Abstract

Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi mata pelajaran maupun faktor-faktor yang menunjang terhadap KKM, fakta sebenarnya sering kali guru dihadapkan pada permasalahan kemampuan siswa dalam hal menguasai mata pelajaran berbeda–beda. Bantuan yang diberikan guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa yang belum tuntas yaitu dengan pemberian program Remedial Teaching. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk remedial yang dilakukan guru terhadap KKM siswa di SDN 02 Banda Aceh, untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan guru menghadapi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran remedial di SDN 02 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini enam orang guru kelas 1a hingga guru kelas VIc di SDN 02 Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan Wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk remedial yang dilakukan guru terhadap KKM siswa di SDN 02 Banda Aceh berupa tes ulang, tugas tambah, belajar mandiri, dan kelompok yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan guru menghadapi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran remedial di SDN 02 Banda Aceh. Adapun kendala tersebut berupa persiapan yang harus dilakukan berulangkali, menyesuaikan kembali tugas dan tes agar tidak sama dengan materi yang diberikan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Personal social guidance is given to individuals, in order to be able to face and solve their personal social problems independently. It is known from the behavior of students who make noise in class disrupting their students who are studying in class. This researcher aims to determine the motivation of teachers in providing spiritual guidance to students of SD 1 Saree, Seulawah Valley, Aceh Besar District. to describe teacher barriers in giving spiritual guidance to students of SD 1 Saree, Lembah Seulawah District, Aceh Besar District. The subjects in this study were 6 homerooms from class I to class VI. Data collection techniques are using observation and interviews. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion. The results showed that personal social guidance for students at Saree 1 Elementary School in Lembah Seulawah Subdistrict, Aceh Besar Regency was done by (1) Teachers preparing to plan coaching carried out in coaching for students who experience problems in personal social development. (2) The teacher also fosters students by giving advice and demonstrating exemplary behavior to students. (3) The next step undertaken by the teacher is to give a warning if the coaching process cannot run well. (4) The final step taken by the teacher in guiding students' personal social skills by providing motivation and assistance. The obstacle faced by teachers in providing personal social guidance for students is the limited time available.

Abstract

Village Fund Allocation is funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget allocated to Villages which are transferred through the Regency / City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget which was rolled out from 2015 with the aim of financing governance, implementation of development, guidance and community empowerment. Village Funds have an important role in improving the economy of rural communities, by utilizing and allocating them effectively and efficiently.The purpose of this research is first, to find out how village funds are managed in community empowerment aimed at improving the village economy. Second, how are the efforts made by the village government in increasing community empowerment. Third, to find out how village funds are managed from an Islamic economic perspective.This research is a qualitative research with descriptive research type. The research procedure carried out included the observation, interview and documentation stages related to the formulation of the problem in this study. The instruments used in research were interview guidelines, observation guidelines, as well as photos and voice recorders which were documentation media. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and testing the validity of the data.The results showed that the management of village funds in Jabal Nur village, Kodeoha District, North Kolaka Regency, was based on existing technical guidelines so that community empowerment from 2015-2019 began to increase in terms of development and in community empowerment itself was quite effective.The policies implemented by the government in carrying out their duties are based on the basic values ​​of Islamic economics, namely: ownership, balance and justice. The government collaborates with existing institutions in the village, and decisions taken by the government are joint decisions in the Village Development Planning Consultation (Musrenbangdes).
