Abstract

Various pesantren response to the challenge of moderation. One of which is Puncak Darus Salam Pesantren that implement and perform formal education coupled with the establishment of English learning. This paper aims to find 1) the reason of the leader of Pesantren Puncak Darus Salam in organizing the English teaching-learning, and 2) English teaching-learning process in Pondok Pesantren Puncak Darus Salam, Potoan Daja, Palengaan, Pamekasan. This study is qualitative and descriptive. In collecting data, the researcher use observation with non-participant, data were also collected through in-depth interviews and the documentation. Data analysis was used involves 1) data reduction, 2) data display, and 3) conclusions and verification. The research results are 1) The rational reason for the development of learning English is religious reason, that English is seen as a language that can be used for propaganda/ Da’wah of Islam, because of its position as an international language. 2) Development of English learning organized by a specialized organization namely Darwis to use traditional and student-centered learning approach, active learning methods in a regular time each day. 3) Learning English emphasizes the mastery of writing and speaking competence.

Abstract

Teori belajar Humanistik merupakan model pembelajaran yang menekankan kepada memanusiakan siswa, dengan memperhatikan pemenuhan kebutuhan siswa dalam belajar. Tulisan ini berupaya menelaah paradigm pembelajaran humanistik dan penerapannya dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), yang meliputi materi/sub meteri akidah, al-Qur’an Hadith, Fiqh, Akhlak Tasawwuf dan Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam. Dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam teori belajar humanisme bisa digunakan sebagai cara untuk menyampaikan materi PAI. Penarapan teori belajar humanistik dalam materi PAI dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan alasan-alasan (bukti-bukti) rasional terhadap ajaran Islam, memberikan kesempatan siswa untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif terhadap materi PAI yang disampaikan, menghubungkan materi PAI dengan dunia nyata siswa. Strategi pembelajaran PAI sebagai aplikasi teori humanistik dapat dilakukan dengan strategi pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, menyenangkan, koperatif, kontekstual, dan inquiry- discovery.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand: 1) learning planning of moderate Islam education in the State Islamic Institute Madura 2) learning implementation of moderate Islamic education in the State Islamic Institute Madura and 3) learning evaluation of moderate Islamic education in the State Islamic Institute of Madura. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Methods of data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is: data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that: 1) learning planning of moderate Islamic education do with the preparation of syllabus and Implementation lesson Plan. 2) learning implementation of moderate Islamic educatio is a teaching strategy that is used is a discussion/debate on and problem-based learning. Meanwhile, the learning materials of moderate Islamic education containes the subjects as follow: the al- Qur'an, the History Islamic Culture, Psychology of Religion, Education of Akhlaq Tasawwuf. Philosophy of Islamic Education and Islamic philosophy. While the themes of discussion include: democracy, human rights, tolerance of differences. Further, learning evaluation of moderates Islamic education in IAIN Madura is sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education and the factors that support the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted at SMK Al-Faqih Sumber Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Human Resource Management to Improve Education Quality has several stages including a) needs and information analysis, b) teacher recruitment, c) induction of new employees, d) teacher placement, e) granting authority and responsibility for staff, f) implementation of supervision, g) fostering teacher welfare, h) career development for employees, i) termination of relations, and j) severance pay. While the Supporting Factors are a) principals have many considerations, b) programs run in schools can bring positive changes and impacts, c) facilities and infrastructure can be utilized optimally, and d) evaluation.
