Abstract

Ruky Sandra Ary M, Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that parking lot which is widely used today do not present an empty parking location data, causing the vehicle entering the parking area must first find an empty parking space. This led to queues of vehicles becomes unavoidable. Even vehicles must berputarputar first to find an empty parking space. Therefore, it needs a parking system that can alert parking block capacity is still empty. Parking tariff determination system also plays an important role, most of the park determines the rate only on the type of vehicle rather than on how much time parking felt unjust for some people. This study designed a microcontroller-based parking system that can determine the number of cars remaining at the same time counting parking rates is a unified tool that can be divided into two, namely, hardware and software as a mechanical system that will work as a control system and the process of calculating tariffs. Abstract

Arkhan Subari, Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that most electronic equipment is non-linear load. Likewise with the equipment in campus buildings Diploma III Faculty of Engineering. Non-linear load is a load that has a voltage waveform supplied from non sinusiodal although sinusoidal voltage. Non-sinusoidal wave causes the shape of the voltage becomes distorted or defects that result in decreased quality of power. The defect wave called harmonics. To dampen harmonics on non-linear load can be used filter. With the addition of a filter on the power system, then the waves of unwanted harmonics can be suppressed as small as possible. In addition, harmonic filter at the fundamental frequency can compensate for reactive power and is used to improve the power factor of the system. From the measurement results in the Diploma Program Campus FT Undip found that the influence of harmonic waves big enough. THDv reached 32.13% while the THDi amounted to 7.85%. It affects so cos phi cos phi measured just 0.72. After the installation of a passive filter, the value THDv and THDi be good lebik ie 1.61% and 0.39% to reach 0.94 cos phi measured. Abstract

Because in today's tools - the tools are completely automated. With Automatic Tool muller Drugs Accompanied ATmega16 AVR Microcontroller Based LCD Display is possible to ease the burden on pharmacists, where the application is made up of four series, namely a series of push buttons, ATmega16 AVR microcontroller series, LCD series, muller motor driver circuit. Push button as input in the form of a pushbutton. ATmega16 AVR microcontroller as the central control input and outputan the grinding process medication. LCD ( Liquid Crystal Display ) as output capable of displaying output characters , either letters or numbers. Muller motor driver as government Universal AC to drive the motor. As for writing the program used in this application using C language C language is the software that becomes part of the system which are programs that regulate the working of the microcontroller ATmega16 and overall hardware (hardware ) is connected to the microcontroller ATmega16. Abstract

Bima Dicky Anugrah Dewantara, Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that Electromagnetic retarders are generally known as electromagnetic inhibitors or brakes, the braking system eliminates most braking mechanics, thereby reducing conventional braking systems. Safety requirements and safety systems are developed and become a focal point of an equipment. Electromagnetic brakes are a safety component with a control system that is easy to control. With this electromagnetic brake, it will reduce maintenance costs, because it only requires a factor of electricity to be able to move it. The braking system uses electromagnetic forces to slow down a movement, which is generally a shaft motion. A dish with non-ferromagnetic metal material is attached to a rotating shaft. The disk is flanked by the side of the stator in the form of an electromagnetic coil system that can generate a magnetic field from electricity. Electric current generates a magnetic field in the coil. And the metal plate that cuts the magnetic field will cause eddy currents on the disk itself. This eddy current will generate a magnetic field whose direction is opposite to the previous magnetic field, thus inhibiting the rotary motion of the shaft. In designing, experimenting and making an External Electromagnetic Retarders System Design on 1 Phase Motor, use the NE 555 IC as the control duty cycle. So that the relationship between braking current and braking time is inversely proportional if the higher the current, the shorter the time it takes for the rotor to stop. Abstract

