Abstract

Pada setiap pemesanan yang diadakan oleh orang-orang, para tamu sudah merasa terbiasa dengan pemesanan room SPA dengan datang langsung pada lokasi pemesanan. Sehingga sebuah pemesanan room SPA dianggap penting bagi semua orang, orang-orang banyak memilih-milih room SPA yang sesuai sehingga dapat menyenangkan hati pelanggan. Banyak tempat pemesanan ruangan SPA yang dapat dijadikan target untuk pemesanan SPA, akan tetapi room SPA yang akan dipesan tidak sesuai dengan keinginan dan juga tidak terdapat banyak pilihan dan solusi pada receptionist. Banyak juga terdapat tempa - tempat yang mengkhususkan pemesanan room SPA yang dapat memberikan informasi bagi para pelanggannya dalam pemilihan room SPA. Namun pada pemesanan room SPA sering terjadi penurunan omset dikarenakan beberapa masalah. Pelanggan sering mengalami kekecewaan pada proses pemesanan room SPA dikarekan tipe dan dan jenis ruangan tidak sesuai dengan pesanan oleh pelanggan serta dalam proses pembayaran room SPA yang dipesan dilakukan secara manual dengan bayar langsung ditempat. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu pelanggan untuk dapat menerima semua informasi mengenai pemesanan room SPA sekaligus membantu receptionist dalam penerimaan pemesanan pelanggan.

Abstract

District Medan Belawan often subjected to tidal flooding. This is due to because the region is located on the coast of the beach and the surface of the ground is lower than the surface of the ocean. Some of the factors that cause the occurrence of tidal flooding are global warming, high rainfall, deforestation of mangroves, the utilization of ground water for excessive, and green open space in Medan city is only available to 10% of the total area. One disaster mitigation efforts required Mapping of disaster risk as a benchmark in preparing the program and activity. Furthermore, mapping the risk of flood disaster can provide input to the government of the municipality of the field in an effort to cope with the flood disaster that occurred in district Medan Belawan. Mapping disaster-prone areas district belawan with the application of information systems geographical conducted to classify the flood zone is located in district of Medan Belawan base the physical conditions that affect the risk of flood disaster. In addition, for identifying the number of roads, the population and buildings affected by the floods done by using the results of the mapping flood prone areas based on spatial, so we knew which roads affected by flooding as much as 160 roads with a length of road 38.595 meters and the building affected by the flood reached 10.939 units spread over six districts.

Abstract

Daniel Batu Mbelin is a problem of shortage in drainage of sewerage. In the rainy season, inundation often occurs in the school environment because water is not absorbed into the soil. The purpose of this activity is: to provide insight and guidance to the community, especially the school environment to raise awareness or provide input on the problem of puddles that often occur during the rainy season, which can adversely affect the school environment as well as the health of children and the community around the school. The method of implementing this activity is to conduct counseling and training in making infiltration holes or biopore channels. The result of this activity is that the community of SD RK ST Daniel Batu Mbelin is aware and understands the importance of managing water resources, both during the dry and rainy seasons and is able to practice how to make infiltration holes (Biopore holes).
