Abstract: Geographic Information System (GIS) is an information technology that functions to collect, manage, store, and present all data related to the geographical conditions of an area that develops online. Many agencies or companies have not implemented geographic information system technology to obtain the necessary information, one of which is the Simalungun Regency Agriculture Service. The Agriculture Service of Simalungun Regency still does not have a system to utilize rice farming land; it is difficult to find information on rice farming land. The distance of rice farming land is very far. Given the various problems that exist, the purpose of making a Geographic Information System (GIS) can help the Simalungun Regency Agriculture Service in carrying out data processing, to improve performance in uniting agricultural land to be more efficient and effective, and make it easier to obtain information or access to agricultural land data. Paddy. The design of this system uses the waterfall method, which includes software requirements analysis, design, program code generation, testing, support, or maintenance. The results obtained with this system will allow users to see various rice farming lands in Ujung Padang District, Simalungun Regency, accompanied by village names, addresses, number of farmers, harvest production, coordinate points, and website-based agricultural land location routes. Keywords: geographic information system (GIS); mapping; rice farming land Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan suatu teknologi informasi yang berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan, mengelola, menyimpan, dan menyajikan segala data yang berkaitan dengan kondisi geografis suatu wilayah yang berkembang secara online. Banyak berbagai instansi atau perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi sistem informasi geografis untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi yang diperlukan, salah satunya Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun. Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun masih belum memiliki sistem yang dapat memetakan lahan pertanian padi, sulitnya dalam mengetahui informasi lokasi lahan pertanian padi, jarak tempuh ke lahan pertanian padi yang sangat jauh. Dengan adanya berbagai permasalahan yang ada maka tujuan dibuatnya Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dapat membantu Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun dalam melakakukan pengolahan data, untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam memantau lahan pertanian padi menjadi lebih efesien dan efektif, dan mempermudah dalam memperoleh informasi atau akses terhadap data lahan pertanian padi. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, pendukung atau pemeliharaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan adanya sistem ini nantinya pengguna dapat melihat berbagai lahan pertanian padi yang ada di Kecamatan Ujung Padang Kabupaten Simalungun yang disertai dengan nama desa, alamat, jumlah petani, produksi panen, titik koordinat, dan rute ke lokasi lahan pertanian padi yang berbasis website.Kata kunci: lahan pertanian padi; pemetaan; sistem informasi geografis (SIG)

Abstract: The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a government program in the form of cash for Very Poor Households (RTSM) whose qualifications are met related to efforts to improve human quality, not in the field of education but also health. In the short term, the PKH program is calculated to reduce the expenditure of poor families and reduce poverty in the long term. To receive the PKH Program) the government has set several criteria, including income, house ownership status, house size, floor type, roof, wall, and type of water source. As for the way to do the settlement of the criteria that have been set, namely by utilizing the Data Mining technique through the Naïve Bayes method. The dataset in this study is the data of recipients of the 2020 Family Hope Program as many as 82 samples. The results of the classification modeling with the Naïve Bayes Algorithm produce precision values for the positive class 100%, for the negative class 77%, the recall value for the positive class 80%, for the negative class 100%, the f1-score value for the positive class 89%, for the negative class 87%, and 88% accuracy value. The purpose of this research is to help the Social Service in classifying the recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH). Keywords: The Family Hope Program; Data Mining; Naïve Bayes Abstrak: Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan program pemerintah dalam bentuk tunai untuk Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) yang kualifikasinya terpenuhi terkait dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas manusia tersebut bukan dalam bidang pendidikan tetapi juga kesehatan. dalam jangka pendek Program PKH diperhitungkan bisa mengurangi biaya pengeluaran keluarga miskin serta mengurangi kemiskinan dalam jangka panjang. Untuk menerima Program PKH) pemerintah sudah menetapkan beberapa kriteria, diantaranya Penghasilan, Status Kepemilikan Rumah, Ukuran Rumah, tipe Lantai, Atap, Dinding, serta jenis sumber air. Adapun cara untuk melakukan penyelesaian terhadap kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan teknik Data Mining melalui Metode Naïve Bayes. Dataset dalam penelitian ini adalah data penerima Program Keluarga Harapan tahun 2020 sebanyak 82 sampel. Hasil pemodelan klasifikasi dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes menghasilkan besaran nilai precision untuk kelas positif 100%, untuk kelas negatif 77%, nilai recall untuk kelas positif 80%, untuk kelas negatif 100%, nilai f1-score untuk kelas positif 89%, untuk kelas negatif 87%, dan nilai akurasi 88%. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu Dinas Sosial mengklasifikasikan penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Kata kunci: Program Keluarga Harapan; Data Mining; Naïve Bayes

Abstract: In the business of property developers choosing a location to be an important decision for developers as a factor of attractiveness in housing marketing, if lack of observance in choosing the location of the location will result in slow sales, so that the company's profits become not optimal. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can help developers in recommending housing locations that are in accordance with the wishes of the developer. The profile matching method is chosen because it can provide the closest value recommendation, so if there is no land the exact location in accordance with the wishes of the developer but the profile maching is able to provide the selection of the location with the closest profile value to the developer desired. Abstrak: Lokasi merupakan faktor terpenting dalam usaha developer property, karena mempengaruhi tingkat pemasaran perumahan. Pemilihan lokasi menjadi keputusan penting, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang tepat. Metode profile matching merupakan pilihan yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi dengan nilai terdekat, jadi walaupun tidak ada lahan lokasi yang sesuai persis keinginan developer tapi profile matching akan memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan lahan lokasi dengan profil yang terdekat sesuai harapan developer. Maka, dapat disimpulkan profile matching merupakan pilihan tepat dalam penentuan keputusan lokasi perumahan.