Ahmad Hilal, Saiful Manan, in paper use servo motor as a CCTV driver to see monitoring equipment and conditions of patients in the icu room explain thatservo motor is a motor with a closed feedback system in which the position of the motor will be communicated back to the control circuit in the servo motor, servo motor is able to work both directions (clockwise and belawanan clockwise) in which the direction and angle of the rotor movement can controlled only by providing PWM signal duty cycle settings on the control pin. In the servo motor function of this type is only capable of moving in either direction (CW and CCW) with respective deflection angle reaches 90 ° so that the total deflection angle of the center - right -kiri adalah180 °. Part of the servo motors consist of a potentiometer which functions as a regulator of the servo movement of a large pulse is given, the internal gear serves as a torque amplifier dc servo motors, dc motors as the driving part that converts electrical energy into motion, as well as a control circuit servo motor driver function to process the data input pulses into motion. Servo motors used to drive the CCTV, in order to see the health of the patient monitoring devices as instructed. The servo motor voltage of 5 volts dc power supply from PC. Servo motor movements influenced the input pulse, to round to the right then it takes the pulse of more than 1,5ms, for the leftist movement takes the pulse of less than 1,5ms and at the center position or silence takes input pulse of 1.5 ms with a delay of 20 ms. Servo motors work processes in order to move that the serial data input from the PC, the serial data into the ATMEGA 8 for processing, so that the serial data is converted into binary data through IC74595 as servo motor driver, to output one of IC74595, the servo motor can move, because inflows along with pulses to the servo motor control circuit. Abstract

Ilham Setiya Wardani, Saiful Manan in this paper explain that Utilization of power electronics components in the process of conversion of electrical energy has been growing from year to year. for controlling power from one form to another is very important and the characteristics of the equipment of power electronics has allowed it. DC-DC converters can also be called a wave DC inverter capable of producing symmetrical widely used and applied in industry and everyday life.In the inverter power supply are made using half-bridge converter topology. Half-bridge converter topology has several advantages that are easy to create and output a lot easier in the controlling. The process of switching at the half bridge converter using mosfet IRFZ44N and executed using ICTL494.In the design of the tool, using the supply is 12 Volt DC that directly goes to IC TL494 and frequency output that is generated directly toward the driver mosfet with the type BC327 used to mesaklarkan mosfet by means of on / off alternately to supply the power transformer intiferit to raise the voltage to 26 volt AC that will be rectified by using fast diode recofery MUR1560 to rectify the AC into DC voltage with the output voltage of +/- 26 volts DC. Keywords: power supply, inverter, TL494ReferencesBarkhordarian, V. Abstract

Pandu Wicaksana, Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that the load balance on the 3 phase 4 wire distribution system is very important. Continuous load imbalances can cause a decrease in the reliability of the electric power system and the quality of electrical energy. One consequence of an unbalanced load is the presence of a current flowing in a neutral introduction. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the current in a neutral conductor when the load conditions are unbalanced and when balanced. Load balancing is done by manual-remote, which means that the transfer of taping at a load is done by pressing the button that has been integrated with the HMI display. This software is also responsible for displaying current output from the sensor. That way, it can be seen that the current value of the neutral conductor before and after load balancing is done. That the current value of the neutral conductor will be smaller when the load is balanced compared to when the load between phases is not balanced.

Abstract

Binka Aji Wibowo, Saiful Manan, in paper use PMT coupling as load transfer in Sayung District Substation, Demak explain that to meet the reliability of the distribution system , it is necessary to do a continuity in the distribution of electrical energy. There are various causes of outages ranging from maintenance to interference. To resolved these problems, there are several solutions that can be done, such as transfer transformer load through PMT coupling. This can be done by connecting the two busbars by using a PMT. In operation the PMT coupling need to do prior preparation, among others, the daily load calculations. It is intended to carry transformer load does not exceed setting value. Abstract

The realization of the On-Off control system can be built using the comparator principle. The principle has a weakness that is the possibility of chattering due to 'thin' limit of comparator switching. Low immunity to noise increases chances of chattering, if not anticipated it will cause 'fatigue' on actuator thus reducing component’s lifetime. Hysteresis has features to suppress chattering. This article describes how to realize the hysteresis On-Off controller using Operational Amplifier (Op-Amp) which is simple and cheap discrete electronics component, by modifying the Op-Amp comparator circuit so that it has the hysteresis band with minimum and maximum limit variable so that the reference point of the comparator can be shifted.

Abstract

Servinta Damayanti Br Pelawi,Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that method of realization of making purification and monitoring volume of water, purification of water using small molecules such as sand, charcoal, cotton, etc. and monitoring the volume of water using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor. where this ultrasonic sensor will detect the water inside the sensor distance sensor to objects that is 2cm and 25cm. When the water has reached the limit of 2cm and 15cm then the buzzer will light up giving a warning. and will display on the HMI in the form of cm, to run the pump we click the start button at hmi the pump will turn on and the water inside the reservoir will enter reverse osmosis, Ro will process water, clean water will be read by the flow meter, flow meter will detect incoming water and will display the results in the HMI in the form liter, and Arduino UNO is used as a control system for HMI output input signals, sensors, flow meters, and buzzers.
