Abstract

ABSTRACT The arrangement of drug storage should pay attention to LASA drugs which can sometimes cause medication errors due to errors in taking from the drug storage rack. It is necessary to develop a drug management system to overcome these medication errors. Identification of LASA drugs, high-alert drug use policies, and safe prescription writing policies also contribute significantly to reducing the incidence of medication errors. The main objective of drug management is the availability of drugs of good quality, available in types and quantities that are in accordance with the needs of pharmaceutical services for people in need. The type of research used is descriptive non-experimental research using a qualitative approach, carried out in July 2022 at the Goge Farma Pharmacy Tegal. The number of samples used in this study was 5 informants consisting of the Pharmacist in Charge of the Pharmacy (APA) and the Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel (TTK) who worked at the Goge Farma Pharmacy. The results of this study indicate that 100% of Goge Farma Pharmacies have carried out LASA Drug Management in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) properly. The data obtained from this research is by distributing several questionnaire sheets to the Pharmacist in Charge of the Pharmacy (APA) and Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel (TTK) and conducting open interviews with Pharmacists in Charge of the Pharmacy (APA). Keywords: Management, Arrangement, Storage, LASA  ABSTRAK Penataan penyimpanan obat hendaknya memperhatikan obat LASA yang terkadang dapat menimbulkan medication error akibat kesalahan pengambilan dari rak penyimpanan obat. Perlu dikembangkan sistem manajemen penataan obat untuk mengatasi medication error tersebut. Identifikasi obat-obat LASA, kebijakan penggunaan obat high alert dan kebijakan penulisan resep yang aman juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengurangan insiden kesalahan medication error. Tujuan utama pengelolaan obat adalah tersedianya obat dengan mutu yang baik, tersedia dalam jenis dan jumlah yang sesuai kebutuhan pelayanan kefarmasian bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Jenis Penelitian Yang digunakan adalah penelitian non ekperimental yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2022 di Apotek Goge Farma Tegal. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 informan yang terdiri dari Apoteker penanggung Jawab Apotek (APA) dan Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian (TTK) yang bekerja di Apotek Goge Farma. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 100% pada Apotek Goge Farma telah melakukan Pengelolaan Obat LASA yang sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dengan baik. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah dengan membagikan beberapa lembar kuisioner pada Apoteker penanggung Jawab Apotek (APA) dan Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian (TTK) dan melakukan wawancara terbuka terhadap Apoteker Penanggung Jawab Apotek (APA). Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Penataan, Penyimpanan, LASA

Abstract

Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek menjadi pedoman praktik apoteker dalam menjalankan tugasprofesi guna melindungi masyarakat dari Pelayanan, dan Evaluasi Mutu Pelayanan yang tidakbertanggung jawab. Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan wujud tanggung jawab langsung profesi apotekerdalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan pelayanan kefarmasian.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Permata KotaTegal. Penelitian pelayanan kefarmasian meliputi aspek Pengelolaan Sumber Daya (SDM, Sarana danPrasarana, Sediaan Farmasi dan perbekalan kesehatan lain dan Administrasi) pelayanan kefarmasian padaaspek Pelayanan (Pelayanan resep, Promosi dan Edukasi, Pelayanan residensial), di Apotek Permata KotaTegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan kuisioner yang bersumberpada Kepmenkes Nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Penelitiandikerjakan selama 1 bulan yaitu bulan September 2017, populasi yang digunakan adalah Apoteker danTenaga Teknis Kefarmasian Di Apotek Permata Kota Tegal. Hasil Penelitian pada apotek Permata KotaTegal diperoleh data untuk presentasi kehadiran apoteker yaitu 100 % sesuai dengan jam yang dilalui.Hasil Penelitian diperoleh bahawa pelaksanana Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Seluruhnya dilakukan secaramaksimal oleh Apoteker dan Tenaga Tekhnis Kefarmasian. Pada Aspek Penerapan Pelayanan Pelayananresep yang meliputi (skrining resep, penyiapan obat, penyerahan obat) , Promosi Dan edukasi dilakukansecara baik oleh Apoteker. Pada Pelayanan residensial apotek permata belum melaksanakan secaramaksimal.

