Abstract

AbstrakPeraturan Kementerian Desa Nomor 3 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pendamping Profesional, sebagai kegiatan untuk melakukan tindakan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui asistensi, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan fasilitasi Desa. Dalam Pasal 3 Ruang lingkup pendampingan Desa, Pendampingan masyarakat Desa dilaksanakan secara berjenjang untuk memberdayakan dan memperkuat Desa. Dalam pendampingan desa salah satu pihak yang berhadapan langsung dengan masyarakat adalah Pendamping Desa dan Pendamping Lokal Desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  (a). Untuk mengetahui Kinerja Pendamping Lokal Desa di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, dan (b). Untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor berhubungan dengan Kinerja Pendamping Lokal desa di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari wawancara (survey) terhadap 12 Pendamping Lokal Desa di Kecamatan Indrapuri. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Skala Likert dan uji statistik Korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Pendamping Lokal Desa di Kabupaten Aceh Besar memiliki peran yang sangat efektif untuk peningkatan program Pemberdayaan dan Pembangunan Desa (P3MD), sebesar 83,33% masuk kedalam kategori tinggi, dan sebesar 16,67% masuk kedalam kategori sedang. Hubungan karakteristik Eksternal memiliki hubungan dengan Kinerja Pendamping Lokal Desa antara lain yaitu Sarana Prasarana (X2.3), Jarak kerja  (X2.1), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2.2). Sedangkan untuk karakteristik Internal tidak memiliki hubungan yaitu Pendidikan (X1.1), Masa Kerja (X3.2), dan Usia (X1.3).Kata kunci: Kinerja, Pendamping, Masyarakat, Desa.AbstractMinistry of Village Regulation Number 3 of 2015 concerning Professional Assistance, as an activity to carry out community empowerment actions through village assistance, organization, direction and facilitation. In Article 3 the scope of Village assistance, Village community assistance is carried out in stages to empower and strengthen the Village. In village assistance, one of the parties who deal directly with the community is the Village Facilitator and the Village Local Facilitator. The aims of this research are (a). To find out the Performance of Local Village Facilitators in Aceh Besar District, and (b). To find out what factors are related to the Performance of Village Local Facilitators in Aceh Besar District. Data collection was obtained from interviews (surveys) of 12 Village Local Facilitators in Indrapuri District. The analytical method in this study uses a Likert Scale model and Spearman Correlation statistical test. The results of this study indicate that the Performance of Local Village Facilitators in Aceh Besar District has a very effective role in improving the Village Empowerment and Development (P3MD) program, 83.33% in the high category, and 16.67% in the medium category. The relationship of External characteristics has a relationship with the Performance of Local Village Facilitators, among others, namely Infrastructure (X2.3), Work Distance (X2.1), and Work Environment (X2.2). Meanwhile, the internal characteristics have no relationship, namely education (X1.1), tenure (X3.2), and age (X1.3).Keywords: Performance, Facilitator, Community, Village

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis peningkatan daya saing melalui peningkatan nilai tambah dan kerjasama antara stake holder dalam pengembangan agribisnis kopi arabika organic di Aceh. Jumlah sampel penelitian meliputi 68 stake holder meliputi Petani Kopi, Pedagang Perantara, Eksportir, Koperasi, Tokoh masyarakat, Aparat Dinas Perkebunan, Pakar dan Konsumen Kopi yang ada di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dan Bener Meriah. Dengan memakai alat analisis daya saing Berlian Porter (1990) dan Nilai Tambah Hayami (1987) didapat bahwa dari 5 ukuran daya saing Berlian Porter ada 3 faktor yang dominan yaitu kualitas kopi yang diberikan pemasok, tingkat permintaan, dan strategi pesaing eksportir kopi di pasar internasional. Sedang 2 faktor lainnya kurang dominan yaitu factor regulasi pemerintah dan iklim bisnis. Dari 4 proses pengolahan kopi arabika setelah panen, maka nilai tambah yang paling tinggi dicapai pada nilai tambah pada produk akhir yaitu pada produk kopi special, dan yang paling murah adalah pada produk kopi gelondongan. Hal ini menyebabkan rendahnya motivasi petani dalam bekerjasama dengan stake holder lainnya untuk meningkatkan mutu produk kopinya. Kendala lain dalam melakukan kerjasama antar stake holder adalah kurangnya modal kerja petani dan pedagang pengumpul, serta kesulitan memenuhi standar ekspor kopi. Agar daya saing meningkat maka diperlukan peningkatan modal kerja dan share keuntungan bagi petani dan pedagang perantara.

Abstract

Indonesia was known as the 4th largest coffee exporting country in the world after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia. Brazil has the highest production of arabica coffee in 2008 to 2013. Aceh is one of the central production of Arabica Coffee in Indonesia. The data from BPS showed that there are six districts which are known as the central production of coffee Aceh. Aceh Tengah districts known as the main area of coffee production among the six districts. The area of coffee plantations, production and productivity in this districs showed an increasing trend in five years. This study aims to determine the differences in added value of gayo premium coffee beans with organic certified and gayo premium coffee beans without organic certified. This research was taken in Aceh Tengah District. The data in this research was collected used were in-depth interviews methods with some decision makers in trade office, agriculture service, plantation service, coffee expert staff and green been coffe agro-industry which had the largest export quota in Aceh Tengah District, KBQ Baburrayyan. To analyze the added value of the Gayo coffee commodity the Hayami Method analysis tool was used. This study shows that the added value of organic certified premium coffee beans is Rp. 34.419/Kg with 49,51% ratio which was higher than the added value ratio of premium coffee beans without organic certified as much Rp. 30.893 with 46,81% ratio.

