Abstract: The objective of the research to know and explain the correlation of influencing variables of emotional quotients, spiritual quotients on employees ethical attitudes. The method used in this study is to survey approach of 100 employees at PT Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967 at Head Office, Kebayoran and Jakarta khusus. The Technique of sampling used in this research is done by area sampling. The result of the research showed that the variables of emotional quotients, spiritual quotients on employees ethical attitudes. Emotional quotients and spiritual quotients altogether simultaneously influence employees ethical attitudes, while the rest was influence by the other variables which did not to be explain in the research. This study aims to identify and explain the influence of corporate culture on work behavior.The method used in this study is a survey of 51 employees at PT. Buana Citra Abadi Branch Dumai, Pekanbaru, Jambi and Palembang with sampling technique was conducted by sampling area. The results showed that the culture of work, and not significant positive effect on the behavior of the work, because there are many other factors that influence not described / examined in this study. Between the world of education and technology cannot be separated because these two sides are interrelated, student learning can be done online and offline by looking at the situation and conditions. The abilities and limitations they have are also different, so there is a need for a policy by dividing the zones in implementing online lectures based on the quality of the internet network owned by each region where the student comes from. The quality of the learning process can be seen from the quality of the lecturers who teach and the learning media used, especially in online learning everything has to adjust. The problem of an unstable internet network and lecturers who are not fully ready to teach online are the main problems in online learning. So that is the importance of dividing 3 zones for the application of online lectures, zone 1 network is strong and stable can study online, zone 2 network is less strong and stable, online and offline lectures and zone 3 networks are not yet available so offline lectures are conducted

The need of higher education in the community has become the main thing for the future, not all can study at State Universities (PTN) but some must enter in Private Universities (PTS). But the problem that arises is the problem of tuition fees in the PTS course higher than the state university, the tendency of prospective students in choosing Higher Education (PT) based on cost and quality. While the problems from the PT side lies in the budget constraints in improving quality because of talk about the quality of course comprehensive from the means of lectures to the specialization of universities. Limitations of costs can at least be overcome by the synergy of universities, private companies and governments so it is not always student.

Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menganalisis peran perguruan tinggi untuk mempersiapkan lulusan yang dihasilkan agar dapat diserap oleh pasar kerja. Dengan masalah penelitian adalah upaya apa yang dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan penyerapan tenaga kerja dari setiap lulusan yang dihasilkan? Manfaat penelitian ini dapat membantu pemerintah dalam mengatasi masalah pengangguran seperti: (1) menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja dan siap membuka lapangan kerja; (2) melakukan pembenahan di bidang kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Analisis data deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah lulusan yang dihasilkan oleh perguruan tinggi di Kota Pekanbaru dari tahun 2018 – 2020. Dimana pengangguran untuk pendidikan sarjana terus meningkat, pada tahun 2020 tingkat pengangguran lulusan perguruan tinggi adalah 21. 57% dengan IPK yang dihasilkan tiap lulusan terbilang tinggi, namun tidak mampu menjamin lulusan bisa langsung terserap pasar kerja. Perguruan tinggi tidak membekali lulusannya dengan keterampilan tertentu terkadang antara teori yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa belum dapat diterapkan sesuai kebutuhan di dunia kerja atau kurikulum yang belum mampu mewakili kebutuhan dunia kerja, program studi di perguruan tinggi. juga tidak mampu mewakili kebutuhan pasar kerja. Untuk mengoptimalkan penyerapan lapangan kerja bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi, sektor perguruan tinggi harus bersinergi dengan dunia industri dan pemerintahan sehingga menghasilkan kurikulum, program studi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Siswa harus dilengkapi dengan keterampilan khusus yang dibutuhkan pasar kerja untuk menghadapi revolusi 5.0 saat ini.
