<![CDATA[Abstrak. Tanaman mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) merupakan salah satu sayuran buah dari family Cucurbitaceae yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia dalam bentuk segar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk majemuk meroke MKP dan beberapa varietas mentimun serta interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Blangtenggulun Kecamatan Blangkejeren Kabupaten Gayo Lues, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2021 sampai Juli 2021. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gembor, jangka sorong, meteran, timbangan digital, kertas label, kamera, penggaris, handsprayer, tali rapia, alat tulis, cangkul dan parang. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah benih mentimun varietas Hercules, varietas Mercy dan varietas Roman, tanah top soil, polybag pembibitan, pupuk kandang, insektisida, pupuk ureadan pupuk majemuk meroke MKP. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 4 x 3 dengan 3 kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 36 satuan percobaan. Ada dua faktor yang di teliti Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi pupuk majemuk Meroke MKP terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0, 2, 4, dan 6 g/liter air dan faktor kedua varietas mentimun terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu varietas Hercules, varietas Mercy dan varietas Roman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi pupuk majemuk meroke MKP berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah buah per tanaman, berat buah per tanaman, panjang buah, diameter buah dan potensi hasil. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun cenderung lebih baik dijumpai pada perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk majemuk meroke MKP 6 g/L air. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada varietas berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat buah per tanaman dan jumlah buah pertanaman, serta berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 7, 14 21 HST, diameter batang umur 7, 14, 21 HST, diameter buah dan panjang buah. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun terbaik dijumpai pada varietas Mercy. Terdapat interaksi yang tidak nyata antara konsentrasi pupuk majemuk meroke MKP dengan varietas mentimun terhadap semua peubah.Kata kunci : Pupuk meroke MKP, Varietas, mentimun.Effect of Concentration of Fertilizer on Growth and Yield of Several Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) Plants Varieties Abstract. Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) is one of the fruit vegetables from the Cucurbitaceae family that is widely consumed by Indonesian people in fresh form. This study aims to determine the effect of compound fertilizer concentration of Meroke MKP and several varieties of cucumber and the interaction between these two factors on the growth and yield of cucumber plants. This research was carried out in Blangtenggulun Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency, which was carried out from April 2021 to July 2021. The tools used in this study were gembor, caliper, meter, digital scale, label paper, camera, ruler, handsprayer, rapia rope. , stationery, hoes and machetes. The materials used in this study were cucumber seeds of Hercules variety, Mercy variety and Roman variety, top soil, nursery polybag, manure, insecticide, urea fertilizer and Meroke MKP compound fertilizer. This study used a 4 x 3 factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 3 replications, so there were 36 experimental units. There are two factors that are examined. The first factor is the concentration of Meroke MKP compound fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 2, 4, and 6 g/liter of water and the second factor is the cucumber variety consisting of 3 levels, namely the Hercules variety, Mercy variety and Roman variety. The results showed that the concentration of Meroke MKP compound fertilizer had no significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit length, fruit diameter and yield potential. The growth and yield of cucumber plants tended to be better in the treatment with 6 g/L water of Meroke MKP compound fertilizer concentration. Furthermore, the results showed that the variety had a significant effect on fruit weight per plant and number of fruit planted, and had no significant effect on plant height at 7, 14 21 DAP, stem diameter at 7, 14, 21 DAP, fruit diameter and fruit length. The best growth and yield of cucumbers was found in the Mercy variety. There was no significant interaction between the concentration of Meroke MKP compound fertilizer and cucumber varieties on all variables. Keywords :MKP meroke fertizer, Varietiest, Cucumber.]]>