Abstract

Aceh development plantation focused in regional potential commodity development. The development to supported livelihood society dan agroindustry growth. This research did in Aceh with survey method and the analysis used hierarki model, LQ, investment criteria, specialization and diversification. Result showed that Aceh plantation development wasn’t suitable with potential production center in each district. The prime commodity in Aceh such as palm oil, coffee, cocoa, rubber, coconut and areca have been people mainstay as a source of livelihood in plantation sector. Main strategy from commodity development in Aceh wa a diversification strategy based on potential combination, commodity type and infrastructure to support agribusiness. Every district develop some commodity to anticipate price fluctuation.

Abstract

The knowledge and skills of women farmers in Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency in terms of vegetable cultivation, as well as the use of agricultural facilities and infrastructure (saprodi) in general are still limited. The purpose of the economic empowerment activity for the poor is to increase the knowledge and skills of partner groups regarding vegetable cultivation, business management and the provision of production facilities and infrastructure to increase production and income. The main obstacle in increasing income is the limited working capital in carrying out vegetable cultivation in the yard. Overcoming these problems, three lecturers from Syiah University facilitated the Community Empowerment of Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar District through Optimizing the Management of Yard Land. This activity will be carried out in Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency from July to October 2021. The implementation of this activity includes training and procurement of production inputs. The targets and outcomes of this activity are to increase knowledge and skills in correct vegetable cultivation using environmentally friendly planting media, as well as business management training for women farmers to provide understanding and knowledge in running a business, measured and well planned. Another benefit is that the target audience gets facilities and infrastructure for vegetable cultivation. Besides the output of this research, it will produce publications through electronic media and scientific journal publications. Based on the results of the Community Empowerment of Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency through Optimization of Yard Land Management, it can be concluded that partners have increased knowledge and skills in using environmentally friendly planting media that have economic value that can be used for vegetable cultivation. The availability of facilities and infrastructure (saprodi) for vegetable farmers is expected to increase production yields while at the same time increasing their economy and welfare. In addition, the result of this activity is that women farmers really have a direction in running a business, measured, and well planned.

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat terutama di pedesaan adalah tercapainya proses peningkatan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia sesuai dengan laju pertumbuhan pembangunan, pertumbuhan usaha pembinaan instansi dan profesi masyarakat yang sesuai dengan peningkatan proses modernisasi dan teknologi dalam kehidupan masyarakat, baik secara makro dan mikro. Pemberdayaan kelompok Wanita tani di Desa Cucum, Kecamatan Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar dilaksanakan dengan tujuan agar kelompok wanita tani “Kembang Tani” memiliki pengetahuan dan inovasi dalam bidang pertanian tentang penerapan Good Handling Practice pada usahatani seledri yang diusahakan, sehingga dapat diperoleh nilai tambah untuk komoditi tanaman seledri. Kegiatan pengabdian memberikan dampak yang positif bagi kelompok Wanita tani “Kembang Tani” di Desa Cucum, Kecamatan Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Informasi terkait penerapan Good Handling Practice yang disosialisasikan Tim PKM memberikan pengetahuan baru tentang metode alternatif untuk meningkatan nilai tambah usahatani seledri bagi kelompok wanita tani “Kembang Tani”. Dengan harapan nantinya mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi para wanita di pedesaan dalam upaya mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya.

Abstract

The western region of Aceh Province is very famous for its abundant resources, especially in the agricultural sector. Almost half of the population in the western region of Aceh Province work in the agricultural sector. Provision of sufficient jobs in the agricultural sector will offset the addition of labor, so that unemployment in the western region of Aceh Province can be reduced. Thus, open unemployment will also be reduced and will improve the regional economy and the welfare of the people in the region.The research objective was to determine the effect of the minimum wage on employment in the agricultural sector and to determine the effect of investment on employment in the agricultural sector in the western region of Aceh Province. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis using panel data. The result of this research is that the minimum wage has a negative effect on ISG. on employment absorption, while GRDP and investment have a positive and sig. on the absorption of labor in the agricultural sector in the western region of Aceh Province.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the contribution of the tourism sector is to Regional Original Income (PAD) and to know the trend of the development of tourism sector income in Sabang City. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Data was collected using a method in the form of time series data from 2018-2022. The analytical method to determine the contribution size is used Proportional analysis and to determine development trends is used Trend analysis (time series). The results of the study show that income from the tourism sector has decreased and increased in the last 5 years, during the pandemic phase the tourism sector experienced a drastic decline then after the pandemic period ended income returned to a positive trend.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge, attitudes and skills of PKK mothers in Gue Gajah Village regarding verticulture shelf assembly techniques, proper business management, diversification of verticultural processed food and professional marketing using a mobile application. Implementation activities will begin with the coordination and socialization stage with partners for the implementation of activities, then proceed with training on diversification of processed food products. The next activity is to provide counseling on business management, and ways to develop it. Providing counseling on business management, and ways to develop it. Furthermore, partners will be facilitated in making mobile application digital marketing applications so as to facilitate the marketing process. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that partners have increased their knowledge and skills in improving horticultural cultivation vertically. Long-term planning on the use of a marketing android application to increase sales of vegetables. This application is expected to be one of the models in tools for marketing vegetable products in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The continuation of this program can also be carried out by forming partners or partners for Study Programs within the University of Syiah Kuala to support the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program. Students will later do an internship at Dudi Partners with conditions that have been agreed upon by both parties.
