Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analayze efficiency level of Commercial Bank in Indonesia (Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Bank BRI, Bank BTN, Bank BCA, Bank Danamon, Bank CIMB and Bank PAN) 2014-2018 period with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. Data used in this research is secondary data taken from Financial Statement Publication issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) 2014-2018 period.Bank used in this reseach is eight bank which include in BUKU 4. Length of research period is five years from 2014 until 2018. This research uses input and output variable with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The result of research in 2014 all bank object efficient. In 2015 and 2016 inefficiency bank is BNI. In 2017 and 2018 inefficiency banks is Mandiri and BNI. Based on invention can be concluded that national foreign exchange private bank (BUSN) more efficiency than government bank in period research

Abstract

This research is based on the problems of the company PT Jasa Marga Tbk which has a problem with the performance of the company which is indicated by the DER of companie increased during the period 2009-2018. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influance of direction and significance of Liquidity, Asset Structure, Free Cash Flow and Company Size on Debt Policy (DER) in PT Jasa Marga Tbk for the period 2009-2018. The population and sample in this study were PT Jasa Marga Tbk. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression model. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that (1) the influance of Liquidity (CR) on Debt Policy (DER) was positive and significant (2) the influance Asset Structure on Debt Policy (DER) was negative and not significant (3) the influance of Free Cash Flow on Debt Policy (DER) is positive and significant (4) the influance of Company Size on Debt Policy (DER) is positive and significant.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the influence of brand image, tangible, reliability, and service portofolio on the customer satisfaction of Simpedes saving at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kudus Branch Office. Data collection method used purposive sampling technique, with samples from 100 respondents. The analysis model used in this research is Linear Regression Analysis Model while the data analysis techniques using the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination (R2). In addition, it also tests the quality of the data in the form of test validity and reliability, as well as a classical assumption test normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Test data indicate that the data is valid and reliable and free from irregularities classical assumptions. The analysis and discussion showed that brand image, tangible, reliability, and service portofolio simulataniously significant influence on the customer satisfaction of Simpedes saving in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Office Kudus. Variable brand image, tangible, reliability, and service portofolio partially significant influence customer satisfaction of Simpedes saving in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Office Kudus.

Abstract

This reseacrh aims to assess and analyze the level of health bank using the CAMEL method at PT BPR Alto Makmur 2017-2021. Based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia No. 30/12/KEP/DIR dated April 30, 1997, there are five factors in assessing the soundness of a bank using the CAMEL method, namely the capital factor using the CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), the productive assets quality factor using the KAP (Earning Assets Quality) and PPAP (Allowance for Earning Assets Losses), management factors use general management and risk management calculations, profitability factors use ROA (Return On Assets) and BOPO (Operational Expenses to Operating Income) ratio, and liquidity factors use Cash Ratio and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio). The results of research conducted at PT BPR Alto makmur stated that the health level of PT BPR Alto Makmur in 2017-2021 was in the HEALTHY category because the final CAMEL score was more than 81, namely in 2017 amounting to 89,10, 2018 amounting to 89, 2019 amounting to 88,80, 2020 amounting to 89,30, and 2021 amounting to 89,10.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the assessment and find out the comparison between the health levels ofBNI and BCA in terms of profitability. The type of research in this study is comparative descriptiveresearch with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The sources of data in this study aresecondary data obtained through the financial statements of BNI and BCA. The research methodused is based on the assessment of the profitability factor in accordance with the Circular Letter ofthe Financial Services Authority Number 14/SEOJK.03/2017 concerning the Health Assessment ofCommercial Banks, which consists of an assessment of the bank's performance in generating profits(profitability), sources that support profitability, stability ( sustainability) components that supportprofitability, as well as profitability management. Hypothesis testing using the Mann Whitney U-TestSPSS 25. The results of the profitability assessment at BNI and BCA during the 2017–2021 periodshowed very adequate results. Then the results of the comparison of health levels show that there isa significant difference between BNI and BCA, with the result that BCA has a higher value than BNI
