Abstract

Kata kunci: zero delta run off, ekodrainase, debit banjir kawasan ABSTRACTTataka Puri Housing is one of the developing areas in Tangerang Regency. It is necessary to pay attention to hydrological problems that may occur because initially this area was a water catchment area in the form of rice fields and gardens, so good planning for the drainage system is needed. For this reason, a zero delta run off concept will be planned, so as not to increase the drainage load to the outlet. 5 scenarios of the drainage system were tested in this study, scenario 1 (conventional drainage channels), scenario 2 (drainage canals with retention ponds), scenario 3 (drainage canals with bioretention), scenario 4 (infiltration canals) and scenario 5 (combination of bioretention and ponds). retention). With reference to the 5-year flood discharge before the built-up area was 0.331 m3/second, from the 5 scenarios studied there were 2 scenarios that met the zero delta run off concept, scenario 2 and scenario 5 with 5-year flood discharge in housing that could be accommodated entirely with ecodrainage technology so there is no flood discharge to the outlet. Keywords: zero delta run off, ecodrainage, area flood discharge

Abstract

Integrated management of water resources is something that must be done to ensure the sustainability of water resources. Based on Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 10 of 2015, water resources management in Indonesia is based on 5 pillars where one of the pillars is the conservation of waterresources. Conservation of water resources is a basic concept of ecodrain wherein rainwater falling as much as possible will be absorbed into the ground again or known as zero runoff. One of the technical factors thatdetermine environmentally sound drainage criteria is the recharge system. In this research, the influence of the application of bioretension and rain garden will be discussed as one of the absorption systems for runoff hydrographs in an area, in this case the Upper Cisadane Watershed is used as the research location. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained the reduction of peak flood discharge with the application of type I, II, III and IV biorescence to the existing peak flood discharge of 26.89-26.93%, and reduction of peak flood discharge with the application of rain garden of 27.73%.

Abstract

Bintang Alam is housing area in Karawang regency which often occurs flood. Bintang Alam housing has a land area of 147,33 ha and located on the edge of the Citarum River downstream section. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good implementation and planning for the drainage system in Bintang Alam housing. The research aimed to find an effective way to prevent and solve floods in Bintang Alam. There are 2 scenarios that applied to the drainage planning at the Bintang Alam estate. Scenario 1, direct runoff from housing area is going directly to channel then the outlet point and for scenario 2, most of the flow entered to the soil through the infiltration wells then some of its flow into retention ponds. With the application of the two ecodrains, it is proven that they are able to reduce the planned flood discharge in the area with infiltration wells to reduce flood discharge by 25,96% and retention ponds to reduce flood discharge by 33,91%.