Abstract

Dispensary waiting time is one of the factors that causes patient dissatisfaction. This study aims to determine the waiting time for prescription services in two selected Puskesmas in Tegal Regency.This research was included in a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted in two selected Puskesmas in Tegal Regency.The sample is a recipe that was served in a pharmaceutical installation in February totaling 200 recipes using the quota sampling method. Dispensary waiting time is taken using a stopwatch tool. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. Univariate analysis by describing the overall waiting time, while bivariate analysis uses a t-test to see the difference in dispensary waiting time.The results showed that there were differences in the average waiting time for non concoction recipe)and concoction recipe (p = 0,000). The average dispensary waiting time  for non concoction is 9 minutes 5 seconds, for concoction drugs 17 minutes 28 seconds. There is a difference in dispensary waiting time for non concoction and concoction drugs between Puskesmas X and Puskesmas Y (p = 0,000). The waiting time for prescription services at Puskesmas X is 14 minutes 45 seconds (non concoction recipe) and 21 minutes 3 seconds (concoction recipe). The dispensary waiting time at Puskesmas Y is 5 minutes 5 seconds (non concoction recipe) and 10 minutes 25 seconds (concoction recipe)Keywords: Dispensary waiting time, recipes, non concoction recipe, concoction recipe, puskesmas.

Abstract

The government issued Minister of Health Regulation No. 35 of 2014 concerning Pharmacy Standards at the Pharmacy to serve as guidelines for pharmacist practice in carrying out professional duties to protect the community from Services. The purpose of this study is to find out the evaluation of the standard implementation of pharmaceutical services at the Tegal City Regional Pharmacy in 2018. This research is a descriptive quantitative analysis research. The source of the primary research data and tools in this study is a questionnaire sheet. Research Results from the Management Aspects of Pharmaceutical Preparations and Pharmacy Health Supplies in the City of Tegal Has carried out the management of Pharmaceutical Preparations with Good Category, as well as the Aspects of Pharmacy Resource Management in terms of the presence of Pharmacists and Medical Personnel, but there is less to the presence or absence of pharmacists at the Pharmacy. The aspects of facilities and infrastructure in providing a closed space for counseling can only be said to be sufficient. Aspects of Clinical Pharmacy Services are said to be lacking for monitoring drug therapy, monitoring drug side effects, and home care1. From the aspect of evaluation of service quality, recording medication records is said to be lacking. Whereas the quality of clinical services is also said to be good for attention to allergies, pharmaceutical examination of drugs, and examination of drug availability, but lack of attention to dual medications and contraindications. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan swamedikasi dapat menjadi sumber terjadinya kesalahan pengobatan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan akan obat dan penggunaannya. Tindakan swamedikasi dilakukan untuk mengobati penyakit ringan, salah satunya yaitu diare. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan tindakan swamedikasi diare pada siswa SMK Farmasi Saka Medika Kabupaten Tegal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 90 siswa dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan siswa mengenai swamedikasi diare tergolong cukup yaitu sebesar 50%, baik 37%, kurang sebanyak 13%. Alasan responden melakukan swamedikasi terbanyak adalah bahwa penyakit diare merupakan penyakit ringan (86%). Responden menggunakan sebagian besar menggunakan obat modern (92%). Perilaku membaca label rata-rata adalah 58,2%. Sebagian besar responden (60%) mempertimbangkan efek obat dalam memilih obat diare. Responden menyatakan menggunakan obat diare hingga responden merasa telah sembuh (33%). Sebanyak 33% responden mengalami efek samping obat berupa pusing (12%), sembelit (7%), kram perut (6%), muntah (4%), mulut kering (3%), dan gatal-gatal (1%). Kata kunci: diare, farmasi, siswa, swamedikasi. ABSTRACT Self-medication can be a source of medication errors because of limited knowledge of the us drug and their use. Self medication for mild disease, one of which is diarrhea. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and self-medication of diarrhea in students of the Pharmacy Saka Medika Tegal regency.The research method used was descriptive quantitative.The sample of 90 students was selected by purposive sampling who fullfilled the criteria inclusion. The results showed that the level of students' knowledge about self-medication diarrhea is quite sufficient 50%, good 37%, less as much as 13 %. The reason for respondents to do the most self-medication is that diarrheal disease is a mild disease (86%). The average label reading behavior is 58.2%. Most respondents (60%) consider the effect of the drug in choosing diarrhea medication. Respondents stated that they used diarrhea drugs until the respondents felt they had (33%). As many as 33% of respondents experienced side effects of drugs such as dizziness (12%), constipation (7%), abdominal cramps (6%), vomiting (4%), dry mouth (3%), and itching (1%).
