Abstract

This research is based on the lackness of societie’s understanding toward cash Waqf and its big chance. The purpose of this research is to understand the factors causing Waqf preference toward the product of money-cash Waqf. The method of this research is factors analysis, and is applied in the Province of Yogyakarta include: Yogyakarta City, Sleman, Kulonprogo, Bantul and Gunung Kidul Regency. The results of this research are the determinants of muslim sociatie’s preference toward Money-Cash Waqf are: wakif’s attitude factor, complain factor, productive action factor, equity factor, product characteristic factor, and religiosity factor as well as generosity factor.

Abstract

The performance of employees is very influential for the success of an organization or company. To achieve the company goals, every company needs good performance from employees, both quality and quantity. This research was conducted to analyze how the influence of intellectual capital, consisting of human capital, structural capital, and customer capital, to the performance of employees of PT BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga. This research uses the saturated sampling technique, which utilized all employees of PT BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga as samples. This research uses primary data obtained from the survey using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis methods in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 19. The results show that human capital and structural capital do not have a significant positive influence on the performance of employees. However, customer capital has a significant positive influence on the performance of employees.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low public understanding of the productive waqf and magnitude of potential productive waqf. The purpose of this resesarch is to analyze the condition of BWI and PWS. Results showed that the strategy is the collection of productive waqfperformed by BWI and PWS there are two methods namely: the first method of "waiting for the ball." The second method "pick up the ball. Method" waiting for the ball ", this method starts with opening an account at Financial Institution Shariah waqf Receiver on behalf of BWI. While PWS started by opening kaunter PWS, open an account at Financial Institution Shariah waqf Receiver top name PWS, Skim Infaq (salary), Ejen, and portal e-Mais. And in cooperation with educational institutions. Method " pick up the ball " means that the direct interaction between BWI with prospective wakif by approaching directly to the agency-intansi both public and private. Where as PWS using three models: first, female Moon and waqf, Second, Month selangor waqf, and the third month Masre Industry.

Abstract

Penggunaan tanah wakaf di Indonesia saat ini hanya digunakan untuk pembangunan masjid, pendidikan dan kebutuhan konsumtif lainnya. Kendala dalam memanfaatkan tanah wakaf di Indonesia adalah kurangnya modal karena kurangnya campur tangan pemerintah. Dengan Skema Ijarah untuk Leased SBSN sebagai sarana untuk mengoptimalkan tanah wakaf, konsep ini melibatkan Pemerintah, Nazhir dan Konsumen di mana kontrak transaksi antara Pemerintah dan Nazhir dilakukan dengan kontrak Ijarah (sewa), serta Kontrak pemerintah dengan Konsumen dalam bentuk kontrak (sewa) ijarah. Studi ini menganalisis kelayakan investasi menggunakan metode analisis penganggaran modal seperti NPV, IRR, dan PI dalam analisis kelayakan modal. kesimpulannya adalah bahwa investasi yang dilakukan layak. Nilai keuntungan yang diperoleh selama 30 tahun sudah ada nilainya, sehingga tidak jauh berbeda dengan 30 tahun ke depan. Bagi Pemerintah/BUMN, manfaat yang diperoleh dalam bentuk keuntungan dari penerbitan sukuk, dapatkan sebagian dari hasil dari proyek hasil, dan bertindak sebagai market maker. Untuk Nazhir dan BWI, mereka akan mendapatkan kompensasi dari hasil proyek dan pendapatan sewa di tanah wakaf. Setelah masa sewa berakhir Nazhir mendapatkan aset yang telah dibangun di atas tanah wakaf. Nazhir dapat menghasilkan aset wakaf lainnya sehingga mereka dapat menghasilkan wakaf baru untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat dan masyarakat luas, akan menuai manfaat ekonomi dan sosial.Kata kunci: wakaf, SBSN, Aset Ijarah yang akan Disewa, modal

Abstract

Islamic ethic is representation of axioms that includes four elements namely, unity, equally, independent and responsibility. Ethics also meets all the principal characteristics of the axiom system: minimal, consistent, and independent. The device of this axiom also reflects the central message of the Islamic social philosophy is refusing of the status quo that is not fair and the demands of social change.  Analysis used in this chapter is the use of  ethical  beliefs  in  a  typical  Muslim community  as a  valid  logical  basis  of  economic behavior.Key words: Naqvi, Initiating, Economics, Islam.
