Abstract

Komunikasi adalah pengiriman informasi atau pesan kepada pihak yang terkait. 80% ketrampilan atau kompetensi yang dibutuhkan yaitu soft skill. 49% dalam soft skill itu adalah ketrampilan atau kemampuan yang wajib ada pada diri masing-masing karyawan adalah keterampilan dasar berkomunikasi.  ketrampilan berkomunikasi bukan saja digunakan pada pekerjaan saja namun ketampilan berkomunikasi juga dibutuhkan pada bidang, mengingat keterampilan berkomunikasi merupakan suatu poin abad 21. Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi mahasiswa, dapat dilakukan upaya memlalui kegiatan belajar. Upaya tersebut bisa dijalankan melalui beberapa cara yaitu pada penerapan model pembelajaran yang berguna untuk menunjang keteramplan komunikasi pada mahasiswa. Banyak model yang dapat diterapkan di dalam pembelajaran yakni berupa model pembelajaran project based learning. Model yang diiterapkan pada penilitian ini ada literatur review (analisis literatur). Model pembelajaran PBL dapat meninkatkan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

The development research aims to develop E-Module teaching materials in office communication learning, office administration education study programs. In addition, research was conducted to determine the feasibility of e-modules and student responses to the developed e-modules. Thiagarajan's 4-D development model (Define-Design-Develop Desseminate) is used in the development of this e-module. This research was piloted on 20 students of the office administration education study program. The data collection instrument used a material expert validation sheet, a linguist, a media expert and a student response questionnaire sheet. Expert validation sheets and student response questionnaires were analyzed quantitatively using a Likert scale. The results showed the feasibility of expert validation of the e-module teaching materials developed, namely material validation obtained 84.34%, language validation 82.85%, and media validation 86.67% in the very strong interpretation category so that it can be used for learning activities. And the results of student responses obtained an assessment of 84.15% with very strong interpretation criteria.

Abstract

This development research aims to determine the development process, feasibility, and student responses to module-based teaching materials in the office communication course in the UNESA Office Administration Education undergraduate study program. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study stated that the development of e-module-based teaching materials was carried out according to the 4D development model which only reached the development stage. The results of expert validation and the results of a limited trial of e-module-based teaching materials for students are categorized as very feasible. This shows that the e-module-based teaching materials that have been developed by researchers are declared very suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of e-commerce, entrepreneurial knowledge through self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship of students majoring in Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Jombang. The sample in this study were 106 students. The results of this study explain that partially 1) There is an influence of e-commerce on interest in entrepreneurship, 2) There is a positive influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship, 3) There is a positive effect of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship, 4) There is a positive influence of e-commerce on self efficacy, 5) There is a positive influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on self-efficacy, 6) There is a positive effect of e-commerce through self-efficacy as a moderating variable on interest in entrepreneurship, 7) There is a positive influence on entrepreneurial knowledge through self-efficacy as a moderating variable on interest in entrepreneurship
