Abstract

Paguyuban Peternak Ayam Banjarejo as a community service partner faces several problems, such as the lack of resources to prepare financial reports that are in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (FAS MSME); the lack of sufficient skills to start systematic financial records using a computer; and the lack of information about the regulations relating to the preparation of financial reports and tax. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out to provide alternative solutions in overcoming obstacles faced by partners. In addition, this activity introduces the use of the simplest technology, like Excel Spreadsheet in preparing financial reports. This community service activity is expected to be an initiation for Partners to apply more sophisticated technology in preparing their financial reports in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning motivation of students who use Youtube as a source of learning, knowing the effect of using Youtube on learning outcomes, and knowing the effect of student learning motivation that uses Youtube as a learning resource by utilization of learning outcomes. This study uses an experimental method in learning database design courses. The results of data processing show that student learning motivation in the category is very good. The results of the sign test showed a difference in learning outcomes between the control class and the experimental class. The results of the Linear Regression test indicate a significant influence between learning motivation and student learning outcomes. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang menggunakan Youtube sebagai sumber belajar, mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Youtube terhadap hasil belajar, dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang menggunakan Youtube sebagai sumber belajar by utilization terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen pada pembelajaran mata kuliah perancangan basisdata. Hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji sign test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil uji Regresi Linier menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Good control is needed in managing a project, starting from controlling the human resources to systematic scheduling. CV. XYZ Surabaya is a contractor service company, that does not yet have an information system that can be used as a control tool in project management. Critical Path Method (CPM) is one method that can be used to schedule projects. This study aims to design a project management information system by implementing CPM. The system design is done using the Incremental Model. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype system that fits the needs of CV. XYZ Surabaya, includes system flow, Contextual Data Model (CDM), and User Interface (UI).

Abstract

Saat ini dan masa yang akan datang kebutuhan akan adanya sebuah aplikasi paperless office yang mampu menunjang implementasi electronic office (e-Office) akan terus diperlukan. Program Studi Komputerisasi Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Madiun, hingga saat ini (saat penelitian ini dilakukan) belum menerapkan e-Office dalam kegiatan administrasi sehari-hari, khususnya dalam aktivitas surat-menyurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tahapan pada model incremental pada pembuatan Aplikasi Paperless Office (APO), dan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian APO dengan konsep paperless office. Metode yang akan digunakan di dalam perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi ini yaitu model incremental dengan pendekatan Unified Medelling Language (UML). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi (APO) yang dapat menunjang dalam implementasi e-Office untuk manajemen surat menyurat di Program Studi Komputerisasi Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Madiun. Kata kunci: e-Office, paperless office, UML

Abstract

Program studi yang sehat adalah Program Studi yang dapat menjaga kuantitas mahasiswanya dengan baik, oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya dari Program studi dalam meningkatkan kualitas mahasiswa baik dari segi akademik maupun non akademik. Salah satu upaya yang dapat ditempuh oleh Program studi adalah dengan menunjuk seorang dosen sebagai Dosen Penasihat Akademik (DPA). Keberadaan sistem informasi kepenasihatan akademik secara daring, yang dapat menunjang tugas dan fungsi DPA sangat diperlukan. Hingga saat ini Program Studi Komputerisasi Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Madiun belum memiliki Sistem Informasi Kepenasihatan Akademik secara daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat purwarupa Sistem Informasi Kepenasihatan Akademik secara daring menggunakan pendekatan model prototyping. Adapun tujuan jangka panjang yang hendak dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah terbangunnya Sistem Informasi Kepenasihatan Akademik yang dinamis menuju pada keadaan yang lebih baik secara berkelanjutan. Model prototype adalah salah satu model yang dapat digunakan dalam membangun suatu sistem secara incremental, dengan cara membangun serangkaian purwarupa dan secara konstan menyesuaikannya dengan kebutuhan user. Purwarupa adalah versi awal dari model yang bekerja yang sedang dibangun untuk sistem informasi yang ditawarkan.  Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (RD). Hasil dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah purwarupa Sistem Informasi Kepenasihatan Akademik Secara Daring, yang terdiri Kata kunci—Daring, Purwarupa, Prototype, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Cost control is an important instrument to support the success of a business engaged in construction. Work in the field of construction requires a time limit for the completion of work and obeys the provisions of the quality of each item of work and is fully supervised by various parties involved in the implementation of the work. Accuracy in completing the work according to the scheduled schedule and in accordance with the job specifications specified in the work contract is an important element in the assessment of construction work which has an impact on billing project costs. The existence of an information system is a tool for project cost control that is needed to monitor every progress of work that has been done so that data management can be done quickly and accurately. Therefore, this system was built in order to be able to overcome problems such as calculating work unit price analysis, Compiling a Cost Budget Plan, Implementation Budget Plan, Job Costing, Scheduling, Progressing to billing terms that can be done in one integrated information system. Tools used in making this system is Visual Basic. The application design method uses the Togaf method. The results of this study are outlined in the form of a blueprint which is used as a reference in the development of a project cost control information system at PT. Selo Adi Karto. the research results have been analyzed using the chain and TOGAF methods which produce a proposed portfolio of applications that will become data for implementation. The architecture designed which is the result of this research is in the form of an integrated project cost control information system in computer network technology.
