Abstract

The development of housing and settlement was not only intended for physical development but rather must be linked to the social, economic and cultural dimensions that support people's lives in a sustainable way. The settlement must provide environmental facilities for its citizens that accommodate the five basic elements; nature, people, society, places, and networks. The object studied was Kebonsari Village located on the southern border between Malang City and Malang Regency. Kebonsari village has an interesting topography because it is passed by two rivers, namely Mergan River and Sukun River which is located in eastern Kebonsari. However, a number of problems are encountered in Kebonsari urban village, including the unclean condition of Mergan River, poor condition of public facilities supporting settlements, such as arid and unkempt footpaths and lack of common space for residents. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with observational participatory technique.The outline of this study was the design concept of Mergan riverbank arrangement which includes the arrangement of paths and common space for the citizens who can improve the quality of settlements in Kebonsari urban village

Abstract

Proses manajemen proyek konstruksi dalam pembangunan yang berwawasan lingkungan dapat menjadikan kontrol untuk mewujudkan proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, maupun pengawasan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Perencanaan merupakan salah satu bagian dari manajemen konstruksi untuk menghasilkan produk rancangan yang berkelanjutan. Proses perencanaan itu sendiri memiliki bagian-bagian tersendiri yang membutuhkan beberapa tenaga ahli untuk merumuskan desain, proses yang terjadi dalam rangkaian kegiatan tersebut tentunya melibatkan banyak pihak, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pembangunan berkelanjutan yang berwawasan lingkungan (PBBL) memiliki turunan yaitu dokumen konstruksi Indonesia 2030. Dalam dokumen konstruksi tersebut menyatakan bahwa Indonesia harus berorientasi untuk tidak menyumbangkan kerusakan lingkungan namun harus menjadi pelopor perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan. Pembangunan Masjid kampus II Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Malang berusaha menerapkan konsep pembangunan yang berwawasan lingkungan. Perencanaan masjid tersebut berusaha untuk sehemat mungkin dalam memakai material yang dapat merusak lingkungan begitu juga pada masa pelaksanaannya. Penggunaan material didalam proses pembangunan masjid kampus II Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan telah memenuhi kaidah material yang berwawasan lingkungan, mulai dari penggunaan material untuk pekerjaan pengecoran, rangka atap, kusen dan daun pintu, material finishing, infrastruktur penunjang dan pekerjaan sanitasi. Manajemen proyek konstruksi didalam proses perencanaan yang berwawasan lingkungan (berkelanjutan) sangat penting diterapkan terutama untuk menganalisa secara ekonomis terhadap material yang akan digunakan secara jangka panjang terhadap keberlangsungan lingkungan di sekitarnya.

Abstract

The difficulty in obtaining the construction of a strong-beam-weak column building will be encountered during the concrete casting work because in the implementation the beam may be cast using a higher quality concrete than that used for column casting. This has the potential to result in the construction of strong weak-beam columns which should be avoided in earthquake-resistant structures. This study aims to find the most effective concrete casting method that results in the construction of strong-weak beam-columns as intended above. Observations were made on the construction work of a four-story concrete construction building. Analysis by comparing all foundry works whose implementation uses ready mixed concrete made from one vendor, with those using different vendors for each casting of different building structural components. The data used are in the form of compressive strength test results for column casting samples and beam casting samples. From these data, a graph of the compressive strength sample of beam casting is made, then it is compared with the graph of the compressive strength sample of column casting. The results of the study concluded that using different vendors for casting different components of the building has a greater chance of producing a weak beam-strong column structure.
