Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, workload and work environment to employee turnover intention PT XL Axiata Tbk Jakarta. This study used survey research and data collection technique used are observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires distributed through 81 employees as respondents. The collected data was analyzed by using simple and multiple regression. From the research, it is known variables X1 (job stress) partially influence on the variable Y (turnover intention). The X2 variable (workload) partially influence variable Y (turnover intention). While the X3 variable (work environment) partially influence variable Y (turnover intention) And unknown variables X1 (job stress), X2 (workload) and X3 (work environment) influences variable Y (turnover intention) simultaneously.

Abstract

PT Idola Insani Garment is generally moved in garment industry, especially clothing. The method in this research is to analyze the effects of manager quality and its compensation towards employee retention in the company. The analysis method in this research is regretion analysis. The data is gathered from questionnaire and interview of 64 current employees in the company. The questionnaire is using Likert scale that used to identify employee’s disagreement and agreement rate towards statements in the questionnaire. The result in this research is to acknowledge that manager quality variable has a weak relationship and concurent towards employees retention, that is 0,355, meanwhile compensation variable has a strong and concurent relationship towards employees retention, that is 0,586. That concludes that the compensation variable has more effects on employees retention than manager quality.

Abstract

Ford Jakarta Pusat is an authorized automotive dealer company. This study was conducted to determine how much influence of work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour on job satisfaction and the impact on employee retention. There were 50 employees in Ford Jakarta Pusat used as research object. Data were obtained by spreading the questionnaire to the respondents using Cross Sectional Time Horizon. The data have been collected and processed using Path Analysis approach. According to the research result, it shows that work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour have a simultaneous and significant effect on job satisfaction although work stress individually does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Then, work stress, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, and job satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee retention although work stress individually does not have a significant effect on employee retention. After trimming process, the result shows that Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and job satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee retention. It means that if the company wants to maintain and improve employee retention, it must improve the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted on CV Surya Raya which is engaged in car shipping. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of organization culture, leadership, and working motivation partially to employees’ satisfaction in CV Surya Raya. The data was collected by conducting interviews with the company and distributing questionnaires to 67 employees as respondents and then analyzed using linear regression analysis method. From the research results, leadership variable does not have a significant impact on employees' job satisfaction in CV Surya Raya. Whereas, the motivation variable has greater influence on job satisfaction of CV Surya Raya employees compared to the organization's culture.

Abstract

PT Bina Busana Internusa is a company engaged in garment, established since 1989, and has been widely recognized as one of the leading garment industry in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence between working motivation and training on employee productivity partially and simultaneously. The method of analysis used in this study is the Pearson correlation, simple and multiple regressions. Data are obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 92 production employees as respondents, and interviews with respondents and with the HRD PT Bina Busana Internusa as well. The questionnaire uses Likert scale which was to know the degree of disagreement and agreement from the employee to the statement on the questionnaire. The results in this study stated that motivation and training simultaneously have a significant impact on employee productivity. Working motivation has a relationship and partially affects employee productivity. So is the training has a relationship and partially affects employee productivity. Therefore, the expected results of this research may provide inputs for firms and employees in particular to increase the productivity.

Abstract

PT Prima Graphia Digital is a company engaged in the area of digital printing, locates at Kalibaru Timur Street IV No 5-7, Senen, Central Jakarta, Indonesia, 10460. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of job involvement and work satisfaction towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT. Prima Graphia Digital. Research used associative method. Data used were primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interview and questionnaire distribution to 86 staffs of the company as respondents. After obtaining the data, then data were processed using Pearson correlation, simple and multiple regression. Results showed that job involvement has positive effect and is significant towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Similarly, work satisfaction does also have a positive effect and is significant towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Furthermore, job involvement and work satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This research was conducted in PT Adhi Karya, a state company that provides construction services. During the past three years, the company suffered an increasing of employees’ turnover rate because of unappropriate implementaton of procedural and distributive justice in every decision making or applying procedures and rules. Besides that, there were conflicts happened among employees due to the uncohesiveness of groups. The aim of the study was to examine the influence of procedural justice, distributive justice, and group cohesiveness on organizational loyalty. Research method applied was quantitative method. Analysis was done by using multiple regression, in which the data were collected through questionnaires to a sample of 76 people from a total population of 304 people. The result showed that there was a significant effect of procedural justice, distributive justice, and group cohesiveness on organizational loyalty either partially or simultaneously. It may help company in improving the implementation of procedural and distributive justice and group cohesiveness that will lead to higher organization loyalty.
