Abstract

Until now poverty still exists and is found in people in Java. Central Java is the province with the largest poverty depth index in Java. For this reason, sustainable empowerment needs to be sought and used to overcome the problem of poverty. One of the empowerment programs carried out by the regional government is the Family Income Improvement Business Program (UP2K). This study uses a qualitative approach that aims to describe the empowerment process that has been carried out especially at the stage of the training program. The type of research is descriptive. The results obtained in the training research were carried out by determining training needs, designing training programs, and evaluating program effectiveness. If this stage is carried out it will have a positive impact on the family's economic capacity. The driving factors of the implementation of the training include adaptive and competent trainers and supporting facilities and infrastructure. However, in the implementation, there were still obstacles in the field, including low education of participants and the timing of training which often clashed with the participants’ activities. The suggested solution is to use competent trainers and socialize before training.

Abstract

Abstract. Health is one of the agenda of Sustainable Development Goal’s (SDG’s). Mental health is an important aspect in achieving social welfare and one of the highest disability causes in Indonesia at a 13,7% rate. DKI Jakarta Province pays great attention to the treatment of homeless people with mental disability. That is shown by the total of non-homeless people with a mental disability according to the Infodatin of Ministry of Health RI in 2019. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. This research is to scrutinize the social rehabilitation for homeless People with Mental Disability (PDM) in PSBL 1. The result shows that on the initial approach step, there is social support from Cengkareng Barat Officials. On the disclosure and problem understanding step, PSBL 1 conducts an assessment in the form of Social Services’ Psychotic Screening Instrument. The problem planning arrangement step is conducted to arrange the cluster 1 syllabi. The problem-solving step is conducted with the pharmacotherapy method at Tiendra clinic and daily activity which is written on syllabi. The resocialization step is conducted with the regular examination. The termination step is conducted with a homeless PDM assessment determined for the progress of homeless PDM. The further counselling step is conducted with the independence stabilization of homeless PDM in the form of social support such as counselling. The research implication could serve as reflection material for policymakers and internal evaluation.Abstrak. Kesehatan merupakan salah satu agenda Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Kesehatan jiwa merupakan aspek penting yang dibutuhkan dalam mencapai kesejahteraan sosial dan salah satu penyumbang angka disabilitas tertinggi di Indonesia dengan 13,7%. Provinsi DKI Jakarta memberikan perhatian yang besar terhadap penanganan penyandang disabilitas mental terlantar. Hal itu ditunjukkan dengan jumlah penyandang disabilitas mental nontunawisma menurut Infodatin Kementerian Kesehatan RI tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dikaji rehabilitasi sosial Tunawisma Penyandang Disabilitas Mental (PDM) di PSBL 1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada langkah pendekatan awal, terdapat dukungan sosial dari Pejabat Cengkareng Barat. Pada tahap pengungkapan dan pemahaman masalah, PSBL 1 melakukan penilaian berupa Instrumen Skrining Psikotik Dinas Sosial. Tahap penyusunan perencanaan masalah dilakukan untuk menyusun silabus klaster 1. Langkah pemecahan masalah dilakukan dengan metode farmakoterapi di klinik Tiendra dan aktivitas sehari-hari yang tertulis pada silabus. Tahap resosialisasi dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan rutin. Langkah terminasi dilakukan dengan penilaian PDM tunawisma ditentukan untuk kemajuan PDM tunawisma. Langkah konseling selanjutnya dilakukan dengan pemantapan kemandirian PDM tunawisma berupa dukungan sosial berupa penyuluhan. Implikasi penelitian dapat menjadi bahan refleksi bagi pengambil kebijakan dan evaluasi internal.

Abstract

Until now, farmers’ welfare has not been given much attention. It can be seen from the fact that a lot of farmers have low income, and a lack of skills and knowledge. One of the ways to improve farmer welfare is to empower farmers, as done by PT. Great Giant Pineapple in Lampung, which has formed a partnership with farmers groups in Tanggamus Regency. This research is aimed to analyze the impact of empowering pisang mas (some type of ladyfinger) banana farmers, through a partnership with the company based on the concept of CSV (Creating Shared Value). This study used a qualitative method, and the informants were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations, as well as document studies. The informants consisted of banana farmers who are members of farmers groups, as well as group leaders, the farmers’ cooperative management, and the CSV staff. The results of the study indicate that the impact of the partnership program between farmers groups and PT. Great Giant Pineapple can be grouped into economic and social impacts. On the economic side, the impact can be seen in the improvement of farmers’ business skills, increase in farmers’ income, more job opportunities for the surrounding community, and farmers’ access to other institutions. Meanwhile, the social impacts include increase in capacities, skills as well as motivation and confident behavior among farmers, and the strengthening capacities among the farmers groups.