Abstract: the Daily Exam is an Assessment to carried out each time for this learning. The Implementation of Daily exam in SMK is still done manually and used the question and answer papers, so that the process couldn’t be received and not efficient for this time, as the procedure of the students' exams. This way, that was very difficult for teachers. The program of SIMULAH 1.0 is a web-based information system that we used to manage the exam. Management includes the question management for a teacher, subject, and assessment. This training was conducted to help teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran to implement this program and more efficient as the daily exam by using the information system. Keywords: daily exam; training; simulah 1.0 Abstrak: Ulangan Harian adalah Penilaian yang dilakukan setiap menyelesaikan satu muatan pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan Ulangan Harian di SMK Negeri 1 kisaran masih dilakukan dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kertas soal dan jawaban sehingga dalam proses pelaksanaannya belum efisien baik dalam waktu maupun pemeriksaan hasil ujian peserta didik tersebut. Hal ini tentunya sangat menyulitkan bagi guru. SIMULAH 1.0 merupakan sistem informasi berbasis web yang digunakan mengelola ujian tersebut. Pengelolaannya meliputi manajemen soal, guru, mata pelajaran dan penilaian. AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi semakin hari kian berkembang, apalagi setelah adanya covid-19 banyak kegiatan yang tidak bisa dilakukan dengan tatap muka salah satunya proses belajar maupun pertemuan antara guru dengan dinas serta kegiatan penting lainnya. Kegiatan yang dilakukan salah satunya menggunakan media teknologi zoom, guru-guru disini masih saja banyak yang belum bisa menggunakan aplikasi belajar jarak jauh terutama zoom karena dinilai masih kurang familiar. Dengan adanya permasalah ini dilakukanlah pelatihan penggunaan zoom dengan tujuan guru-guru dapat memahami penggunaan fitur yang tersedia.Kata kunci: Covid19, Teknologi, Zoom.. Abstrak: Tujuan praktis dari kecerdasan buatan adalah membuat komputer lebih bermanfaat bagi manusia. Kecerdasan buatan dapat membantu manusia membuat keputusan, menemukan informasi yang lebih akurat atau membuat komputer lebih mudah digunakan dengan tampilan alami untuk membuatnya mudah dimengerti. Pada kenyataannya, sistem permohonan kredit bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan serta layanan yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan nasabah, dan juga memberikan suatu pedoman serta syarat-syarat dalam permohonan kredit dengan jelas agar nasabah mengerti bagaimana prosedur dalam mengajukan permohonan kredit. Adapun resiko yang dihadapi dari Bank SUMUT seperti tunggakan kredit atau kredit macet. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkanlah kecermatan pihak internal bank dalam melakukan analisa. Ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari Sistem Pakar dengan metode Forward Chaining dan masalah untuk mengetahui apakah tindakan yang akan diambil oleh pihak internal dalam memproses pemberian kredit rumah sesuai aturannya. Abstract: In an effort to increase the spirit of better performance and achievement, an institution gives awards to doctors who are considered outstanding. Setia Husodo Hospital is one of the hospitals which is the center of health services in the city of Kisaran. In determining the performance assessment of doctors and leaders, they still use conventional methods. Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode weighted product dengan konsep pembobotan evaluasi terhadap satu variabel evaluasi yang dipilih sebagai pilihan terbaik. Sistem yang akan dibuat adalah sistem pendukung keputusan yang menggunakan metode WP (Weighted Product), yaitu metode untuk menentukan urutan (prioritas) dalam analisis multi kriteria. Hasil perancangan sistem ini dimaksudkan sebagai alat bagi RS Setio Husodo untuk menganalisis dan menentukan kinerja dokter penerima program insentif dan reward, serta strategi pembelian berbasis nilai dokter. Abstract: The internet is one example of the results of current technological developments and advances, the internet provides many forgiveness and convenience for us, with the internet information is easier for us to get. Online games are one type of game that utilizes devices connected to the internet network as a medium. The existence of online games today, becomes a new challenge for students, this is because at this time is a period of child development. the development of learning motivation becomes a new challenge for teenagers and children as students as students. Various games that attract students so that it has an impact on their social activities and school achievement. Changes in behavior in adolescents who are addicted to mobile games may not be felt by the students themselves, but can be felt by others in their environment, especially parents and teachers. