Abstract

Distance Learning Success Support Service Program (LPKBJJ) have an important role as a form of introduction to distance learning for new students of the Universitas Terbuka. LPKBJJ consists of New Student Study Orientation (OSMB), Distance Learning Skills Training (PKBJJ), Assignment Workshops (WT), and Examination Clinics (KU). LPKBJJ participants who reach thousands of students make it necessary to have an application that can serve the needs of student certificates in a short time. This electronic certificate application (e-certificate) is built on a web-based platform and can design certificates for LPKBJJ activities using the Student Identification Number (NIM). This research uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of this study indicate that the e-certificate application has succeeded in supporting LPKBJJ activities in terms of providing certificates for new students at the Universitas Terbuka Jakarta.
