Abstract

When the progressive groups argues renewal to break the stagnation of ijtihad experienced by Muslims, NU still strictly declares as a group which has mazhab. It does not mean that NU rejects ijtihad, but NU precisely has a new direction in its ijtihad concept. Initially, NU more emphasizes on ijtihad qouli or text paradigm, which leans on the opinion of mazhab leader, but at the conference in Bandar Lampung (1994), NU made a new breakthrough by deciding to do ijtihad by using manhaji or reason paradigm, which is still using the pattern and method applied by mazhab leader. The ijtihad model developed by NU is ijtihad which remains appreciative to the works of previous scholars, and without insists the developing dynamics in society. Thus can be interpreted as an attempt of NU to be not stuck in "blind ijtihad". Of course, the strategic steps taken by NU is intended to maintain the existence of NU itself. By the shift, NU attempts to survive to face the increasingly complex problems of its citizens.

Abstract

The world of banking is a financial institution that is in the midst of society, the existen of public financial institutions makes it easier for them to start saving, borrowing money and other needs. Baitul Mal Wat Tamil is a financial institution that is under the corporative and is engaged in the micro community, many people use BMT services to meet their daily needs, especially small and medium communities. In this study, the authors aim to explain how the murabahah financing mechanism implemented in BMT consists of the submission process, requirements and how to overcome problematic financing. Abstrak Dunia perbankan merupakan lembaga keuangan yang berada di tengah-tengah masyarakat, adanya lembaga keuangan masyarakat semakin di mudahkan mulai dari menabung, meminjam uang dan kebutuhan yang lain. Baitul Mall Wattamwil adalah lembaga keuangan yang berada di bawah koperasi dan bergerak di bidang masyarakat mikro, banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan jasa BMT dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-harinya terutama masyarakat kecil menengah. Pada penelitian ini penulis bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagimana mekanisme pembiayaan murabahah yang di terapkan di BMT terdiri dari proses pengajuan, persyaratan serta bagaimana cara mengatasi pembiyaan bermasalah.

Abstract

Bullying is an act of violence committed by an individual or group to another person so that they suffer injuries that have a very serious impact both physically and psychologically. This activity was carried out on December 14, 2023 at schools in Kemlagi Village. This activity was carried out because of the many victims in the current era which are mostly carried out by students, therefore we hold educational counseling on the impact of bullying. This activity was carried out with the aim of fostering and preventing aggressive mindsets and attitudes. This activity was attended by 30 students.
