting dalam keberlangsungan teknologi informasi yang ada pada setiap perusahaan. Pada penelitian saat ini penulis memfokuskan analisis teknologi informasi menggunakan salah satu domain yakni Service Operation yang memiliki 3 proses analisis yaitu Event Management, Incident Management, dan Problem Management. Dimana dari 3 proses analisis ini penulis akan merekomendasikan atau sebagai dasar perusahaan untuk pengambilan kebijakan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Untuk melakukan evaluasi layanan teknologi informasi ini dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner yang disesuaikan dengan framework ITIL V3 domain Service Operation yang terdiri dari 3 proses tadi.

Abstract

Increasing human activity has caused a decreasing environmental quality. This condistion will lead to a higher global warming impact. To minimize these negative impacts and improve sustainable living quality, the Indonesian government has a strategic initiative in the form of sustainable financing distribution. Apart from relying on government banks that have the ability to create financial stability, Indonesian government also relies on regional government banks that are capable to create regional financial stability. Referring to the strategy from the Indonesian government, this study will analyze the relationship between state bank financing and regional government banks with the SRI-Kehati sustainable development index. Regression results show that state banks have a relatively higher proportion of sustainable financing for the industrial sector by 13% compared with regional government banks at 11%. However, state banks only contributed 3% for the non-industrial sector compared with the regional government banks which has 6% contribution. In addition, the impulse-response results show that state banks have relatively more negative responses with no significant compared with the regional government banks. In relation to these findings, there is no type of bank that have most influential in building sustainable financing. However, both have their respective virtues in implementing decent sustainable financing if the government not only relies on government regulations and policies. However, ensuring the availability of a sufficient amount of financing and access to bank financing is expected to elevate better sustainable financing.
