Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas mengenai proses pembuatan manajemen skripsi berbasis web. Penulis mengangkat tema ini karena saat ini mahasiswa sering sekali menjumpai permasalahan terhadap penulisan skripsi yang dimana membutuhkan banyak waktu dan juga membutuhkan banyak kertas untuk revisi dari dosen pembimbing. Konfirmasi penulisan sangatlah penting bagi para mahsiswa dalam proses pembuatan penulisan mahasiswa, yang ak- an dilakukan penilaian oleh para dosen pembimbing yang dimana kreatifitas mahasiswa terlihat dalam tahap-tahap proses pembuatan penulisan skripsi nanti. Model yang penulis gunakan menunjang Sistem Life Development Sistem (SDLC) yaitu Model Waterfall (Air Terjun) diharapkan dengan kemudahan dalam mengembangkan perangkat lunak (Software) pada setiap tahap yang dikerjakan saling mendukung satu sama lain. Tahapan pengerjaan dalam tulisan ini dimulai dari pengumpulan sumber permasalahan proses pembuatan penulisan mahasiswa dan menemukan tujuan untuk mempermudah mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi dengan dosen pembimbing. Dengan adanya manajemen skripsi ini diharapkan bisa digunakan seba- gai data dalam membantu penulisan mahasiswa, dan membuat mahasiswa tidak harus menghamburkan kertas dalam revisi-revisi dari para dosen pembimbing.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Falah Depok still does not have a system that can be widely accessed because it is still not computerized, as in general it has not made full use of technology. Giving daily test scores, midterm exams (UTS), semseter final exams (UAS) are still being done by teachers or teachers. Students at these schools cannot directly see the grades given by the teacher or teacher because the final grades are given when all have been recapitulated and are in the form of report cards at the end of the semester. The research method used is quantitative and applied methods so that using these two methods can make a good contribution to the research and development of information systems that are designed and will be used in MI Nurul Falah. The System Development Life Cycle used in this software development is the Waterfall model with several stages starting from analysis, design, coding and testing. To design the proposed database in the form of ERD and LRS, for system design using UML. The research objective is expected that the software built can be maximized in terms of data security and its use in academic and non-academic fields. The results of research related to academic information regarding access to grades and other notices are very important in order to motivate students to prepare themselves better and study actively in facing the learning process in one semester so that access to this information makes it easier for parents to be able to monitor and control their children in the field of academic achievement.

Abstract

The Kampung Merah Putih mobile application is one of the works of the nation's children that deserves respect. For some developed countries, smart applications may be familiar, but for Indonesians who tend to want practicality in everything, it is a very interesting thing. The Kampung Merah Putih application is an application created to facilitate environmental management. The satisfaction of Kampung Merah Putih application users needs to be evaluated using the Heuristic Evaluation method with the hope that application users can always be satisfied with its features. Data will be analyzed using quantitative methods with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires online with the sample used is active users for at least one month of use. The result shows the tendency of respondents to agree with the items asked in the Heuristic Evaluation of 80% of the total answers. However, there are many regression modeling results on the T-test that need attention for further evaluation, namely the dimensions of Visibility of System Status, User Control and Freedom, Consistency and Standard, and Recognition Rather Than Recall Help and Documentation.

Abstract

Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Negeri 23 Kebon Melati Jakarta Pada saat ini sistem pengolahan kas masih dengan pencatatan manual, mulai dari pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, proses penyimpanan data-data yang berhubungan dengan transaksi kas, sampai dengan pembuatan laporan. sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung akan terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat, dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Sistem komputerisasi dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan  pencatatan transaksi aru kas menjadi lebih baik pada PKBM Negeri 23 Kebon Melati Jakarta menjadi serta lebih efektif dan efisien.  Dalam pengembangan sistem komputerisasi penerapan metode System Life Development System (SDLC) menggunakan Waterfall dengan tahapan yang terdapat dalam metode tersebut dapat dihasilkan sistem informasi pencatatan arus kas dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang digunakan dan dapat dioperasikan secara optimal agar menghasilkan laporan arus penerimaan serta pengeluaran yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan data dapat dipergunakan sebagai mestinya.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi , Pencatatan Arus Kas, Model Waterfall
