Abstract

This research is aimed to the practice of CBT to reduce Blood Phobia in early adults. Blood phobia is an irrational fright that conducted a rejection behavior of blood. CBT itself is the intervention that provide psychoeducation, cognitive restructuration technic, give new skills and deliver some tasks. In this case, cognitive restructuration done to reduce the irrational thinking about their anxiety. While the new skills given such as applied tension can avoid the individual from the unconscious reaction when facing blood stimulus. This research use quasi experimental kind technic with qualitative, and quantitative approach. This is because beside using the interview method, pre-test and pro-test also been involved to measure the anxiety intensity of the participants against the blood before and after the intervention. There are three participants. The result showed that the CBT application that happened during the 9 session can reduce the anxiety towards the blood.

Abstract

In the world of education, some children significantly have below-average intelligence andthrow obstacles in ourselves in their development. Children known as moderate intellectualdisability, IQ range from 40-54, mayors have appeared in daily activities, such as selfdevelopmentactivities and need the training to foster independence. Teachers must be able toassist, such as serving needs, awards, funds, and providing advice to help children withintellectual disability. Teachers provide social assistance as an effort to guide self-reliance tofoster a sense of responsibility. Also, teachers can develop teaching material models, such asthematic and individual learning tailored to the ability to learn and learn, make decisions.This research is qualitative research, with 4 teachers as the respondent. The results of thisstudy indicate that teachers who educate children with moderate intellectual disability whohave proposed several people, including, emotional, and instrumental in guiding studentindependence. The results of the study on four teachers who educate children with moderateintellectual disability, indicate that teachers who have proposed several support, including,emotional, and instrumental in an effort to guide student independence. The samplingtechnique in this study used the sampling criteria through sampling using subjects that werein accordance with the research criteria. Furthermore, suggestions, guidance, suggestionsfor guidance in learning can be provided by parents and students or media in the form ofdrawings, and supporting tools for teaching and learning activities and suggestions to helpdevelop students with parents.

Abstract

Individu yang mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga berisiko tinggi mengalami banyak dampak psikologis negatif. Salah satu dampaknya adalah depresi. Individu dengan depresi akibat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga perlu mendapatkan dukungan sosial dan psikoterapi. Art Therapy merupakan salah satu bentuk psikoterapi yang dapat disarankan untuk menurunkan individu yang mengalami depresi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 (tiga) orang perempuan yang telah mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga selama beberapa tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa art therapy berhasil menurunkan tingkat depresi ketiga partisipan. Art therapy membantu partisipan dalam: (a) memperoleh pengetahuan diri, (b) media kartasis dan relaksasi, (c) ekspresi emosi dan perasaan, (d) memfasilitasi pengembangan diri, (e) merangsang kesadaran diri, (f) meningkatkan kepercayaan diri melalui keberhasilan dalam menciptakan karya seni, serta (g) mengurangi stres dan kebosanan.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran resiliensi family caregiver pada pasien COVID-19 yang meninggal. Resiliensi merupakan proses di mana individu mampu mengelola tekanan atau peristiwa traumatis, seperti misalnya peristiwa kematian anggota keluarga. Individu yang resilien memiliki kapasitas untuk menghadapi rintangan serta melanjutkan hidup mereka lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, pada empat orang partisipan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keempat partisipan sebagai family caregiver dari pasien COVID-19 memiliki resiliensi dengan kadar yang berbeda. Ditemukan pada partisipan pertama faktor komunitas kurang terpenuhi. Walaupun partisipan mendapatkan dukungan dan bantuan dari komunitas ketika pasien yang dirawatnya sakit dan meninggal,  sejak kematian pasien partisipan membatasi pergaulannya hanya pada lingkup keluarga dan pekerjaan dikarenakan tidak ingin menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang mungkin ditanyakan seputar kematian pasien. Sementara itu, pada partisipan keempat, faktor konsep diri masih kurang positif. Partisipan melihat dirinya sebagai orang yang berempati besar, namun juga rapuh. Selain kedua hal tersebut, semua aspek dan faktor serta sumber pembentukan resiliensi terpenuhi pada keempat partisipan penelitian ini. Peneliti juga membahas temuan baru dalam penelitian ini, yaitu faktor-faktor yang dipercaya peneliti berperan memengaruhi bentuk resiliensi partisipan. Faktor-faktor itu adalah kedekatan family caregiver dan pasien; serta situasi saat pasien sakit dan setelah pasien meninggal.
