Abstract

Disiplin kerja dapat tercipta dengan baik apabila adanya kesadaran dari pegawai dan adanya kepemimpinan yang baik dari seorang pemimpin. Seperti di Rumah Sakit Umum Ahmad Yani kota Metro, Kepemimpinan sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai rumah sakit, sehingga dengan kepemimpinan dan manajemen yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin pegawai dapat menciptakan kedisiplinan dalam bekerja memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat.Dalam penelitian ini penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis ekplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Uji statitik menggunakan rumus Product Moment.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian bahwa: (a) Dari hasil analisa data menggunakan rumus Product Moment diperoleh nilai 0,64  > dari nilai r tabel taraf signifikansi 5% = 0,308  1% = 0,389 pada N = 82. Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan kepemimpinan kepala rumah sakit dengan disiplin kerja pegawai RSU A. Yani Metro dalam korelasi tinggi. (b) Dari hasil konsultasi dengan nilai korelasi diketahui nilai 0,64 berada di antara rentang korelasi 0,60 – 0,79  yang menunjukkan korelasi tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa hubungan kepemimpinan kepala rumah sakit dengan disiplin kerja pegawai RSU A. Yani Metro dalam korelasi tinggi. Kata kunci: disiplin kerja, pengawasan, kepemimpinan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tentang Perspektif Geder dari Kepemimpinan yang ada di Pemerintahan Kota Metro kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian Deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif , sehingga hasil penelitian diharapkan untuk dapat memberikan masukan dan pemikiran dalam mengembangkan kosep atau teori yang berkaitan dengan Gender dari Kepemimpinan perempuan dalam Pemerintahan yang ada di Kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan saran yaitu dapat memberikan masukan dan pemikiran dalam mengembangkan kosep atau teori yang berkaitan dengan Gender dari Kepemimpinan perempuan dalam Pemerintahan di Kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro.Gender merupakan suatu sifat yang dijadikan dasar untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan antara Perempuan dan laki-laki dilihat dari segi kondisi budaya, sosial, nilai, dan perilaku, mentalitas dan emosi, serta faktor-faktor nonbiologis lainnya, sedangkan Kepemimpinan yaitu kemampuan seseorang untuk mempengaruhi orang lain supaya bekerja sama sesuai dengan rencana demi tercapainya tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Pernyataan bahwa perempuan mendapatkan tempat yang sama dalam bentuk kepemimpinan pemerintah, merupakan pengakuan sekaligus kepercayaan masyarakat, tapi tidak selamanya pada kurun waktu dan tempat yang sama dan berbeda akan terjadi demikian. Dalam hal ini tidak segala situasi kepemimpinan perempuan dapat diterima. Dalam hal tersebut sebagai Masukan bagi masyarakat bagaimana sebaiknya melihat kepemimpinan perempuan dalam pemerintahan Kota. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa sikap masyarakat pada umumnya menerima kepemimpinan perempuan akan tetapi jauh lebih baik apabila laki-laki yang memimpin sebuah pemerintahan. Sedangkan di Kecamatan Metro utara keterwakilan perempuan sudah 30% tidak adanya diskriminasi perempuan.

Abstract

East Lampung Regency is one of the regencies in Lampung Province that has potential in the tourism sector. The tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a source of local revenue. However, in its development efforts there are various obstacles. This research was conducted at the Goa Pandan Tourism object and related agencies, namely the East Lampung Regency Tourism Office and related stalkholders. The Pandan Cave tourist attraction has the potential to be used as a natural cruising and educational tourism object. Goa Pandan has its own characteristics that make it unique compared to other tourist objects in East Lampung Regency. This study aims to determine the potential and strategy description of Goa Pandan tourism object development. In this study, the author uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Research informants were determined purposively. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and data triangulation. Data are presented and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the East Lampung Regency Tourism Office had a strategy to develop Pandan Cave tourism objects. There are four factors that form the basis for determining the strategy for developing the Pandan Cave tourist attraction. The four factors are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the involvement of the community and the Giri Mulyo Village Tourism Awareness Group as tourism business actors whose maximum benefit of tourism activities is intended for the community. The conclusion of this study based on the analysis of these four factors resulted in 4 strategies, namely the S-O Strategy, the W-O Strategy, the S-W Strategy and the W-T Strategy.

Abstract

Community activities, especially women in Notoharjo Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency, in the Village Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) are still low. The control of women in Noto Harjo Village, Trimurjo District in Musrenbang is still low. The benefits of Musrenbang for women are still not able to reach women's interests such as increasing education and training for women through Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK). Based on the description of the background above, the problem formulated is: How is the participation of women in the Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) in Notoharjo Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency? In this study, the data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative technique. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded as follows: 1). The participation of women's thoughts in the Musrenbang process is carried out through women's representatives represented by the head of the PKK Mobilization Team, Chair of the Women Farmers Group and Posyandu Cadre, women actively participate in contributing their thoughts in the form of ideas and receive Appreciation from the Notoharjo Village Government, Trimurjo District, and poured into the APBK of Kampung Notoharjo and realized into the APBK of Kampung Notoharjo. 2). There is the participation of women workers in the Musrenbang of Kampung Notoharjo in activities to help prepare for consumption, as well as helping to tidy up the village hall before and after the Musrenbang event. 3). There is participation of women who have skills through ideas given through their representatives, because not all women who have skills are invited to the Musrenbang of Notoharjo Village to adjust the budget of Musrenbang participants according to what is listed in the APBK of Notoharjo Village, Trimurjo District 4). There was no participation of women's goods in the Musrenbang of Kampung Notoharjo because the facilities and infrastructure at the Notoharjo Village Hall were complete. 5). There is no women's money participation in the Musrenbang of Kampung Notoharjo, because the Musrenbang activities have been budgeted for in the APBK of Kampung Notoharjo.

Abstract

Posyandu is a center for basic health services for mothers and children under five. Posyandu is a form of community empowerment in villages. Community empowerment is all facilitation efforts that are non-instructive in nature, in order to increase the knowledge and abilities of the community, so that they are able to identify the problems they face, their potential, plan and carry out solutions by utilizing local potential. Community empowerment in the health sector is the process of providing information to individuals, families or groups (clients) continuously and continuously following the client's development, as well as the process of helping clients, so that the client changes from not knowing to knowing or being aware (aspect of knowledge), from knowing to wanting (attitude aspect), and from wanting to being able to carry out the behavior being introduced (action or practice aspect). The results of service activities show that the role of posyandu as a basic health service and community empowerment in Jaya Asri Village has been running well. This can be seen by the education of posyandu cadres and mothers of toddlers so that the stunting rate in Jaya Asri village is low. The village government also provides support by providing good facilities and infrastructure. So that posyandu cadres are able to be empowered and manage their organization well.
