Abstract

The research background was based on the existence of internet facility through PLIK program on line, had made the community entered to the global information network. The society has a facility to access and gain various information, data, knowledge and networking unlimitedly via telephone communication and internet. But the implementation program in reality is differed. This research used case study method to the PLIK organizer which spread in town/regency in West Java. The aim of Research is to knot The implementaion , the obstacle and the Solutions of PLIK dissemination. The result of this research showed that the implementation can be categorized done by PLIK organizer to overcome the obstacles. They did  a report to local government, to PLIK operator into three types. They are passive PLIK, stagnant PLIK and creative PLIK

Abstract

Abstract. The increase in COVID-19 cases that occur every day has prompted the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Education and Culture to issue Circular No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of COVID-19. One of the points of the circular contains that the learning process is carried out from home using ansystem e-learning. Therefore, SDN 190 Cisaranten Kidul Bandung implements the government's recommendation through the circular letter to implement e-learning. With the existence of e-learning, parents can use it well in establishing good communication with children, one of which is by helping, providing understanding, providing motivation when children face difficulties when implementing e-learning. The theory that is considered relevant in this research is using the theory of interpersonal communication according to Devito and the theory of learning motivation according to Hamzah B. Uno. The research method used is a quantitative (correlational) method with a correlation test using Rank Spearman using the SPSS Version 24 application, the sampling technique using proportional sampling, with 67 respondents. In collecting data the researchers used a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results obtained from this study are that there is a high and significant relationship between parent-child interpersonal communication and children's learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstrak. Peningkatan kasus COVID-19 yang terjadi tiap harinya membuat pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kemendikbud mengeluarkan Surat Edaran No. 4 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Pendidikan Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran COVID-19. Salah satu poin dari surat edaran tersebut berisi bahwa proses belajar dilakukan dari rumah menggunakan sistem e-learning. Maka dari itu SDN 190 Cisaranten Kidul Bandung menerapkan anjuran pemerintah melalui surat edaran tersebut untuk melaksanakan e-learning. Dengan adanya e-learning dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh orang tua dalam menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan anak, salah satunya yaitu dengan membantu, memberikan pemahaman, memberikan motivasi ketika anak menghadapi kesulitan saat melaksanakan e-learning. Teori yang dianggap relevan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teori komunikasi interpersonal menurut Devito dan teori motivasi belajar menurut Hamzah B.Uno. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif (korelasional) dengan uji korelasi menggunakan Rank Spearman dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Versi 24, teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling, dengan 67 responden. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya hubungan yang tinggi dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak dengan motivasi belajar anak di masa pandemi COVID-19

