Abstract

Mendidik adalah sebuah proses mendorong anak-anak tumbuh dan berkembang sampai anak menjadi dewasa jasmani dan rohani. Orang tua memiliki peran utama sebagai pendidik dalam hidup anak, sementara guru sebagai pendidik yang dibatasi oleh waktu mengajar. Anak SD pada perkembangannya memiliki karakteristik yang unik. Teori kognitif oleh Piaget menyatakan bahwa anak usia SD pada umumnya pada tahap operasional konkret. Teori psikososial oleh Erikson mengelompokkan anak usia SD ke tahap industry versus inferiority. Teori moral Piaget menjelaskan bahwa anak usia SD (7 sampai 10 tahun) secara umum berada pada masa transisi antara moralitas heteronom menuju moralitas otonom. Perkembangan fisik anak usia SD dapat dilihat dari gambaran umum mengenai peningkatan proporsi tinggi dan berat badan serta karakteristik fisik lainnya yang muncul. Di usia SD, anak-anak mengembangkan banyak kemampuan motorik dasar yang digunakan untuk menyeimbangkan tubuh, berlari, melompat, dan melempar. Perkembangan metakognitif mendorong anak-anak menyadari kemampuan kognitif dirinya guna menentukan metode yang tepat untuk belajar dan memecahkan masalah. Peran utama orang tua dan guru dalam mendidik anak adalah memberikan teladan yang baik.

Abstract

The implementation of this devotion program is based on a preliminary study indicated that the level of public education and awareness of the importance of education is still low. KKN Thematic Posdaya Mosque-Based Nurul Huda Rejoagung village Sumberagung sub-district Pesanggaran developed several programmes aimed at improving the quality of dedication to public education. The program runs well, among them tutoring, mentoring and training for the students of SMK Nusa Pesanggaran, and teaching TPQ. The program will be continued by the community in self-help.

Abstract

The important role of education is how to shaping the human personality. Experts behaviorists and psychoanalyst see of education in culture. Some education experts explained that educational process is the process of cultural transmission. The educational process also normative, not blind value. Cultural differences and ethnic multicultural influence in the educational process. The psychological basis of multicultural education places emphasis on the development of a greater self understanding, positive self concept, and pride on his personal identity. Multicultural education raised the core values that are derived from the principle of human dignity, justice, equations, freedom, and democracy.

Abstract

Motivation of achievement is the interest to achieve success in academics. Motivation of achievement demonstrated by efforts and seriousness in following each lecture and exercise the tasks. Mc Lelland suggests there are six characteristics of individuals who have the motivation high achievers among these: strong feelings for mecapai purpose, responsibility, take risks, are evaluative, creative and innovative, and like a challenge. To find out motivation of achievement in course learning materials development, then it needs to be done a study. This research used the qualitative approach. The model used in this study was a case study. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the interview and observation during courseĀ  learning materials development support the motivational characteristics of achievers. This means, in general student PGSD level II has motivated achievers in course learning materials development.
