Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to identify the influence discharge planning study performed by nurses among pulmonary TB patient's The method is quasi-experimental design, the equivalent control group design approach. The research was conducted in Medical General Hospital Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru involving 15 respondents. The sampling method is purposive sample. The data was colled by using a guestommaire who have been make by health departement systematic republic Indonesia. The analysis used univariate and bivariate is the dependent t test. The result showed that there is very significantly the effect of discharge planning for readiness home care among pulmonary TB Patients (p value= 0,000). The results of this study recommend the discharge planning can provide a regularly and proper conduct discharge of patients with pulmonary TB to avoid the drop out when the drop out drugs and hospital again in RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of health education by using audio visual media for knowledge and healthy life behavior to prevent spreading lung tuberculosis. The design of this research was quasy experiment by applicatied of health education through audio-visual media. The research was conducted in Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru with 30 respondens who are taken by used purposive sampling technique. The data was colected by used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity (0,482 – 0,959 and 0.484 – 0.834) and reliability (0,906 and 0.909). Data colected was analysis by univariate and bivariate using dependent t test and independent t test. The results showed that there was very significan the health education to prevent spreading by audio visual to increase knowledge and healthy life behaviour in the experimental group after the health education given with p value (0,000). According the result of research, health provider need provide regulerly health education by audio visual to prevent and enchance knowledge of people who has diagnose tuberculosis.   Keyword : audio visual, health education, healthy life behaviour, Knowledge,  lung tuberculosis.

Abstract

Abstract DiabetesMellitus(DM) is a group of diseasescharacterizedbyhyperglycemiaresulting fromdefectsin insulin secretion, insulin actionor both. One of thecomplications ofdiabetes isperipheral neuropathyin the form ofulcers that influence of quality of life patient's. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship of diabetic ulcers stage with quality of life in patients with type 2 of diabetes mellitus. This research using with descriptive correlation and design using with crosssectional approach. The research was conducted at the RSUD Petala Bumi Pekanbaru on 30 respondents diabetic ulcers using accidental sampling technique with inclusion criteria. The descriptive analyzed was Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The results showed p <0,05 which means there is a relationship between diabetic ulcer stage with quality of life in patients from type 2 of diabetes mellitus with p value = 0.000. This research is expected to be a guide in improving the quality of life of diabetic patients with diabetic ulcers. Keywords: DM, diabetic ulcers, quality of life

Abstract

Abstract Perfect body was a dream of all adolescents girl so many girl done a strict diet with bad eating behaviour. Wrong way that they used can decrease their nutritional status. Adolescent eating behaviour who wasn’t think about nutritional made adolescents more likely to eat fast food, so will changed adolescent eating behaviour became good or bad behaviour. The aim of this study was to know correlate between adolescent girl eating behaviour and nutritional status in RW 5 Kelurahan Cinta Raja Kecamatan Sail, Pekanbaru City. 62 samples with purposive sampling technique. Univariate and bivariate analysis was conducted to analize the data. Data was analyzed using frequency distribution table and chi square test. Statistic showed p value (0,331). which means there is correlation between adolescent girl eating behaviour and nutritional status and was suggested for the family who had adolescent girl to control their eating behaviour and for the healthcare provider was suggested to increased health education about eating behaviour. Abstract

Abstract Variety of things have been found to control blood pressure, one of which is low impact aerobic exercise in particular. Exercise low impact aerobics gymnastics movements is suitable for people who has heart disease and hypertension . This excercise has slow moving and can be do by anyone. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of low impact aerobic exercises on blood pressure among patients with hypertension. This study used quasy experiment design with non-equivalent control group approach. This study conducted  at Tenayan Raya public health center with 34 samples, which is divided into 17 experimental group and 17 control group. The experiment group was given low impact aerobics. The instruments used in this study was digital sphygmomanometer and observation sheet. The data was analyzed univariate and bivariate  which is show frequency and percentages and bivariate analysis with dependent t test and independent t test. the results of this study showed mean that degression of systolic and distolic blood pressure occur on experiment group about 11.53 mmHg and 9.58 mmHg. There was decrease mean sistolic and diastolic of blood pressure after intervention by low impact aerobic excercise. There was very significantly decrease for blood pressure among hypertension patient (p value = 0.000). The results showed low impact aerobics to effectively lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Based on the result of study, the researcher suggest that low impact aerobic excercise need to regular program for hypertension patient.
