Abstract

National education has a function of developing cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, as well as the formation of noble personality as a dignified nation's identity. Global changes that are very quick to demand the world of education to respond and adjust to compiling a curriculum that is able to adopt these changes, one that must adjust to the madrasa curriculum. In the KMA regulates graduation standards, core competencies (KI), and basic competencies (KD) for the field of Hadith Qur'an Studies, Akidah Akhlak, Fiqh, SKI, and Arabic which are the peculiarities of madrasas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the application of ethnographic methods in the implementation of KMA 183 of 2019. One aspect that can be measured using an ethnographic approach is an aspect of attitude. To get valid data quality, ethnographic studies have stages 1) selecting community groups (class), 2) investigating to obtain information, 3) processing and interpreting data, and 4) Finalization of data and compiling reports. This research has implications for the application of ethnography in the implementation of KMA 183 of 2019 in PAI learning in madrasah. It is expected that more madrassas are expected to use ethnography to do the size of the quality of attitude.

Abstract

Berada dalam lingkungan pondok pesantren yang kental dengan ajaran-ajaran kitab salaf menjadikan manajemen di Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda lebih berorientasi pada nilai-nilai religius sehingga kinerja dan moralitas warga madrasah dikelola dengan mentransformasikan nilai-nilai tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penerapan manajemen kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis nilai-nilai religius. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan studi langsung terhadap realitas yang dikumpulkan menggunakan berbagai teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan manajamen kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis nilai-nilai religius dimulai dengan memilih karakter syukur, iman, dan berbuat baik kepada orang tua dengan menyiapkan sumber daya manusia dan menjadikan Al Qur’an dan Hadits menjadi rujukan utama. Selanjutnya nilai-nilai tersebut diterapkan pada tiga bidang. Manajemen kepemimpinan berbasis nilai-nilai religius karakter iman diterapkan dalam bidang kurikulum, karakter syukur dalam bidang kesiswaan, dan karakter berbuat baik kepada orang tua dalam bidang hubungan masyarakat melalui kerjasama dengan pihak lain. Diharapkan lebih banyak lagi madrasah yang menerapkan manajemen kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis nilai-nilai religius.

Abstract

Perkembangan informasi global berakibat pada semakin hilangnya filter informasi bagi kalangan anak-anak usia sekolah. Implementasi nilai pendidikan agama Islam diharapkan mampu benteng dari kemerosotan moral dan perilaku menyimpang. Pendekatan behaviorisme digunakan sebagai strategi implementasi nilai tersebut. Pendidikan agama Islam adalah internalisasi nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam kepada sikap keseharian. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan dan proses implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam melalui pendekatan behavior di Madrasah Ibtidaiah Babul Ulum Kanten Trucuk Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan triangulasi data. Implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam melalui pendekatan behavior dilakukan secara terintegrasi dengan kegiatan pengembangan diri dan pembiasaan, meliputi hafalan juzamma, salat duhur berjamaah, membaca Al Quran setelah kegiatan pembelajaran, dan membesuk teman yang sakit serta dievaluasi secara terstruktur dan terpogram untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku. Hasil dari penelitian behavior dapat dikembangkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk melakukan penelitian lebih mendalam atau pada fokus lainnya. Diharapkan lebih banyak lagi madrasah yang mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam melalui pendekatan behavior.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the planning and implementation of learning activities in improving the reading quality of the yellow book at the Al-Fattah 3 Siman Sekaran Lamongan Islamic boarding school and to analyze the pedagogic competence of teachers in the yellow book learning activities at the Al-Fattah 3 Siman Sekaran Lamongan Islamic boarding school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using a type of research, namely a case study. Data collection techniques were carried out using unstructured interviews, participant observation, and documentation. This article produces: (1) planning of learning activities in improving the quality of reading the yellow book at the Al-Fattah 3 Siman Sekaran Lamongan Islamic boarding school is carried out by preparing books according to the specified curriculum and the process of learning activities is guided by the book being taught with the main target being able to memorize and understand the meaning in it so that they are able to practice it in their lives. (2) Teacher pedagogic competence in learning the yellow book at Pondok Pesantren Al-Fattah 3 Siman Sekaran Lamongan is included in the good category because almost all of it is implemented.