Abstract

Abstract. The reason for this research is to find out is there a relationship between cyber public relations activities by PT.Ordivo Teknologi Indonesia and the formation of corporate image. The theory used in this research is several Cyber ​​Public Relations activities and the theory of Corporate Image. Cyber ​​Public Relations activities as variable x include aspects of activities on the Website, Social Media and Forums or Online Communities. Meanwhile, according to the theory of Corporate Image (Corporate Image) as a variable y there are 4 (four) elements that make up the company's image, namely: Personality, Reputation, Value, Corporate Identity. The method used is a quantitative correlational method. The population of this research are PT.Ordivo Teknologi Indonesia product users who join the orderonline.id facebook group. With a total sample of 98 people from the total population. The method of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. This study aims to determine the relationship of Cyber ​​Public Relations with the formation of the corporate image of PT.Ordivo Teknologi Indonesia. The results of this study from each derivative variable have a relationship, each of the 4 items has a relationship based on the results of the correlation value between the subvarieble and variable, and there is a strong relationship between cyber public relations activities and the formation of the corporate image of PT.Ordivo Teknologi Indonesia. Abstrak. Alasan yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kegiatan cyber public relations yang dilakukan oleh PT.Ordivo Teknologi Indonesia dengan pembentukan citra perusahaan. Teori yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah beberapa kegiatan Cyber Public Relations dan teori Corporate Image (Citra Perusahaan). Kegiatan Cyber Public relations sebagai variable x meliputi aspek kegiatan pada Website,Media Sosial dan Forum atau Komunitas Online. Sedangkan menurut teori Corporate Image ( Citra Perusahaan ) sebagai variabel y ada 4 (empat) elemen yang membentuk citra perusahaan, yaitu: Personality, Reputation, Value, Corporate Identity. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional kuantitatif. Yang menjadi populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu Pengguna produk PT.Ordivo Teknologi Indonesia yang bergabung di grub facebook orderonline.id. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang orang dari total populasi yang ada. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara,serta studi pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Cyber Public Relations dengan pembentukan citra perusahaan PT.Ordivo Teknologi Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini dari setiap turunan variabel memiliki keterkaitan, masing masing dari 3 item terdapat hubungan berdasarkan hasil nilai korelasi antara subvariabel dengan variabel, dan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kegiatan cyber public relations dengan Pembentukan citra perusahaan PT.Ordivo Teknologi Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract. Drama is an audio-visual work that uses television as its transmission medium. The average duration per episode is 60 – 90 minutes and airs once a week. The story in the drama is usually interesting and ends with a certain memory statement so that the audience can continue the next episode to understand the ending of the drama. South Korea is one of the developed countries that doubles its creative industry, such as K-pop music dramas and films, the Korean government also contributes to the creative arts industry. And in 2020 until now there has been an increase in Korean drama audiences in the world, judging by the effects of the pandemic, which makes people have to do everything at home. This study aims to describe the construction of the family image represented in the Korean drama "Graceful Family" The focus of this research is how TOP's public relations construct the family image of MC Group in the drama "Graceful Family" which has 16 episodes and a duration of 65-78 minutes / 108 minutes in the last episode. This study uses qualitative research, where data analysis uses the semiotic model of Charles Sander Peirce, Pierce categorizes the triangle theory of meaning, namely signs, objects, and interpretants. The researcher conducted an analysis of the selection of texts and images related to the construction of the MC Group family image. The results of this study indicate that the drama "Graceful Family" contains a lot of image construction in the form of strategies, roles, and meanings built by a Public Relations. Image construction is an image formation process that is formed to describe the perception of an individual, organization, company as a public image of it. Abstrak. Drama merupakan karya audio visual yang menggunakan televisi sebagai media transmisinya. Rata rata durasi per episodenya 60 – 90 menit dan tayang 1 minggu 1kali. Cerita di drama biasanya menarik dan di akhiri dengan pernyataan memori tertentu sehingga penonton dapat melanjutkan episode selanjutnyta untuk memahami alhir dari drama itu. Korea selatan adalah salah satu negara maju yang mengandakan industri kreatifnya, seperti drama musik Kpop dan film, pemerintah korea juga turut kontibutif dalam industri kreatif seni. Dan pada tahun 2020 sampai sekarang adanya peningkatan penonton drama koraa di dunia, di lihat dari efek pandemi juga yang membuat org harus melakukan segala sesuatu di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konstruksi citra keluarga yang direpesentasikan dalam drama Korea “Graceful Family” fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara public relation TOP mengonstruksi citra keluarga MC Group dalam drama “Graceful Family” yang memiliki 16 episode dan durasi 65-78menit / 108menit diepisode terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, yang dimana analisis data mengunakan semiotika model Charles Sander Peirce, Pierce mengkategorikan teori segitiga makna yaitu tanda, objek, dan interpretan. Peneliti melakukan analisis terhadap pemilihan teks dan gambar yang berhubungan dengan konstruksi citra keluarga MC Group. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa drama “Graceful Family” banyak mengandung konstruksi citra berupa strategi, peran, dan makna yang dibangun oleh seorang Public Relation. Konstruksi citra adalah suatu proses pembentukan citra yang dibentuk muntuk menggambarkan persepsi dari suatu individu, organisasi, perusahaan sebagai gambaran publik terhdadapnya

Abstract

Abstract. This article aims to find out how the role of parents or parent-child communication during learning at home because it is during the covid-19 pandemic, therefore researchers want to know how to teach or how to communicate from mothers who still have children who are still sitting on the bench. primary school. By wanting to know how to communicate parents to children in terms of learning at home, whether using verbal or non-verbal communication. In addition to communicating how parents guide their children to learn, how can parents be a motivator for their children. Therefore, researchers want to know how parents in children's learning become motivators, motivators, and others. The technique in this research is to use descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews so that the information can be accurate and appropriate, and to find out besides making a living how to teach parents to children during home learning or online learning. The results of this study are that both verbal and non-verbal communication are communication which are both useful in guiding children to learn, because by communicating between parents and children, parents can help children in guiding children to learn, so that the child can do the learning. properly and correctly. Suggestions for the future, that parents should often communicate with children especially regarding guiding children's learning, because if parents do not communicate often, then parents will not understand what the child is doing, and children's learning will be difficult or slow, due to lack of communicate between parents and children, because guidance and support from parents can make children more enthusiastic about learning. Abstrak. bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran orang tua atau komunikasi orang tua kepada anaknya selama pembelajaran dirumah karena lagi dalam masa pandemic covid-19, maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana cara mengajar atau cara berkomunikasi dari ibu yang masih memiliki anak yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar. Dengan ingin mengetahui bagaimana cara berkomunikasi orang tua kepada anak dalam hal pembelajaran dirumah,apakah menggunakan komunikasi verbal atau non verbal. Selain cara berkomunikasi bagaimana cara orang tua dalam membimbing anak belajar,bagaimana orang tua bisa menjadi motivator bagi anaknya tersebut. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana cara orang tua dalam pembelajaran anak menjadi motivator, pendorong,dan lain-lain. Tehnik dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara dengan wawancara agar informasi tersebut bisa akurat dan pas,serta agar mengetahui selain mencari nafkah bagaimana cara mengajar orang tua kepada anak selama pembelajaran di rumah atau pembelajaran daring. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dari kedua komunikasi verbal dan non verbal merupakan komunikasi yang memang keduanya berguna dalam membimbing anak belajar, karena dengan berkomunikasi antara orang tua dan anak, maka orang tua bisa membantu anak dalam membimbing anak belajar,