Abstract

The number of recipients of the KJP Plus program at SMP Negeri 257 Jakarta, which has increased from 2019 to 2020, is one of the factors that requires process evaluation research. The process evaluation uses the Pietrzak theory with a qualitative approach through the purposive sampling technique. The logical framework used includes inputs and activities. The results of this evaluation study are that the process of implementing the KJP Plus program phase 1 in 2021 at SMP Negeri 257 Jakarta has been in accordance with applicable regulations. The findings of this study were that the school empowerment through collaboration with the school committee. The supporting factor for the program was the role of schools that could coordinate and provide personal social services to reach program targets. Meantime, the inhibiting factor in the process was the lack of technological knowledge on program targets which affected the timeliness of file collection. Input to the program, namely the SOP for the implementation of the KJP Plus program, needed to be conveyed to the school so that there was a uniform technical understanding of implementation in the field, thus it achieved program objectives.

Abstract

This study describes a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program conducted by Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd. in collaboration with the KEHATI Foundation in a program entitled Green Coridor Initatives Halimun Salak. This study aims to look at type of CSR governance, the role of the KEHATI in CSR activities  as well as opportunities, obstacle and challenges in the Green Coridor Initiaves Halimun Salak. This is a qualitative research with a case study design using purposive sampling techniques. Data mining was carried out with a semi-structured in-depth interview with representatives of the Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd., representatives of the KEHATI Foundation, representatives of the Halimun Salak National Park and representatives of one of the beneficiaries, Jarmaskor. The results of the study found that  CSR governance is carried out in two forms, namely collaboratively in the first phase of the program (in 2011-2016) and outsourced  through philanthropy in the second phase (2018-2021). In the Green Coridor Initiaves Halimun Salak Program, KEHATI acts as a catalyst in cooperation by balancing the interests of companies and national parks in partnerships, becoming a mediator by connecting companies with local NGOs that are able to carry out technical restoration work, facilitating community collaboration with relevant stakeholders for the sustainability of the program and brokering capacity in increasing the technical capacity of the community and building the financial capacity of local NGOs and community groups. KEHATI supporting factors in this collaboration are KEHATI's experience and reputation while the inhibiting factors in this collaboration are the absence of a multi-stakeholder collaboration platform between the company, KEHATI, and Mount Halimun Salak National Park, the high turnover of KEHATI staff in this program and differences in views regarding project management between company and KEHATI. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang sebuah program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan oleh Star Energy Gheotermal Salak, Ltd bekerjasama dengan Yayasan KEHATI dalam program yang berjudul Prakarsa Lintasan Hijau Halimun Salak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bentuk pengorganisasian CSR, peran Yayasan KEHATI dalam implementasi CSR serta peluang, hambatan serta tantangn dalam Program Prakarsa Lintasan Hijau Halimun Salak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus yang menggunakan Teknik pemilihan sampel purposive. Penggalian dta dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur terhadap perwakilan Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd, perwakilan Yayasan KEHATI, perwakilan Balai Taman Nasional Halimun Salak dan perwakilan salah satu penerima manfaat, Jarmaskor. Dari hasil penelitian didapati pengorganisasian CSR dijalankan dalam dua bentuk yaitu secara kolaboratif difase pertama program (tahun 2011 – 2016( dan secara alih daya (outsource) secara filantropis difase kedua (tahun 2018 – 2021). Dalam Program Prakarsa Lintasan Hijau Halimun Salak, Yayasan KEHATI perperan sebagai ketalisator dalam Kerjasama yakni dengan menyeimbangkan kepentingan perusahaan maupun taman nasional dalam kemitraan, menjadi mediator dengan menghubungkan perusahaan dengan NGO local yang mampu melakukan perkerjaan teknis restorasi, memfalisitasi Kerjasama masyarakat dengan stakeholder terkait demi keberlanjutan program serta brokering capacity dalam meningkatkan kapasitas teknis masyarakat dan membangun kapasitas keuangan NGO lokal dan kelompok masyarakat. Faktor pendukung KEHATI dalam Kerjasama ini adalah pengalaman dan reputasi KEHATI sedangkan factor penghambat dalam kerjasama ini adalah belum adanya platform Kerjasama multi pihak antara perusahaan, KEHATI, dan Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak, Pergantian Staf KEHATI yang tinggi dalam program ini serta perbedaan pandangan terkait pengelolaan proyek antar perusahaan dan KEHATI.

