Abstract

Abstract. The success of the organization in achieving its goals supported by factors internaland external to the organization, where the internal side of the organization should be get firstattention to achieve maximum performance. This study aims to determine the effect ofcompetency, career development and training on employee performance of the DirectorateGeneral of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance. The method used is descriptive quantitative.The data used are primary data collected by questionnaire and also secondary data. Thepopulation in this study were all employees as many as 387 people. The samples are taken byrandom sampling technique, using the Slovin‟s formula to take 80 people for samples. Thevariables in this study consisted of independent variables that are competency, careerdevelopment and training, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Thevariable measured with Likert Scale and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression byusing t test and F test.Results of this study concluded that: 1) in partially competency hadpositive and significant impact on employee performance; 2) in partially career developmentprovide uneffect on employee performance; 3) in partially training had positive andsignificant impact on employee performance; and 4) in simultaneously competency, careerdevelopment and training have positive and significant impact on employee performance.Competency is the most influence variable on employee performance.Keywords: Competency, Career Development, Training and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of digital assets such as social media, websites, and online marketplace to the performance of MSMEs of Bekasi City in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study is business owners/managers with a maximum annual turnover of 10 billion rupiah and assets of 50 billion rupiahs. This research uses a quantitative approach with the primary data source in the form of a questionnaire. Using Partial Least Square as a data processing and analysis technique, the results show that the social media, website, and online marketplace have been proven to have a contribution to the performance of MSMEs in Bekasi City, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In line with the increasingly rapid development of the world of information and communication supported by increasingly sophisticated technology, it encourages us to find out how the motivation for online shopping from consumers is for MSME products during the Covid-19 pandemic in the milenial community around the Jabodetabek area. Quantitative research methods were objective with a deductive processed, research is designed to discuss problems that have been determined from the beginning and did not change until the end of the study and were static from beginning to end. The total respondents were 174. Data processing was carried out by using multiple regression analysis with software of SPSS 26.0 on respondents aged 25 years showing that the results obtained simultaneously; perceived usefulness, hedonic motivation, internal norms, external subject norms, and the Covid-19 pandemic have a significant effect on the motivational behavioral intentions of online shopping for MSME products by millennials in the Jabodetabek area. The results of the partial test, the hedonic motivation factor was proven to have a positive and significant influence on the intention of online shopping behavior for MSME products among millennials generation in Jabodetabek

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk melihat model SDM dengan peubah nilai-nilai Islami, pemaknaan sholat, budaya perusahaan dan kinerja SDM dengan pendekatan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen pekerja pada era masyarakat 5.0. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil Bank BNI Syariah sebagai studi kasus dengan 100 responden untuk melihat hubungan antar peubah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian memberikan hasil dimana nilai-nilai Islami berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap pemaknaan sholat, budaya perusahaan dan kinerja SDM. Adapun pemaknaan sholat tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap budaya perusahaan begitu juga kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap komitmen pekerja.  Nilai-nilai Islami pada model SDM memberikan implikasi bahwa nilai-nilai Islami dapat meraih harapan tujuan era masyarakat 5.0 yaitu peningkatan kualitas hidup.

Abstract

Work performance was the result of achievement by an employee at any given time. Many factors that affect job performance an employee, including interpersonal communication and compentence. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and competence towords job performance at the Department of Agriculture Bogor City.This research method included in the survey with of associative methods. The population in this study were all civil servants in the city of Bogor Agricultural Department with the number 64 people. The data collection was done by spreading the questionnaire to the respondents, the data were analyzed with quantitative approach in the form of multiple linear regression, t test and F test.Based on the results of the study was found 1) interpersonal communication significantly influence employee job performance with the sig. 0.049 <? 0.05. This means that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted at 95% confidence level. 2) Competence significant effeceted on employee job performance with the sig. 0.000 <? 0.05. Wich meant Ho was rejected and Ha accepted at 95% confidence level. 3) Interpersonal Communication and competence had a significant effect jointly on job performance at the Bogor Agricultural Department with sig value. 0.000 <?0, 05.Finally, the authors suggested to the Head of Department of Agriculture Bogor City in order to provide direction to staff to be able to create effective interpersonal communication, and proceeded in a two-way or reciprocal, and with good competence of the employees w0uld be able to do the tasks to which it aspires was optimal, so that the turn would improve their work in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, education/training on work motivation both individually and collectively together and to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, education/training on performance either individually or jointly, as well as to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, education/training on performance through motivation to work at Hotel Sofyan Betawi, Cut Meutia, Jakarta.The population consisted of all employees, as many as 80 people. Using census sampling techniques to the overall population of 80 people or respondents, data collection was conducted using questionnaires, while data analysis using path analysis or path analysis were processed using SPSS 16 software. The results showed that: (1) Compensation and organizational culture had no significant effect on work motivation, while education/training has significant effect on work motivation, (2) Compensation, organizational culture, education/training jointly significant effect on motivation, (3) Compensation does not significantly affect the performance of the employee, while the motivation and education/training significantly affect performance, (4) compensation, motivation, education/training jointly significant effect on performance, (5) Compensation, organizational culture, education/training has positive influence on performance through motivation.

