Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran stres, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dan bagaimana coping stress yang dimiliki oleh konselor pemula di SMP Negeri 10 Kota Madiun. Sampel penelitian adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri  10 Kota Madiun yang memiliki masa kerja kurang dari 2 tahun berjumlah 3 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pola kualitataif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan mengguakan teknik Miles and Huberman. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sampel merasakan stress pada awal masa kerja mereka yang ditunjukan dengan gejala fisik, emosional, interpersonal, dan intelektual. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres mereka diantaranya adalah penerimaan rekan sejawat, masalah pribadi di luar pekerjaan yang terbawa ke dunia kerja, serta merasa beban kerja tinggi. Coping stress yang digunakan adalah dengan curhat kepada teman, berupaya menunjukan kepada rekan kerja bahwa dirinya memiliki etos kerja yang mumpuni, memtivasi diri dengan meyakini bahwa menjadi guru BK adalah hal yang membanggakan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa Konselor pemula memiliki gangguan stres di masa awa karirnya dan mampu mengelola stres yang mereka alami dengan teknik seeking social suport dan positive reinterpretation. Hal ini juga tidak terlepas dari bagaimana upaya konselor senior yang berada di tempat kerja mampu membimbing dan mendukung kinerja junior nya agar bisa melaksanakan tugas profesional secara efektif.

Abstract

The purpose of making this article is to find out how to apply the types of BK media to students at school. Learning activities can be done anywhere and in general learning activities are carried out in schools. This means that the goal in an activity is to change behavior, regardless of the existence of a skill, knowledge, or attitude that can cover all aspects of the organism or person. In learning activities there are media that are used as tools for complementary learning facilities. BK media itself has two types that can be used, such as electronic media and non-electronic media. The method used in this study is a literature review that collects data from various literature sources related to the theme of this article, including several related studies that have been carried out previously. The results of this study indicate that there are many types of guidance and counseling media that can be used to help students better understand the learning given at school. This BK media can also be used online and offline and has a positive impact on students. The positive impact can be in the form of increasing student creativity, increasing student critical thinking and also increasing student understanding. Besides for students, BK media itself has many positive benefits for all teachers/teachers.

Abstract

Banyak permasalahan muncul yang berhubungan dengan penerimaan diri. Mahasiswa sebagai figur yang sangat diharapkan sering kali memiliki masalah dalam penerimaan diri, baik yang berhubungan dengan factor yang berasal dari dalam dirinya dan luar dirinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh penerimaan diri terhadap perilaku belajar ditinjau dari jenis kelamin di Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya Kampus Kota Madiun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya Kampus Kota Madiun, dan ditetapkan semua anggota populasi ditugaskan menjadi anggota sampel penelitian sejumlah 40 orang mahasiswa, yang terdiri dari 20 orang mahasiswa pria, dan 20 orang mahasiswa wanita. Penetapan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik angket (langsung, tertutup) dengan skala pengukuran penerimaan diri menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis menggunakan menggunakan statistik, dimana untuk membuktikan hipotesis diterima atau ditolak dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi dan Uji Anova 2 Arah dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi sebesar 0,648 > 0,05, sehingga dapat dinyatakan Nilai Sig > 0,05, atau F hitung < F tabel berarti Ha ditolak artinya tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh penerimaan diri terhadap perilaku belajar antara mahasiswa pria dan mahasiswa wanita.

Abstract

This research has been aimed at (1) depicting the realization of individual counseling, (2) depicting students’ anxiety in facing Arabic Language lesson, (3) finding behavioral counseling model to minimize anxiety of the students facing the lesson of Arabic Language, (4) finding out the effectiveness of behavioral counseling model by means of relaxation technique in SMAN (state-run senior high schools) of Majalengka Regency of the Province of West Java. This research is of research and development (RnD) model with the following features: (1) introduction, (2) formulation of the hypothetic model, (3) feasibility test on the hypothetic model, (4) enhancement of the hypothetic model, (5) limited trials, and (6) results on end products. Sampling of this research applies a purposive sampling technique. The number of students who become the sample in this research is 6 students. This research answers four problem formulations; i.e. (1) behavioral counseling with relaxation technique has not been implemented because BK teachers do not have a proper model concerning the realization of the procedures, (2) the anxiety levels before the treatment is given are categorized high, (3) the behavioral counseling model with relaxation technique proves to be effective to minimize anxiety of the students in facing Arabic Language lesson in SMAN (state-run senior high schools) of Majalengka Regency with Wilcoxon’s statistic test resulting in 0.028 < 0,05 and showing a decrease in pretest and posttest amounting to 47.83 points.

Abstract

PKL is an activity that must be done by SMK students. However, not every student is able to pass the PKL period smoothly. The unpreparedness of students to face PKL becomes a stressor for these students, causing anxiety. If this anxiety is not immediately addressed, it will ultimately have an impact on student performance that is not optimal. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the systematic desensitization technique in reducing student’s anxiety facing PKL. This research method uses the One-group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique or a purposive sampling technique. To test the hypothesis, the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon analysis technique. 25.90. Based on the calculation, the Z score is -2.807, while Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.005 (p<0.05). The average score of anxiety facing PKL in Catholic Pharmacy Vocational School Bina Farma Madiun after being given systematic desensitization techniques decreased from 25.90 to 14.90. The conclusion is that the application of systematic desensitization techniques is effective in reducing student anxiety in dealing PKL.
