Abstract

In this article, the author tries to ask the question of the role of female scholars in responding to child marriage in Indonesia? The author tries to answer this question with the literature study method on various books and describes them in the sub-discussion of female scholars; a description of the situation of child marriage in the world and Indonesia; child marriage, law, and legal practice; and the role of female scholars in responding to child marriage. Through this step, the authors hope this article can contribute perspectives and alternatives to women scholars in responding to child marriage in Indonesia.

Abstract

Looking for a connection between science and religion to be a struggle of its own throughout history. Many thinkers and schools of thought try to formulate them, among them critical realism, anti-reductionism, creationism, and intelligent design. The hypothetical alignment connection is expected to provide transcontinental, trans-contextual, and global expanse of connections. The stretch here refers to the religion is supposed to illuminate science and vice versa. Science and religion must be strived to enter in the same best condition because both have sought the truth in various ways. If necessary, the connection is attempted to enter into integration, although occasionally it can enter into conflict methodology.AbstrakMencari hubungan antara sains dan agama menjadi pergumulan sendiri sepanjang sejarah. Banyak pemikir dan aliran pemikiran mencoba merumuskannya, di antaranya realisme kritis, anti reduksionisme, kreasionisme, dan intelligent design. Hubungan kesejajaran hipotetis diharapkan tersedianya bangunan hubungan bersifat transkontinental, transkontekstual, dan bentangan-bentangan global. Bentangan di sini merujuk pada agama diharapkan harus menerangi sains, dan sebaliknya. Sains dan agama harus diupayakan masuk dalam kondisi yang sama-sama terbaik karena keduanya telah mencari kebenaran dengan berbagai jalan. Bila perlu, hubungan itu diupayakan masuk pada integrasi, walaupun sesekali bisa masuk ke metodologi konflik.

Abstract

This article examines what we can learn from Prisca's leadership in the life of the early church. This process rests on two key questions, how is Priska's role as a woman who becomes a leader? and what can be learned from Priska? This research was conducted using the feminist hermeneutic method. Feminist hermeneutics provides space for women as the subject of interpretation and designer of meaning after reading. The results of this study indicate that Priska deserves to be a leader. Priska has loyalty and a spirit of service that deserves an example as a leader.

Abstract

Abstract Since the death of Buddha, Buddhism has become very popular and growing. This was marked by the presence of two great schools of Buddhism namely Mah?yâna and Hînayâna. These two streams have similarities and differences in rituals and faith proclamation. This article, explains various characteristics of the two streams into their sub-streams. Such characteristics are not meant to divide the concept of seeing and living the Buddha, but to enrich the horizon of thought about it.   AbstrakSejak meninggalnya sang Buddha, Buddhisme menjadi begitu popular dan berkembang. Hal tersebut ditandai hadirnya dua aliran besar Buddhisme yakni Mahâyâna dan Hînayâna. Kedua aliran ini memiliki persamaan dan perbedaan dalam menjalani ritual dan mengikrarkan keyakinannya. Melalui artikel ini, penulis mencoba menjelaskan berbagai karakteristik kedua aliran hingga sub alirannya. Karakteristik ini tidak dimaksudkan memecah pemahaman dalam melihat dan menghayati Buddha, melainkan makin memperkaya cakrawala berpikir.

Abstract

Pengarahan spiritualitas bagi dan bersama anak usia dini menjadi salah satu proses pembentukan dan pengembangan spiritualitas yang mulai dikerjakan di berbagai agama, termasuk Kristen. Tentu, proses ini perlu dikerjakan dengan mempertimbangkan kekhasan dan kebutuhan anak usia dini itu sendiri. Hal ini dilakukan agar pengarahan spiritualitas bisa relevan dan tepat sasaran. Melalui penelitian pustaka dan pengamatan lapangan, khususnya otoetnografi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengarahan spiritualitas bagi dan bersama anak usia dini bisa dikerjakan. Proses ini dilakukan melalui keseimbangan bangunan konstruksi teori dan pengamatan lapangan berkenaan teori psikologi perkembangan, generasi alfa, dan pengarahan spiritualitas.