Abstract

The Ministry of Finance believes implementing bureaucratic reforms in human resources is very important in the organization, including at the Directorate General of Debt Management. This study aims to identify and analyze the strategic role folder concept models of human resources according to Ulrich items, namely as a strategic partner, an administrative expert, an employee champion, and a change agent and further to identify and analyze the effect of the strategic role of human resources job satisfaction on employees at the Directorate General of Debt Management. This study is an associative descriptive analysis and using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 178 employees. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result showed that the strategic role of human resources is still an expert administrative dominant role. The role of human resources as a strategic partner, administrative expert, employee champion and change agent has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction. The influence of the role of human resources as an administrative expert on job satisfaction is the most dominant than the effect of the role of strategic partner, change agent or employee champion

Abstract

In today's modern era, technology is growing rapidly, especially in the digital banking sector, including mobile banking. Coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic, which has limited public activities such school from home, make increased in digital transactions.  The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence the Behavioral Intention of DKI Jakarta private students in using mobile banking using the development of the UTAUT2 model. The development of the UTAUT2 model was by adding the Covid-19 pandemic perception variable in the use of mobile banking as an influencing variable. This research used multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS ver. 26.0. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with criteria students from private universities that resided at Jakarta and were using mobile banking. Questionnaires were distributed in the first week of April 2021 by online using Google Form.  There were 102 respondents that fit the criteria from 114 students. Two factors from model Utaut2 influnced significantly, which were hedonic motivation and habit. The other result was the COVID-19 pandemic has proven as a significant nexus on the behavioral intention of using mobile banking.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was intended to find the factors that cause the problem and find alternative solutions , as well as to get a real picture of the circumstances and facts of the influence of motivation , communication , job satisfaction and its impact on officer performance.Motivation variable partial effect on officer performance by 0.372 (37.2%). Communication variable partial affect the officer performance of 0.607 (60.7%). Work satisfaction variable partial effect on the performance of officer - 0.271 (27.1%). Variable motivation, communication and work satisfaction simultaneously significantly affect officer performance variable of 0.539 or by 53.9% . And the balance of 0.461 or 46.1% is influenced by other variables in addition to these three variables. It became clear that the variables motivation, communication and work satisfaction have an effect on the performance of officer Division of officers, Organization and Secretariat of the Directorate General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation of the Ministry of Forestry Bogor.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to set up an instruments to measure Islamic values and meaning of prayers (sholat.) The Islamic values consisted of tauhid (unity), khilafah (trusteeship) and adalah (justice). Factors of pray essence consist of 6 (six) variables namely concentration, understanding, respect, fear and admiration, hope for mercy and bless and shamefornegligence. This study took place in Islamic Banks namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) and BNI Syariah. Data analysis used for this study was Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results showed all indicators that reflected the Islamic values were valid and reliable that was consisted 22 item questions.Construct reliability (CR) and variance extracted (VE) for Islamic values were 0,79 and 0,58.  Concentration, understanding, respect, fear and admiration,indicatedthe meaning of prayer that were valid and reliable (CR 0,90 and VE 0,69), consisted nine item questions. Spiritualityin the workplacecan bedevelopedthrough theapplication ofIslamic valuesand prayer and it could be measured by these instruments.