Abstract

 Abstrak Peran kader sangat penting dalam peningkatan pelayanan posyandu, sehingga diperlukan penguatan peran kader sebagai pemberi informasi kesehatan dan mendorong agar para ibu dengan balita datang ke posyandu. Melalui program CSR HSBC yang bernama Proyek Pos Pintar, para kader dikapasitasi melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi mobile-Posyandu sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada ibu-ibu yang mempunyai anak balita yang menjadi konsumen Posyandu.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian evaluasi sumatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kader posyandu yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile-Posyandu menjadi lebih terbantu saat melakukan monitoring terhadap tumbuh kembang anak. Kader posyandu dapat memasukkan data hasil monitoring ke dalam aplikasi dengan lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan pencatatan secara manual. Aplikasi ini juga membantu kader dalam memberikan konseling kepada ibu dan balita. Para ibu juga menjadi lebih mudah memahami konseling yang diberikan oleh para kader posyandu yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile-Posyandu. Mereka menjadi lebih paham bagaimana memberikan makanan tambahan yang tepat kepada balitanya. Namun demikian, perlu dilakukan beberapa perbaikan seperti advokasi kepada pemerintah lokal, manajemen staf, serta mengatasi gangguan teknis yang kerap kali muncul dalam aplikasi mobile-Posyandu. Kata kunci: evaluasi program, program CSR, mobile posyandu, kader posyandu Abstract The role of cadres is very important in improving posyandu services, therefore we need to strengthen the role of cadre as a source of health information and to encourage mothers with children under five years old to come to the posyandu. Through one of HSBC CSR programs called Pos Pintar Project, cadres are capacitated through the training of mobile-Posyandu applications so that they can provide better services to mothers with children under five years old who come to the posyandu. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of summative evaluation research. The result shows that posyandu cadres who use mobile-Posyandu applications are more helpful when monitoring the child's growth and development. The result of the monitoring submitted into the application which faster than the manual method. This application also supports cadres in providing counseling for mothers with children under five years old. It helps mothers to understand the counseling given by the cadres easier, so that they practice how to give appropriate feeding to their children. Given this situation, the capacity improvement for posyandu cadre through CSR program needs to be scaled up. However, improvement needs to made is some areas such as advocacy to the local government, staff management, as well as resolve technical issues that often appears in the mobile-Posyandu application. Keywords: program evaluation, CSR program, mobile posyandu, posyandu cadres

Abstract

This research describes the evaluation of Youth Employment Program of Wahana Visi Indonesia as well as the factors that supports and obstructs the program in achieving its objectives (Case Study in Cilincing Sub-district, North Jakarta). This research was conducted with qualitative approach. The type of research is Sumatif Evaluation Research which aims to obtain information for program implementors about whether the program is worth continuing or has the potential to be applied in different contexts. The results of this study indicate that, Youth Employment program conducted by Wahana Visi Indonesia in Cilincing Sub-district has succeeded in achieving its goal to “Sustained improvement to household income to improve children’s well being. This can be seen from the field findings, that most of the informants in this stud are already working and have a steady income that contributes to the increase in family income. However, if the program is to replicate in a different context, it is necessary to make improvements in several areas, such as in the Assessment and Preparation.

Abstract

Masa usia dini adalah periode pertama yang mendasar dan perlu diperhatikan serius pada pertumbuhan serta perkembangan anak. Anak usia dini merupakan anak pada usia 0 sampai dengan 6 tahun. Perumda Pasar Jaya melalui Bhakti Isrti Pegawai (BIP) mengimplementasikan program CSR PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya yang bertujuan untuk terwujudnya anak yang cerdas, sehat, jujur, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, adil, peduli, kreatif, dan mandiri khususnya anak anak yang berada di lingkungan Pasar Induk Kramat Jati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi implementasi Program CSR Perumda Pasar Jaya PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya di Pasar Induk Kramat Jati dalam mencapai tujuan dan sasarannya serta menggambarkan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada implementasi program CSR Perumda Pasar Jaya PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya di Pasar Induk Kramat Jati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memahami proses pelaksanaan program CSR PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses berjalannya program dilakukan oleh stakeholder yang terlibat seperti Perumda Pasar Jaya, Bhakti Istri Pegawai (BIP) Perumda Pasar Jaya, dan tenaga penddidik PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya. Faktor pendukung program ini, yaitu dukungan yang positif dari berbagai stakeholder seperti Pemerintah, direksi Perumda Pasar Jaya, Bhakti Istri Pegawai (BIP) Perumda Pasar Jaya, dan tenaga pendidik PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya. Direksi Perumda Pasar Jaya berkomitmen untuk mendukung program CSR PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya melalui pendanaan yang berkelanjutan. Faktor penghambat program ini, yaitu aturan baru belajar dari rumah yang belum realistis, beberapa orang tua murid yang menolak ajakan untuk anaknya sekolah, kompetensi tenaga pendidik yang belum maksimal, dan alur administrasi yang kurang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The KJP Plus program is an Education Policy in rolling out personal education assistance that continues to date in the DKI Jakarta Province. The number of recipients of the KJP Plus program at SMP Negeri 257 Jakarta, which has increased from 2019 to 2020, is one of the factors that requires process evaluation research. The process evaluation uses the Pietrzak theory with a qualitative approach at SMP Negeri 257 Jakarta through the purposive sampling technique. The logical framework used includes an input component (in the form of funds, the government of regulation, infrastructure, and human resources) and an activity component (in the form of a process of socialization, and data collection). The results of this evaluation study are that the process of implementing the KJP Plus program phase 1 in 2021 at SMP Negeri 257 Jakarta has been in accordance with applicable regulations. The findings of this study were that the school played an influential role in data collection activities which included effective and efficient services through collaboration with the school committee. The supporting factor for the program was the role of schools that could coordinate and provide personal services in the data collection process to reach program targets. Meantime, the inhibiting factor in the process was the lack of technological knowledge on program targets which affected the timeliness of file collection. Input to the program, namely the SOP for the implementation of the KJP Plus program, needed to be conveyed to the school so that there was a uniform technical understanding of implementation in the field. Thus it achieved program objectives.
