Abstract

IT Service Management adalah salah satu cara untuk mengelola layanan teknologi informasi. Layanan teknologi perlu dikelola dengan baik untuk mendapatkan output dalam bentuk informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh manajemen. Untuk meningkatkan layanan teknologi informasi untuk lebih baik, diperlukan audit meliputi audit layanan teknologi informasi. Audit layanan teknologi informasi dilakukan untuk menentukan kelayakan teknologi informasi denngan terkait, dalam hal ini penulis berfokus pada isu-isu keamanan teknologi informasi. Audit keamanan teknologi informasi dibuat untuk menentukan tingkat keamanan untuk layanan teknologi informasi, sejauh mana informasi tersebut bisa sampai kepada yang berhak menerima, apakah informasi tersebut benar-benar tersedia, apakah informasi tersebut bersifat rahasia. Untuk dapat mengukur tingkat keamanan layanan teknologi informasi, penulis memilih untuk menggunakan metode Information Technology Infrastructure Library Versi 3 (ITIL V3). ITIL adalah set yang terdiri dari Layanan Strategi, Jasa Desain, Jasa Transisi, Layanan Operasi, dan terus-menerus Peningkatan Pelayanan. Dalam hal ini penulis berfokus pada layanan desain pada bagian dari manajemen keamanan informasi, pada bagian ini menjelaskan bagaimana layanan dikatakan baik jika memenuhi 8 poin yang telah distandarisasi secara internasional.

Abstract

Today's technological developments have a significant impact on the progress of human life. Apart from helping many sectors of human life, technology can also help agriculture. Unlike other fields, rice fields have strict requirements to ensure plants can grow well. Since the humidity level of the rice field will influence the harvest outcome, the consistency of the humidity in the medium must be well-maintained. The insufficient moisture in the rice field may inhibit plant growth in the rice field. The main challenge of irrigating rice fields is the manual irrigation process carried out by the farmer. This process requires more energy and time to water large areas. Therefore, this study aims to design a humidity monitoring and automatic irrigation model based on the Internet of Things to reduce the burden on farmers during irrigations. This model is equipped with a humidity sensor to monitor humidity and a mini water pump to drain water to control soil moisture. Besides that, this model is equipped with WiFi connectivity for monitoring the humidity level of their rice fields. From the model evaluation process, this model can stabilize soil moisture well. Hence, stable humidity can optimize plant growth in the rice fields.

Abstract

Plants need water to grow and develop. Planting crops in the home environment can provide many benefits, including ensuring the availability of oxygen in the family, as a natural cooling of the house, and as a storage groundwater if the plants get watering and routine maintenance, the benefits derived from plants will be perceived by the family. Using clean water to water the plants every day is a wasteful behavior of water, because water is used for everyday purposes. In addition, the dense activities result in the existing plants at home tend to be lazy to water the plants. Well-groomed plants can provide adequate oxygen for the family.Many ways can be done to solve problems, using soil moisture sensors and temperature sensors to monitor the state of the plant at home, to determine the time of watering using decision support system with the method of SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) to determine the time of watering based on the results of the sensor readings on plants. The existence of this system can be saving water used for watering plants, and plants in the house fulfilled water needs, the benefits of plants can be felt.

Abstract

Bagi perusahaan, penilaian kinerja karyawan merupakan rutinitas yang selalu dijalankan secara periodik dan bersifat formalitas. Dengan melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan, perusahaan akan mengetahui apakah target karyawan yang telah ditetapkan selama ini telah tercapai atau belum. Pada PT GA TIGA BELAS masih belum maksimal dalam proses penilaian karyawan. dalam proses penilaian karyawan masih mengguna¬kanya sistem manual. Maka penulis membuat aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian karyawan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), dalam proses pembuatanya penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem metode Waterfall yang tahap-tahapnya meliputi system enginerring, requirements analysis, design, coding (implementasi), testing (pengujian), dan maintenance (perawatan). Dengan dibuatkannya aplikasi tersebut supaya bertujuan untuk dapat membantu  PT GA TIGA BELAS dalam proses penilaian kinerja karyawan yang nanti hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai saran dalam menentukan layak atau tidaknya karyawan tersebut ikut dalam perpanjangan kontrak kerja.

Abstract

In terms of activities in computer stores, many potential customers who come, then go home without making a transaction. This happens because consumers who come to the store want to know the price information, brand stock, and promotion first and then compare it with other stores. The decision recommendations generated by AHP are approaching expectations as they are examined from different perspectives and this method is very applicable to anyone decision makers because input is not only based on logic in general, but also intuition. The prototyping model implements rapid development and testing of the working model of new applications through repeated interaction processes. The object priority used based on AHP Comparative Judgment inference system calculation is (1) stock; (2) price; (3) distance (location). the process of comparison between criteria has been performed in a consistent manner consistent with the random consistency index of the normative analytical hierarchy process comparative judgment matrix. So that the output list that is displayed to the user can be used as the best reference product selection. Implementation of computer information system store application in Semarang City with AHP (Analyitical Hierarchy Processs) Comparative Judgment method can be accessed by Android users to recommend products to be purchased based on the criteria of availability of goods, price and distance practically anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Pada SMP Negeri 26 Semarang, pengolahan data perpustakaannya masih menggunakan cara manual, sehingga pengurus perpustakaan merasa kesulitan untuk mengolah data perpustakaan yang seharusnya dapat dikerjakan dalam waktu yang singkat dan minim terjadinya kesalahan. Pada proses pendataan buku, anggota, peminjaman, pengembalian, kas dan pembuatan rekap laporan, SMP Negeri 26 Semarang masih menggunakan buku catatan sehingga mengalami beberapa masalah seperti terjadi input data ganda, pemberian kode buku yang kurang konsisten, buku yang digunakan untuk mencatat dapat rusak atau hilang, data tidak tersimpan dengan rapi. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi (pengamatan) dan interview (wawancara). Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) dan pembuatan program dengan Sublime Text, XAMPP, Chrome Browser. Tujuan dalam pembuatan sistem perpustakaan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah program yang nantiya dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam mengelola data-data perpustakaanOn 26 Semarang Public Junior High School, library data processing still using manual procedure, so the library management feels trouble for processing data library which should be done in a short time and have minimum mistake. In the process of collecting books data, user data, loan data, data return, treasury data, 26 Semarang Public Junior High School still using notebook so they experiencing problems like multiple data input, not consistent when processing books code, notebook damaged, and data is not stored neatly. In making this system, method of collecting data done by observation and interview. Using Extreme Programming (XP) in this system development, and using Sublime Text, XAMPP, Chrome Browser for creting this system. the purpose of making this system is expected to produce a program that later on can help the school in processing data library

Abstract

Conventional learning systems still dominate the learning process at various universities. In general, learning in college lecture reflects patterns that tend in the same direction. Students the opportunity to conduct personal understanding through looping and less enrichment accommodated properly. This research tried to solved the problem. Hence, it is important to develop a teaching medium based on Learning Technology Systems Architecture (LTSA) with multimedia tutorial approach. From the test results of learning can be stated that the learning method PC assembly using multimedia-based teaching tools can support the learning that is interactive, engaging, efficient, effective, and meaningful. In addition test results also showed a significant difference compared to conventional teaching methods . Students using conventional learning systems only obtained an average score of 49.6, while students use learning system using learning tools of animation and visualization obtain an average value of 80 , 09. This suggests that the use of teaching aids by using multimedia (text, audio, video and animation) more easily understood by the students so deserves its place as a major strategy in the laboratory learning.
