Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh intellectual capital disclosure terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan good corporate governance sebagai variable moderasi. Populasi di perusahaan “sepuluh besar” pemeringkatan Corporate Governance Perception Index selama periode 2008-2013 sebanyak 60. Sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Kriteria penentuan sampel, sampel akhir sebanyak 48. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasilnya intellectual capital disclosure tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan juga good corporate governance tidak memoderasi pengaruh intellectual capital disclosure terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: intellectual capital disclosure, good corporate governance, nilai perusahaan, CGPI, analisis regresi berganda
