Abstract

The background of the research by situation raw materials such as fish who can very fast spoiled, so that fresh fish must to make quickly with good. Which one with use produced lactic acid bacteria from fermented white vegetable. White vegetable (Brassica rapa L. var. Pekinensis) to be contain sugar use to grown lactid acid bacteria can inhibit pathogenic bacteria at material so that potential use as material of preservative fish. The main purpose of this research were The influence white vegetable (Brassica rapa L. var. Pekinensis) as preservative material natural at quality of tambakan fish (Helostoma temminckii C.V).This research method use experimental with planning without role complete (RAL) with 6 treatments and 4 replications with test use test Duncan Double Area (WBD). The treatments consists of the P0 = control, P1 = 100 gram white vegetable/ 3% salt/ one hour soak, P2 = 200 gram white vegetable, P3 = 300 gram white vegetable, P4 = 400 gram white vegetable, P5 = 500 gram white vegetable. The result of the research: The use of natural preservatives in the form of liquid fermented white vegetable (Brassica rapa L. var. Pekinensis) very real influence the levels of water, protein, carbohydrates, color, odor, and texture tambakan fish (Helostoma temminckii C.V.). It can be seen from the results of the analysis of variance (Anava) where significant value 0,000 < α 0,05.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of prior customer experiences on the perceived justice in service recovery through the moderation role of customer personality. In addition, this research examinesperceived justice to satisfaction with service recovery with the moderation role of corporate reputation, as well as satisfaction with service recovery influence the future behavior intentionin form of repurchase intention and positive campaign in the form of free advertising by word of mouth. Respondents in this study are the customers of 4 (four) sole distributor agents (ATPM) with 300 respondents, the analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with multigroupanalysis.The results showed that: (1) Prior experience affect the procedural, interactional and informational justice, but has no effect on distributive justice (2) Customer personality moderating reinforced the influence of prior experience on procedural and interactional justice, (3) Perceived justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and informational justice) affect satisfaction with service recovery, (4) Corporate reputation moderating reinforced the influence of distributive, procedural and informational justice on satisfaction with service recovery, but not moderating reinforced the influence of interactional justice on satisfaction with service recovery, (5) Satisfaction with service recovery influence the future behavior intention in form of repurchase intention and word of mouth (WOM).

Abstract

Pendidikan dapat dipelajari, studi ilmiah tentang pendidikan telah menghasilkan ilmu pendidikan. Ilmu pendidikan berfungsi sebagai landasan dan petunjuk tentang caracara melaksanakan pendidikan. Praktek pendidikan menuntut diaplikasikannya ilmu pendidikan, tetapi di samping itu praktek pendidikan juga sekaligus adalah seni. Pendidikan merupakan suatu keharusan bagi manusia karena pada hakekatnya manusia lahir dalam keadaan tidak berdaya, dan tidak langsung dapat berdiri sendiri, dapat memelihara dirinya sendiri. Manusia pada saat lahir sepenuhnya memerlukan bantuan orang tuanya. Sebagai makhluk yang secara kodrati dianugrahi akal pikiran, manusia merupakan sosok makhluk yang memiliki kesadaran dan rasa ingin tahu tentang segala sesuatu yang dihadapi dan dialami dalam kehidupannya. Berbagai cara dan usaha dilakukan manusia untuk memenuhi rasa ingin tahunya tersebut,sehingga kalau mungkin berbagai hal dalam hidupnya ingin diketahuinya. Baik itu segala sesuatu yang berkenaan dengan dirinya, tujuan hidupnya, dari mana ia berasal, dan ia juga ingin mengetahui banyak tentang lingkungan hidupnya,dan bagaimana memanfaatkannya.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Seni dan Ilmu