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge of SMA Negeri 1 Buntu Pane students regarding the impact of online game addiction behavior on adolescent health. BeragamÂ gameÂ yangÂ menarikÂ paraÂ siswaÂ sehinggaÂ berdampakÂ terhadap aktifitas pergaulannya dan prestasi sekolah mereka. Perubahan perilaku pada remaja yang mengalami kecanduan game mobileÂ mungkin tidak dirasakan oleh siswaÂ itu sendiri, tetapi dapat dirasakan oleh orang lain dilingkungan mereka khususnya orang tuaÂ dan guru. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Buntu Pane mengenai dampak perilaku kecanduan game online terhadap kesehatan remaja. In an information system organization it is urgently needed to get information that is fast, precise in its presentation, the data displayed can be real and accurate. Based on these conditions, with the use of technology that has developed rapidly at this time, the process of selecting the Student Council Chairperson which is usually done manually can now be done online using electronic voting, with e-voting it is hoped that students can access and elect candidates for Student Council President anywhere without having to come. directly to the polling place where students are usually gathered in a place like before. In developing a website-based e-voting system using the waterfall method with a needs analysis process, system design, design and testing of the e-voting system will simplify the voting process and e-voting can maintain data security from manipulation by other parties. The method in counseling is in the form of science and technology diffusion, with the stages of socialization and training in the use of the e-voting application. The purpose of this activity is to implement a more effective and transparent system for selecting the student council president.Keywords: application; electronic voting; election of chairman Abstrak: Dalam sebuah organisasi sistem informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dalam penyajiannya, data yang ditampilkan dapat real dan akurat. Dalam sebuah pemungutan suara umumnya dilakukan secara manual, baik dalam ruang lingkup terkecil maupun terbesar. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang sudah berkembang pesat saat ini, proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS yang biasanya dilakukan secara manual kini bisa dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan electronic voting, dengan adanya e-voting diharapkan siswa dapat mengakses dan memilih calon ketua OSIS dimanapun tanpa harus datang langsung ke tempat pemungutan suara yang biasanya para siswa dikumpulkan dalam suatu tempat seperti sebelumnya. Dalam pemgembangan sistem e-voting berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan proses analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, design dan testing sistem e-voting akan mempermudah proses pemungutan suara dan e-voting dapat menjaga keamanan data dari manipulasi pihak lain. Metode dalam penyuluhan berupa dipusi iptek, dengan tahapan sisialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi e-voting. In a hospital, the doctor's role is very important. A doctor is someone who because of his knowledge tries to heal the sick. Doctors must have professionalism and quality in providing quality health services. One of the efforts to spur the performance of doctors is to conduct performance evaluations in order to increase the spirit of performance and achievement. Currently the job evaluation system at Setio Husodo Hospital is still done conventionally and the results of the assessment are subjective. By using a computer as a tool in the decision-making process for assessing the performance of doctors supported by the weighted product (WP) method to obtain accurate results. This study aims to design a Decision Support System application for assessing the performance of doctors which later deserves to be rewarded by Setio Husodo Hospital by looking at the value of the criterion weights and then processing the ratings of the doctor's performance assessment. The results of the study are in the form of an application that can show the value and ranking of the credibility of a doctor at Rs. Setio Husodo.
