<![CDATA[ABSTRAKDi Kabupaten Pati khususnya wilayah sekitar jalan lingkar selatan selatan selatan yang melingkupi 4 Kecamata terjadi perubahan penggunaan lahan akibat aktivitas dan mobilitas masyarakat yang semakin kompleks membutuhkan infrstruktur yang memadai dalam mendukung produktifitas masyarakat agar terlaksana secara maksimal. Salah satu infrastruktur yang harus diperhatikan adalah infrastruktur jalan lingkar selatan sebagai pendukung perkembangan wilayah. Analisis spasial dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan lahan yang selanjutnya ditinjau kesesuaiannya dengan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2013 tentang ketelitian peta RTRW. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh adanya jalan lingkar selatan terhadap perkembangan wilayah Kabupaten Pati dengan metode CA Markov serta melakukan prediksi kondisi wilayah perkembangan Kabupaten Pati Tahun 2030 dan mengetahui pola perkembangan wilayah Kabupaten Pati dengan Global Moran’s Index. Hasil penelitian berupa analisis kesesuaian prediksi penggunaan lahan Tahun 2030 dengan RTRW dengan katagori sesuai sebesar 21144,98 Ha (95,41%). Persebaran pola perkembangan pola pada prediksi Tahun 2030 sesudah dibangun jalan lingkar selatan membentuk pola clustered di Kecamatan Margorejo dan Kecamatan Jakenan. One of the infrastructure that must be considered is the ring road infrastructure to support regional development. Spatial analysis is carried out to identify land changes which are then reviewed for compliance with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) in accordance with Government Regulation Number 8 of 2013 concerning the accuracy of the RTRW map. This study aims to determine the effect of a ring road on the development of Pati Regency with the CA Markov method and to predict the condition of the development area of Pati Regency in 2030 and determine the development pattern of Pati Regency with the Global Moran's Index. The result of the research is the analysis of the suitability of the prediction of land use in 2030 with the RTRW with the appropriate category of 21144,98 Ha (95,41%). The distribution of the pattern development pattern in the 2030 predictions after the construction of the ring road forms a clustered pattern in Margorejo District and Jakenan District.
