Abstract

This research highlights the understanding of religion, as well as actualizing affective and psychomotor education based on the ability to explore sources of knowledge, then be positive and responsible so that understanding of religion through online learning by utilizing technology, learners can communicate and interact with their teachers well, especially in the midst of a pandemic.By utilizing technology even if it does not involve direct interaction between teachers and learners who are factors and indicators of the success of education implemented, Islamic learning in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic through the use of technology can be done.The purpose of the research is to explain that PAI learning with the benefits of IT (Information Technology) can actualize religious understanding as a discipline integratively and comprehensively, so that for learners Mathla'ul Anwar improves affective and psychomotor education that is actualized in the daily life of learners.   Qualitative research methods with in-depth collection of interview results data and documentation related to research.The results showed that PAI learning by utilizing technology in the midst of a pandemic, learners were able to actualize comprehensively and effectively so that affective and psychomotor education of learners were able to contextualize religious guidance in accordance with the demands of the times with strict spiritual maintenance, while increasing individual piety and social piety in accessing information in accordance with the needs of society.

Abstract

All companies expect their employees better in terms of work performance, able to adapt to changes inEmployee engagement, Social Support, Modal Psychologis, Workplace, Spiritualitythe working environment, able to adapt the organizational culture so that employees are able tocommit the company to achieve its goals. In other words, companies need a lot of employees are tiedto the company.This study was conducted to determine the effect of social support, psychologicalcapital, and workplace spirituality to the company's employee engagement. The total population of280 employees of PT Tunas Jaya Makmur Abadi and sampled 266 employees of production takenusing purposive sampling technique.The results showed that the four dimensions of social support (areal support, information support, emotional support, and implicit support) not significant effect onemployee engagement, three-dimensional psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, andresilience), two dimensions of workplace spirituality (inner life and belonging to a community) thatsignificantly influence employee engagement. Researchers hope the implications of this study can bereviewed and could be developed in future studies. For example, by adding other variables related toemployee engagement that may have a bigger impact on employee engagement. DOI: 10.15408/tazkiya.v22i1.8151

Abstract

Implementation of Psycho-Spiritual in Islamic Education. Islamic education will be meaningful for humanlife if the aspect of its spiritual dealing with meaning, value, transcendent matter, and interconnection are involvedin the process of transformation and internalization. The higher quantity and quality of each involvement in thespiritual aspect the higher indication to be real humanitarian in accordance with the main need of human life inorder to obtain psychological happiness and welfare. Mostly western people who have lived through spiritualdistress seems to be a failure of their education which its accentuation very much depends on material basededucation.

Abstract

Through  psycho-Sufi  approach that  emphasizes the  taste  (dzawqiyah) and  purification  processes (tazkiyah  al-nafs),  the  Islamic  personality leads  to the  formation of the  human mind.  Model of Personality  in psychosufistic is more  focused on self-cleaning (tazkiyah  al-nafs)  of sin, so that more  clean  from sin and  evil person the better the personality. Certainly does not stop there, but until the filling themselves with good conduct and felt themselves to be spiritual majesty and love of God

Abstract

Personality is a term that comes from the Latin word "persona" which means "mask", or also from the Latin word "personare" which means to sound through. Meanwhile, in Arabic, personality is called syakhshiyah. In Arabic lexicology, the term nafsiyah is also known which comes from the word nafs; iniyah (aniyah) from the word ana, and the term khuluqiyah or "akhlaq" which is more widely used in classical Islamic literature. These words are similar to the word syakhshiyah, but are unique. Therefore, this research will discuss personality concepts from an Islamic perspective.
