Abstract

Limitations of food in Indonesia demand the perpetrators of animal farming business to meet the needs of the community. One of the important food is freshwater fish. Besides the price is more affordable than saltwater fish, quite a lot of entrepreneurs engaged in the cultivation of freshwater fish. But often the fish harvest did not meet the expectations of employers fishponds due to various factors, one of which is a deadly disease in fish. The most common diseases are 'white spot' caused by the protozoan Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, which only affects freshwater fish. This parasite attached to the body of the fish and looks like white spots with size ± 1 mm. 'White spot' can cause irritation and holes in the body of the fish, causing stress, difficulty breathing and swimming until can cause death. If not detected early, the parasites 'Ich' can spread to the entire pond. The design of a computer vision system is intended to create a system that can detect the disease as early as possible 'white spots' without relying on human vision that is not capable of overseeing 24 hours. In this design the identification is done by detection feature and image comparison.

Abstract

Along with the increasing public awareness of higher education, it becomes a motivation to continue their education to higher education. Prospective students are faced with many choices of universities. Through promotions, it offers various study programs and displays its potential and advantages such as complete facilities and strategic locations. This study is to determine the factors that influence the decision of students to continue their education to higher education at STMIK Bani Saleh. The type of data used is primary data, namely STMIK Bani Saleh students majoring in informatics engineering with a total of 185 respondents. Data analysis used path analysis while data processing used SPSS 2.0. The results showed that the factors that influenced student decisions were cost of 26.2%, facilities of 7.1%, promotion of 2.7% and motivation of 17.56%.Key words: Factors, Decisions, Costs, Facilities, Promotion, Motivation, Student Decisions, Path Analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and identify antecedents of female student entrepreneurial intention. This research attempts to investigate whether self-efficacy, perceptions of opportunities, prior knowledge of other entrepreneurs, and fear of failure are predictors of female student intention to be entrepreneur. As much as 233 students in their final year, selected proportionally from 12 study programs in Gunadarma University participated in the survey. Data was collected using questionnaire. The results suggest that self-efficacy and perceptions of opportunities were antecedent for entrepreneur intention, while prior knowledge of other entrepreneurs and the fear of failure were not a determining factor for female student entrepreneurial intention.Key Words : antecedent, self-efficacy, entrepreneur intention, female student

Abstract

Sebagai surat berharga yang suatu perusahaan terbitkan Saham menjadi satu investasi yang saat ini berkembang pesat. Memprediksikan harga saham termasuk kegiatan yang tidak umum dimiliki investor. Hal ini dikarenakan banyak alasan mengapa harga saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia bisa naik atau turun. Alasan kenaikan dan penurunan harga adalah efek dari permintaan dan penawaran saham yang tersedia di pasar saham. Penelitian berikut bertujuan dalam membandingkan guna menentukan mana yang lebih baik dalam memprediksi harga saham dengan metode algoritma Artificial Neural Network dan Linear Regression. Metode penelitian kuantitatif diambil dengan menganalisis data yang diambil Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil pengujian mengungkapkan bahwasanya algoritma The Artificial Neural Network direkomenasikan untuk memprediksi saham yang lebih kompleks

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) STMIK Bani Saleh mengalami hambatan karena dikerjakan berdasarkan kebutuhan pribadi atau sesaat pada unit kerja masing-masing. Sehingga pengembangan yang dilakukan belum tentu tepat atau memiliki nilai manfaat optimal di masa yang akan datang. Dalam perjalanannya banyak mengalami perubahan formulir, laporan hingga prosedur sistem. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengembangan sistem informasi tersebut tidak berdasarkan blue print yang ada, sehingga manajemen sulit mengambil keputusan. Blue print yang ada tahun 2013-2018 sehingga sudah tidak sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini, perlu dilakukan pengembangan arsitektur enterprise (rancangan program dan teknologi informasi) STMIK Bani Saleh. Untuk pengembangan arsitektur enterprise, metodologi yang digunakan TOGAF architecture development method (ADM). ADM memiliki 9 tahapan dasar, dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan 5 tahapan dari 9 tahapan yaitu tahapan preliminary, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture dan technology architecture. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 46 entitas data, 7 fungsi bisnis serta 40 kandidat aplikasi yang akan dikembangkan untuk mendukung model dan kerangka dasar blue print di STMIK Bani Saleh.
