Abstract

Program linear multi-objective merupakan pengembangan dari program linear biasa yang banyak digunakan dalam persoalan Program Linear yang memiliki fungsi tujuan lebih dari satu dan akan dioptimalkan secara bersamaan. Pada umumnya, masalah optimasi di dunia nyata memiliki multi-objective yang diselesaikan secara simultan dan seringkali fungsi-fungsi tersebut saling bertentangan. Untuk memformulasikan Program Linear Multi-Objective ke dalam bentuk persoalan Program Linear digunakan fixed-weight method yang melalui cara pembobotan. Formula umum diperoleh dari Dinas Pertanian dan Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Program Linear diselesaikan dengan Metode Simpleks sehingga diperoleh solusi optimum dengan nilai masing-masing variabelnya. Berdasarkan hasil informasi dari staf ahli di Dinas Pertanian dan Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jawa Barat, diperoleh nilai dan . Sehingga, fungsi tujuan tunggal memiliki formula Maksimumkan . Dengan menggunakan Metode Simpleks, memperoleh hasil yaitu Luas lahan untuk komoditas padi seluas 70.883,60 hektar, luas lahan untuk komoditas kacang tanah seluas 4.448,70 hektar, dan luas lahan untuk komoditas jagung seluas 9.992,70 hektar. Sedangkan keuntungan yang optimal dari pola tanam tersebut adalah sebesar 886.618,1 juta rupiah.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to alleviate the problem of poverty is explored community empowerment program. The biggest obstacle is faced Nagrog village in the enhancement of the welfare level is the lack of capital. They have the main potential are the farming and large yard. Community empowerment techniques were conducted: (1) Mapping of social conditions and to inventory the objective conditions of Nagrog village in it relation with the education level and community economic empowerment; (2) To Conduct training programs of Nagrog village communities through the optimization of yard area with the planting of Cavendish bananas; and (3) To identify the supporting factors and problems in the community to effort the assistance in the management of seed and Cavendish bananas.The education, occupation, and economic levels included in the category low. The enhancement of knowledge to optimize their yards in an effort to create jobs was done the counseling, planting seedlings of Cavendish bananas, and mentoring. Extension materials include: cultivation and Cavendish banana business opportunities, how to use seeds and Cavendish bananas, draft needs and possibilities KUBE formed. The factors and problems encountered in the post-harvest banana growers and Cavendish are (1) Condition seedling growth; (2) Diseases; (3) post-harvest handling.

Abstract

The implementation of an integral concept in the real life was very broad, but the student’ remains for it in the low category. The strategy of Scientific Debate was allegedly capable to enhance the students’ ability in the integral concept. The most important part in the learning process of the Scientific Debate is learning materials and instruments as a means of evaluation. Learning materials and instruments are capable if can measure what should be measured and must have validity, reliability, have criterion power, and the difficulty index. The development of learning materials contains a dish concept, examples of routine and non-routine problem, to exercise routine and of nonroutine the question, to reserve application problem. The results of the trial of the instruments was obtained significance value 0.42 that is means the experts have weigh the validity of the content of grains of matter uniformly. The significance value of the question validity is 0.82 it means advance category from the language and images. The significance value of reliability is 0.87 that is included in the advance category.  The analysis of the difficulty degree shows the problem number 7 categories difficult, problem number 1, 2, 4, and 6 categories quite, and the problem numbers 3 and 5 categories easily. Analysis of the classification of the criterion power show the problem numbers 1, 2, and 3 is good quite, the problem number 4, 6, and 7 are good, as well as the problem of the number 5 included is excellent.
