Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to know and to analize how far public perceptions of subsidized health care policy implementation (Jamkesda) in Public Health Center (Puskesmas) Salo Watang Sawitto Distric Pinrang Regency and the factors that affect its.  In terms of academic research is expected benefit to the development of the science of government. The results showed that the public perception of subsidized health care (Jamkesda) policy implementation has gone well, it's based on the average scores of each variable are: the rate of experience, of feelings, of needs. Subsidized health care policy implementation was supported by several factors: 1) resources, 2) Disposition, 3) Bureaucracy structure. Based on the results of linear regression showed that the public perception influence 76.8% against subsidized health care policy (Jamkesda) implementation.Keywords: policy, implementation, public serviceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana persepsi masyarakat terhadap implementasi kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan bersubsidi (Jamkesda) di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Salo Kecamatan Watang Sawitto Kabupaten Pinrang serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Dari segi akademik penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi perkembangan Ilmu pemerintahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap implementasi kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan bersubsidi telah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini didasarkan pada skor rata-rata masing-masing variabel yakni: pengalaman, perasaan, kebutuhan. Implementasi kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan bersubsidi didukung oleh beberapa faktor yaitu: 1) Sumber daya, 2) Disposisi, 3) Struktur birokrasi. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat berpengaruh sebesar  76,8% terhadap implementasi kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan bersubsidi.Kata kunci: kebijakan, implementasi, pelayanan publik
