<![CDATA[Abstrak Dalam menjalankan bisnis secara etis, bahwa suatu perusahaan sangat perlu memedulikan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungannya. Perusahan perlu memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawan dan juga masyarakat yang berada di tempat perusahaan beroperasi. Perusahaan perlu memiliki Programprogram yang bertujuan untuk memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan sosial. Salah satunya dengan memiliki program peningkatan taraf hidup petani lokal menjadi salah satu hasil akhir dari pemberdayaan petani lokal telah dilakukan Sriboga Raturaya dalam program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang bersifat sustainability. Untuk mendukung suksesnya program tersebut diperlukan modal serta pemahaman untuk menggarap sejumlah tanaman holtikultura yang memiliki kualitas unggul. Sriboga Raturaya telah membentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat tani yang disebut Local Farmer Empowerment khususnya di lembang bandung. Perusahaan selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup para petani lokal dengan menyediakan sebuah marketplace untuk memasarkan seluruh hasil pertanian mereka yang memiliki kualitas terbaik sesuai dengan standar GAP ( Good Agricultural Practises ) dan GHP ( Good Handling Practices ). Bekerja sama dengan dua kelompok petani lokal yang berlokasi di daerah Lembang dan sekitarnya, para petani memenuhi kebutuhan sayursayuran seperti paprika merah, paprika hijau, romaine lettuce, buncis dan tomat untuk 29 outlet Pizza Hut Restoran dan PHD di area Bandung.
